In this paper, indirect thermal drying experiment was carried out at different oil temperatures by use of edible oil as thermal medium, and an indirect thermal drying kinetic modeling was derived accordingly. Then, water quality of the collected condensate was analyzed. The experimental results indicated that the condensate was highly-concentrated organic wastewater with TOC accounting for 73.2010~75.5983% of TC. The main components of VFAs were acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, iso-butyric acid, isovaleric acid and n-valeric acid. The percentage of iso-butyric acid was the highest as 45.597%, followed by propionic acid as 24.554%. By parameter estimation, the derived kinetic modeling well provided prediction of the indirect thermal 2drying process with high R value and low RSS value.
In this paper, thin-layer infrared drying behavior of dewatered municipal sewage sludge was systematically investigated. Drying experiments were conducted at drying temperatures from 65 to 135̊C and the thickness of sludge cake from 2 to 10mm. Twenty thin-layer drying kinetic models were selected to model the drying process, and model parameters were evaluated by nonlinear regression method, of which, two different nonlinear error functions (R2, RSS) were examined to gauge the goodness-of-fit. The experimental results manifested that Hasibuan and Daud model is the best suitable model with highest R2 values from 0.99951 to 0.99996 and lowest RSS values from 3.3×10-4 to 0.00117 under our experimental conditions; drying rate increased with increase in drying temperature and decrease in the thickness of sludge cake; effective moisture diffusivity notably increased as drying temperature increased; activation energy for drying process was 34.9211kJ/mol.
In this study, by means of the experiments for desulfurization of model diesel through oxidative extraction, the changes associated with the rate of desulfurization of diesel and the mechanism for oxidation of sulfides in diesel were explored. Through studying the mechanism for oxidation of sulfides and the principle of solvent extraction, the kinetic equation of desulfurization via oxidative extraction were determined. By means of the evaluation of model parameters and curve fitting, the reaction order between organic sulfide and sulfone, the intrinsic oxidation rate constant of organic sulfide and sulfone, and the equilibrium constant between sulfone in model diesel and extractive solvent were determined. The experimental values of the desulfurization rate and the theoretical values of the corresponding model equation had closely demonstrated that the desulfurization reaction rate had high accuracy. And the reaction kinetics could provide an important basis for diesel desulfurization process in the future.
In this paper,rapeseed oil as raw material,reacted with methanol under ultrasonic wave with the addition of KF/CaO as solid base catalyst,then the bio—dicsel was obtained.The ultrasonic frequency,the molar ratio of methanol to rapeseed oil,the amount of catalyst and the reaction time were investigated.We found out optimum reaction conditions:the ultrasonic frequency was 30KHz,the molar ratio of methanol to rapeseed oil was 7:1,the quality ratio of catalyst to rapeseed oil was 2.5%,the reactive time was 30 minutes,and the yield was up to 92.98%.Then the performance of the obtained bio—diesel was investigated,which reaches the current bio—diesel standards in Germany.
以Ce(SO4)2-HCl体系为氧化体系, N , N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为萃取剂,在石油醚中加入一定量的二苯并噻吩(DBT)构成柴油模拟体系,通过正交实验得出最佳脱硫条件:pH值为1,Ce(SO4)2加入量为0.008 g/mL(油)、温度为30℃、时间为50 min、V盐酸介质∶ V柴油=4∶ 5.通过模型参数估值和曲线拟合得出反应级数为1.3,探索出最优条件下反应动力学方程.Ce4+ 氧化媒质可用电化学方法再生循环利用,具有很好的经济效益,符合绿色化学发展的态势.
Different contents of TiO_2 colloids are prepared by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate.After testing the samples' photocatalytic on methyl orange,the results indicated that the catalysts have better photocatalytic activity at conditions of R (the molar ratio of ethyl alcohol absolute and water)=1/50 and the content of TiO_2 is 0.01 mol/L.The TiO_2 colloids doped by the different concentration of Fe~(3+)and Cu~(2+)are prepared at these conditions,different pH value,different temperature and different churning speed.After testing the samples' photocatalytic activity on methyl orange,it is found that these factors and the concentration of doping ions have all the effects on the form of TiO_2 colloids,effects of doping ions and photocatalytic activ- ity.Contrasted with the photocatalytic activity of the pure TiO_2 colloid,the photocatalysts doped Fe~(3+)and Cu~(2+)have better photocatalytic activity at condition of slowly churning speed,room temperature,pH=2.0.
