目的 分析辽宁省2013年至2018年突发公共卫生事件网络报告情况及发生发展的流行病学特征.方法 利用Excel 2016建立数据库,运用SPSS 23.0软件进行数据统计分析,对2013年至2018年全省通过网络系统报告的突发公共卫生事件进行描述性流行病学分析.结果 辽宁省14个市通过全国突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统共报告一般级以上突发公共卫生事件130起,其中以传染病事件为主,占比72.31%,学校是突发公共卫生事件发生的主要场所.结论 应重点关注并不断提高发现及报告学校突发事件的水平和能力,加强学校师生传染病防治知识的宣传教育.继续提高本省突发公共卫生事件监测、预警、风险评估、应急处置、培训演练等防控能力,以及时、科学、有效应对发生突发公共卫生事件.
目的 探究辽宁省医疗机构传染病漏报调查与医务人员疫情知晓率情况.方法 经分层整群抽样方式,对医务人员发放调查问卷,抽取2018年11月至2019年11月辽宁省74家医疗机构,建立数据库,用Excel软件录入问卷成绩,对比分析传染病漏报及医务人员疫情知晓率情况.主要针对疾病控制、医务管理、临床救治、实验室检验等医务人员.结果 现场发放595份问卷,回收595份,回收率为100%.年龄20~67岁,平均年龄(42.2±1.1)岁.其中三级274人(46.05%),二级255人(42.86%),一级及未分级医疗机构66人(11.09%).高级职称84人、中级职称197人、初级职称及其他314人.辽宁省74家医疗机构,其中三级26家、二级27家、一级及未分级21家,所有调查问卷平均正确率为52.91%,三级、二级、一级及未分级医疗机构分别为54.78%、51.97%、48.74%.10个市各级医疗机构,平均分值最低为盘锦14.54,最高为沈阳17.90,95%置信区间为15.8~21.5.诊断标准基础知识平均分值最低为盘锦8.59,最高为沈阳10.65,置信区间7.4~12.8.报告基础知识平均分值最低为大连5.80,最高为沈阳7.25,置信区间5.4~8.8.结论 辽宁省需进一步提升法定传染病诊断和报告能力,继续加强医务人员对疫情的知晓度,及时有效防控传染病疫情,具有临床应用价值.
目的 描述辽宁省新型冠状病毒肺炎的传播特征,估算时点再生数,为制定和评价防控策略、采取防控措施提供科学依据.方法 对中国疾病预防控制传染病监测信息系统中,截至2020年2月22日的辽宁省确诊病例数据进行整理分析,采用EpiEstim Excel?程序包计算时点再生数.结果 辽宁省输入病例占68.60%,聚餐、探亲和生活交往是传播的主要感染途径,早期时点再生数为4.28,2月2日至2月16日,时点再生数从4.28下降到0.23,2月10日有效再生数下降到1以下.结论 辽宁省针对新冠肺炎疫情的防控策略制定得当、防控措施落实迅速,有效遏制了疫情在省内的蔓延.
目的 分析辽宁省境外输入新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)病例流行特征及防治措施,为防控COVID-19境外输入疫情提供依据.方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2020年1月29日-7月12日辽宁省境外输人COVID-19病例资料,结合现场流行病学调查报告,对境外输入COVID-19病例的时间、地区、人群分布、输入来源、临床分型、治愈时间等流行特征进行分析并对相关防控措施进行评价.结果 1月29日辽宁省报告首例境外输入COVID-19病例,截至7月12日累计报告72例,其中确诊病例33例,占45.83%,无症状感染者39例,占54.17%.确诊病例中,轻型病例5例,占15.15%,普通型病例28例,占84.85%;无重型、危重型、死亡病例报告.全省共9个市有境外输入病例报告,沈阳和大连市报告较多,分别为36例和21例,占50.00%和29.17%.病例年龄以14~49岁为主,共54例、占75.00%;职业以留学生、离退人员和商业服务人员为主,分别为31、10和10例,占43.06%、13.89%和13.89%.境外输入病例的来源地涉及18个国家,以美国(22.22%)、俄罗斯联邦(20.83%)、英国(15.28%)居多.境外输入病例中,治愈时间最短2.38 d,最长40.64 d;确诊病例治愈时间平均值为(13.53 ±7.81)d,无症状感染者治愈(无传染性)时间平均值为(13.82±3.27)d.结论 辽宁省境外输入COVID-19病例相对年轻,以无症状感染者及普通型居多,无死亡病例;以留学生、商业服务人员为主;主要来自美国、俄罗斯联邦和英国等国家,现有的防控策略合理有效.
目的:通过分析一起新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)聚集性疫情病例的流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供科学参考依据.方法:以新型冠状病毒肺炎防控技术方案的相关内容为依据,对一起聚集性疫情病例发病、就诊、接触方式及代际传播等进行描述性流行病学分析.结果:该起聚集性疫情涉及6例确诊病例,波及人数为98人,感染率为5.10 %(5/98),其中男性3例、女性3例,年龄25~72岁,临床表现为发热4例、乏力2例、干咳2例、咳痰l例、呼吸困难l例、呕吐l例、腹泻1例、肌肉酸痛1例,临床表现严重程度分为普通型5例,重型1例,从发病到诊断平均时间间隔5.3 d,从诊断到报告平均时间间隔1.2h,本起疫情暴露场所为家庭,以近距离飞沫或密切接触为接触方式传播的,潜伏期中位数7 d(6 d~12 d).指示病例为男性、51岁,二代病例共4例,三代病例1例.结论:本起聚集性疫情以家庭为暴露场所,且以近距离飞沫或密切接触为接触方式传播,通过加强疫情预警、监测,对病例早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗以及对其密切接触者的严格筛查和管理,达到有效防控疫情发生、发展及防止蔓延.
<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">目的分析辽宁省新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性病例的流行特征,为有效控制疫情提供对策、依据和参考。方法采用描述性分析方法对辽宁省新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性病例进行三间分布、潜伏期以及临床症状进行分析。结果截至2020年2月21日24时,辽宁省共发生聚集性病例26起81例,占总病例数的66.9%,全部为家庭聚集性。聚集性事件分布在10个地级市,聚集规模2~6例/起。30~69岁为聚集性病例高发年龄段,占聚集性病例总数的76.5%;男女比例0.84:1;潜伏期中位数为8.0天。聚集性事件首发病例发病前14天内有湖北旅居史的16例,占61.5%;有湖北以外其它有病例省份旅居史的7例,占26.9%;30.8%(8例)严重程度为重型或危重型。临床表现主要为发热(63.0%)、乏力(24.7%)、干咳(23.5%)、头痛(11.1%)和肌肉酸痛(11.1%)。结论辽宁省聚集性疫情病例以输入为主,控制家庭感染是控制辽宁省新冠肺炎疫情的重点。</span>
Objectives To reveal the cause of aggregative ganglion cases and measures of ganglion control. Methods We investigated the morbidity situation of sheep and human in cases occurred area. We detected the brucella antibody in human and sheep with SAT test. At the same time,we separated the brucella from the samples of blood and ganglion fluid of the cases. All the sheep were eliminated,the situation was terminally disinfected,the infected patients found out were treated with anti- brucellosis methods. Results Collective abortion was found before and after the Spring Festival in 2011. From all the samples of40 sheep,15 were detected as brucellosis cases. We found out 42 persons with the contact history,symptoms and signs. SAT test showed that 7 ganglion cases,2 fever cases and 2 farmers without symptom,a total of 11 cases of positive. The result of the separation etiology of ganglion fluid was negative. We isolated the sheep type III brucella from a fever case blood. After the treatment,7 cases had not ganglion any more,and 2 fever cases were rehabilitated. Follow- up of 1 year was conducted,but no new case in the country was found. Conclusion Seven ganglion cases were diagnosed as brucellosis. Brucella infection is one of the causes of ganglion in the brucellosis epidemic area.
Objectives To improve plague surveillance data reporting quality of Liaoning province and study the epidemic regulation of animal plague and provide scientific basis for the formulation of plague prevention and control measures and strategies.Methods Data of host animal,vector,etiology and serological surveillance were exported from the management information system,then SPSS statistical analysis software was employed to analyze the reported data and compared accuracy and effectiveness of these data.Results Through statistical analysis we can get that each surveillance point can timely and accurately report the animal plague surveillance data with exceptional years data of pathogen detection,antibody tests and fleas parasitized on mice(bilateral test,= 0.05,P< 0.05).Conclusion Since the management information system has been officially in operation in 2005,Liaoning province can accurately report the data according to the requirement and lay the foundation for the plague control and prevention.
目的:运用实验研究方法,了解宫炎泡腾片的抑菌作用及对大鼠阴道黏膜实验性感染的治疗作用.方法:分别将金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的混合液注入大鼠阴道内部,造成局部感染模型,然后将实验大鼠随机分组,分别经阴道不同间隔给药,每日1次,观察大鼠阴道局部炎症变化情况,并每日将大鼠阴道分泌物涂碟、培养,涂片检查菌落生长情况.结果:宫炎泡腾片对实验病菌有明显的抑制作用,使致病菌所引起的感染性大鼠阴道炎症有明显的改善.结论:宫炎泡腾片可以抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌生长,并具有治疗由致病菌感染所致实验性阴道炎症的作用.
OBJECTIVE:To understand the HA1 genetic variation characterization of influenza virus subtype H3N2 circulated from 2001 to 2006 in Liaoning local area.METHODS:Viral RNA was extracted and transcribed into cDNA by reverse transcriptase and amplified by PCR. The product of PCR was purified by QIAgen purification kits,and sequenced by ABI 3100avant. The sequence data were analyzed phylogenetically by Sequence software with epidemic records. Finally, the phylogenetic trees were drawn according to deduced amino acid sequences of influenza virus H3N2 from 2000 to 2006 in the NCBI database.RESULTS:The seven HA1domain sequences of H3N2 influenza viruses circulated from 2001 to 2006 in Liaoning local area had been analyzed. Compared with WHO 2004-2006 H3N2 vaccine A/California/7/2004, 12 bases had changed, 4 positions had amino acid substitution in 62 * > E, 182 T > 1,224 S > A,225 C > Y. 224 and 225 are RBS (Receptor binding site). The homology is lower than 98%. Phylogenetic tree showed Liaoning H3N2 2006 strains and Zhejiang 2005 strains were similar to WHO Northern hemisphere winter 2006-2007 Vaccine A/Wisconsin/67/2005 (H3N2)-like virus and grouped together to form an independent cluster even though several bases were still different.CONCLUSION:The HA1 domain of HA gene of influenza viruses (H3N2) isolated from 2001-2006 in Liaoning local area showed base mutation, amino acid sequence difference compared to A/California/7/2004 (2005-2006 vaccine), suggesting it might be the main cause leading to the spread of influenza. The sequence analysis showed Liaoning 2006 H3N2 strains were similar to those from Southern area which suggested that further surveullance should be conducted to monitor the virus mutation in circulation.
Objective To characterize HA1 gene of influenza virus subtype H1N1 circulated from 2000 to 2006 in Liaoning local area.Methods Viral RNA was extracted and transcribed into cDNA by reverse transcriptase and amplified by PCR.The product of PCR was purified and sequenced by ABI 3100 avant.The sequence data were analyzed with epidemic records.Results(1)The 21 sequences including those from genbank(except the other earlier 2 sequences) can be roughly divided into two major distinct lineages before and after the year 2000.(2)Four recent Liaoning strain sequences in 2005~2006 have a variation about 3% compared with the other 5 strains of a few years ago.The nucleic acid and amino acid sequence data of HA1 domain showed that there were four important mutant positions,they were 187 WR,188 YF,209 QK,249 VA respectively.Conclusion The HA1 domain of HA gene of influenza virus(H1N1) isolated from 2005~2006 showed mutation,and the mutated viruses were becoming the dominant circulating strain in Liaoning local area,and showed amino acid sequence difference compared to A/New Caledonia/20/1999,the vaccine components pronounced by WHO from 1999 to 2006,which suggested that further surveillance should be conducted to monitor the virus mutation in circulation.
