在机械基础课堂培养学生的创新能力,是教育发展赋予专业课程的新要求与新任务.机械基础课程作为中职机械类专业的专业基础课,是培养学生创新能力的主阵地之一.教师应当充分理解该课程的教学要求,把握培养学生创造能力的重要性,了解学生创新能力现状,从转变观念、优化导入、创新教学、有效提问、仿真技术和实训活动六个角度实现中职机械基础课堂学生创新能力的有效培养.

森林城市建设已经成为我国生态文明建设的重要内容,以荆门市建设国家森林城市为例,研究分析其建设历程、管理措施和取得成效,对建设中存在的不足,提出有针对性的意见,以供其他城市学习和借鉴,更好推动森林城市高质量发展.

目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)质量管理方法对心理科住院患者晚间熄灯后使用手机时间的影响。方法:对使用智能手机的15～40岁住院患者310例进行目的性抽样，于2017年10月10～23日进行现状调查，用鱼骨图进行原因分析，经真因验证后拟定对策，并干预12 w；于2018年3月19日至4月1日对使用智能手机15～40岁的住院患者298例进行调查，分析干预效果。结果:住院患者晚间熄灯后手机使用时间由活动前每人每天1.62 h下降为活动后每人每天0.53 h晨间患者按时服药率和圈成员综合能力得分高于活动前，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:运用QCC质量管理方法制定的护理干预措施能有效降低心理科住院患者晚间熄灯后使用手机时间、人数，增加患者晨间按时服药率，利于疾病的快速康复，为其节约时间成本和经济成本。

Learning burnout causes a direct escape behavior.To discuss the affecting factors of students' learning burnout is of great significance to the students' learning quality,management,etc.This article makes a survey about the the affecting factors in Baotou teachers' college through the learning burnout questionnaire investigation.Results showed the main five affecting factors:specialty factor,school work factor,its own factor,teaching environment factor,employment factors,etc.These factors were of significant influence on the learning burnout of the Professional sports students.

Phosphorus is one of needed macronutrients by plants,but phosphate availability in soil solution is very low all over the world,therefore plants are always under phosphate deficiency.Phosphate deficiency induced significant increase in total root length compared with control.Total surface area and total root volume of a whole root system increased as the phosphate concentrations increased.When phosphate concentrations varied from 2.5 to 10.0 μmol,the number of root tips in a root system increased.When phosphate concentrations were more than 10.0 μmol,the number of root tips decreased.The average diameter of the links in a root system increased in the range from 2.5 to 20.0 μmol of phosphate,reaching the peak at 20.0 μmol.The changes in the numbers of forks were the same as the root tips.In general,root biomass increased as the increase in phosphate concentrations,but shoot biomass increased when phosphate concentrations increased from 2.5 to 10.0 μmol.When phosphate concentrations were more than 10.0 μmol,shoot biomass decreased.The results showed that phosphate deficiency had greatly affects root development of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings.

Foreign exchange rate forecasting model has been established based on support vector machine in this paper.In the model, Foreign exchange rate daily data which is announced by PBC shows the trend of the Chinese currency.And Dow Jones China Index Series daily data shows the trend of the Chinese stock market. After Comparative analysis of these data, the results show that there is a strong correlation between the two. China's RMB exchange rate significantly affects the stock market.

The imports of China increases significantly since China joined the WTO in 2001. The RMB exchange ratehas appreciated more than 20% since the foreign exchange system reformed in 2005. Firstly, this paper describes China's foreign exchange reserve situation in this new economic environment. Secondly, we eliminate multicollinearity in the way of stepwise regression. And then, we find out the factors affecting the foreign exchange reserves: imports, RMB exchange rate, holding costs and foreign debt. Finally, I give some suggestions of China's foreign exchange reserves management.

目的探讨心理护理对慢性精神分裂症患者强迫症状的干预效果。方法将85例伴有强迫症状的慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组（42例）和对照组（43例）,研究组接受共6个月的心理护理,并在基线、干预后3月末、干预后6月末应用耶鲁—布朗强迫量表（Y-BOCS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效。结果干预后6月末,研究组和对照组的Y-BOCS评分以及HAMA评分较干预前均有显著性降低（P＜0.05）。而在干预后3月末、6月末,干预组的Y-BOCS评分和HAMA评分均显著低于对照组,且差异均有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理可有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的强迫症状。

Objective: To study the effectiveness of health education on the rehabilitation of convalescent patients with schizophrenia.Methods: 60 convalescent patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups and all patients received conventional medication and nursing care.The patients in study group were given a planned systematic health education,and SCL-90,BPRS and NOSIE Scale were adopted to make an evaluation before and after health education.Results: Compared with the factors in control group,the other factors were significantly lower except psychotic and paranoid factor in SCL-90 after health education in study group(P<0.01);BPRS scores were also significantly lower(P<0.01) and NOSIE scores increased(P<0.01).Conclusion: Health education is very effective for the rehabilitation of the convalescent patients with schizophrenia.
