目的探讨个性化护理在急诊持续床旁血液净化中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年2月~2015年10月收治的60例接受急诊持续床旁血液净化的患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规方法护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予个性化护理干预。结果观察组患者经过个性化护理在治愈率、护理质量满意率上显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论个性化护理在急诊持续床旁血液净化中的应用效果明显,能够有效提高患者对护理质量的满意率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the adsorption regularity of activated charcoal hemoperfusion for blood glucose in patients with acute intoxication. Methods The acutely poisoned patients treated with charcoal hemoperfusion(HP) in the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University between March 2011 and August 2012 were included in the perspective study. Of all the cases, the hemoperfusion cartridge were monitored for the adsorption of the blood glucose at the start of HP, 20, 30, 40, 60, 90 and 120 min after the HP treatment. The adsorption rates of blood glucose at all the 7 time points were respectively determined and compared with each other. Results The adsorption rate of blood glucose at 20 min of the treatment was remarkably higher than those at the rest other time points(all P < 0. 05). Comparing with the 90 and 120 min respectively, adsorption rates at 30, 40 and 60 min were significantly higher( all P < 0. 05). There were no statistical differences in the adsorption rate between other time points. Conclusions Within the first 20 min during the HP, the adsorption rate of charcoal hemoperfusion for blood glucose was significantly higher, it gradually declined with time prolonged and reached equilibrium at 90 min after the treatment. The adsorption regularity may be valuable in determining the duration of HP.
Using NKC-9 dry hydrogen type of cation exchange resin as catalyst,the adipic acid and methanol as raw materials to synthesize dimethyl adipate with methanol outer cycling adsorption water process.The effects of reaction conditions which includes molar ratio of methanol to senecioic acid,reaction time and catalyst content are analysized.The optimized reaction conditions are established which are molar ratio of methanol to acid 2.6∶1,amount of catalyst 22 g/mol,reaction time 6 h,and the conversion rate of the ester can reach 99.18%.After the catalyst have been reused 6 times,under the optimized reactions conditions,the yield of the ester still can reach 98.32%.
腰果酚为淡黄色液体,是腰果壳液的主要组成部分,其间位长侧链烃基为一个不饱和度为0~3的-C15基团,因此在腰果酚合成其他产品的过程中,其本身易发生自聚的现象。基于这种现象,本文研究了在乙醇作为溶剂的条件下,其侧链加氢的工艺。在检验过装置气密性的1L高压反应釜中,投入100mL的腰果酚以及200mL的乙醇,并投入少量的雷尼镍催化剂。先用氮气置换釜内气体3次,然后再用氢气置换3次,升温,启动搅拌器,搅拌速度为300r/min。当温度升至设定温度并稳定时,通入氢气至预定压力,开始反应,经过一段时间,卸釜取少量样品分析。釜内溶液经回收催化剂后,先经常压蒸馏除去乙醇,再经减压蒸馏得到侧链饱和的腰果酚,所得样品在较高温度下为液体,冷却时凝结成白色固体。产品经提纯后表征,确定为目标产物。运用SPSS软件设计均匀实验,系统地考察了反应时间、反应温度、氢气压力以及催化剂用量对反应结果的影响,以腰果酚的转化率为研究对象,得到了一个回归方程:y=-5.753+1.079x1+0.137x2-0.476x3-0.418x4-0.001x22-0.108x12+0.105x3x4式中:x1代表反应时间,h;x2代表反应温度,℃;x3代表催化剂用量,g;x4代表反应压力,MPa。对该方程求偏导处理,并在反应时间5h,反应温度89℃,催化剂用量4.5g以及氢气压力4.0MPa条件下,重复进行三次实验,反应转化率均达到100%。在此基础上,催化剂重复使用5次,仍然具有较高的活性。
以Ce(SO4)2-HCl体系为氧化体系, N , N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为萃取剂,在石油醚中加入一定量的二苯并噻吩(DBT)构成柴油模拟体系,通过正交实验得出最佳脱硫条件:pH值为1,Ce(SO4)2加入量为0.008 g/mL(油)、温度为30℃、时间为50 min、V盐酸介质∶ V柴油=4∶ 5.通过模型参数估值和曲线拟合得出反应级数为1.3,探索出最优条件下反应动力学方程.Ce4+ 氧化媒质可用电化学方法再生循环利用,具有很好的经济效益,符合绿色化学发展的态势.
N-cyclohexylmaleimide was synthesized by compound type solid acid SO4 /ZrO2-MoO3 as the catalyst, which was quantificationally selected. The effect to yield by the catalyst, the ratio of raw materials,the temperature and the reaction time were discussed. The yield was 86%,the purify was 99%,the product was confirmed by I. R. spectrum etc.
在高酸性气田的开发过程中,由于H2S、CO2、Cl-以及元素硫等介质的存在,对井下管柱、地面管线和设备的腐蚀有很大的影响,如何了解和控制高酸性环境下的腐蚀就显得尤为重要.针对川东北地区飞仙关组鲕滩气藏高舍H2S和CO2的特殊情况,研制出高酸性气田在线腐蚀试验装置,并利用该装置在天东5-1井进行现场试验.现场试验进一步证实了水中Cl-是影响腐蚀的主要因素,评价了目前常用/拟采用材料的腐蚀情况、缓蚀剂的防护效果以及不同腐蚀监测方法的适应性.现场试验结果为川东北高酸性气田防腐措施的制定提供了现场试验数据,具有重要的意义.
采用复合SO42-/ZrO2-MoO3固体酸催化剂催化合成N-环己基马来酰亚胺,选择了催化剂制备方法,讨论了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度对收率的影响.实验表明,以顺丁烯二酸酐与环己烷为初始原料,以复合固体酸作催化剂合成N-环己烷马来酰亚胺,在120℃下反应3 h,产品收率大于86%,纯度为99%,经红外光谱等分析方法确定了产品.
