牙隐裂是临床中较为常见的疾病,是继牙周病、龋病引发成年人牙缺失的三大主要病因之一[1].牙隐裂早期常因症状不明显、患者主诉模糊而难以准确诊断,待症状明显时,大多患牙已需要行根管治疗或直接拔除[2].因此,尽量保留隐裂患牙成为临床治疗的难点.目前,牙隐裂的治疗包括牙尖磨改、树脂粘接裂纹、树脂或银汞合金嵌体修复及全冠修复等,但尚无统一的治疗原则[3-4].

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of Raypex 5 and Elements Diagnostic electronic apex locators(EALs) in measuring root canal length.Methods Forty extracted single root canal mandibular premolars were used.The actual length was measured with an aid of 15# K file,and electronic length was measured separately with Raypex 5 and Elements Diagnostic EALs.The results obtained with each EAL were compared with the corresponding actual length.Results The percentage of correct measurements of Raypex 5 was 87.5%,while Elements Diagnostic was 92.5%,and there were no statistically significant differences between the two devices.Conclusion Both EALs provided an accurate and useful determination of the root canal length.

140 teeth from 120 patients with apical periodontitis which needed root canal treatment were selected and divided into Vitapex group and FC group.The clinical effect level and endodontic interappointment pain(EIP)were observed and compared after root canal disinfection.Compared with FC group,Vitapex group had a lower EIP rate and better root canal disinfection effect.Vitapex paste is a ideal root canal disinfected agent.
