Oxidative desulfurization (ODS) of Azeri crude oil was studied under the electric field.By means of orthogonal experiments,the optimum conditions for desulfurization of crude oil were identified,while the effect of oxidative desulfurization under the electric field was compared with that of the single oxidative desulfurization method.The test results showed that the desulfurization reaction taking place under the electric field would be better than the traditional method.The desulfurization rate of crude oil could reach up to 77.06% at 115 ℃ at a distilled water amount of 10 m%,a desulfurizer dosage of 200 μg/g,and a demulsifier dosage of 50 μg/g.
Using H_2O_2 and H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH as oxidant and N,N - dimethyl formamide as extractant,the desulfurization of diesel is carried out under the ultrasonic wave.The effects of reaction time,temperature,volume ratio of oxidant to oil,ultrasonic frequency and reaction time under ultrasonic wave on desulfurization rate are investigated.The results show that when volume ratio of oxidant to diesel oil is 8%and H_2O_2-CH_3COOOH is used as oxidants,desulfurization rate can reach 89.2%,under normal temperature for 10 minutes with the ultrasonic frequency of 30 kHz.However,the desulfurization rate without ultrasonic wave can only reach 75.8%,which indicates that the ultrasonic wave can increase the effect of the oxidation desulfurization.
以Ce(SO4)2-HCl体系为氧化体系, N , N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为萃取剂,在石油醚中加入一定量的二苯并噻吩(DBT)构成柴油模拟体系,通过正交实验得出最佳脱硫条件:pH值为1,Ce(SO4)2加入量为0.008 g/mL(油)、温度为30℃、时间为50 min、V盐酸介质∶ V柴油=4∶ 5.通过模型参数估值和曲线拟合得出反应级数为1.3,探索出最优条件下反应动力学方程.Ce4+ 氧化媒质可用电化学方法再生循环利用,具有很好的经济效益,符合绿色化学发展的态势.
