通过给人工感染多杀性巴氏杆菌的鸡饲喂含药物的饲料,观察中药五倍子、恩诺沙星,以及五倍子与恩诺沙星联合使用对鸡巴氏杆菌病的防治效果。结果表明,治疗组和预防组的死亡率较对照组降低,预防组的死亡率明显低于治疗组;恩诺沙星对鸡巴氏杆菌病的治疗及预防效果较好,存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),保护率分别为33.33%和70%;五倍子与恩诺沙星联合使用对鸡巴氏杆菌病的治疗及预防效果不明显,保护率分别为11.11%和40%。尽管中西药联合体外抑菌效果显著,对动物疾病的防治效果不一定明显。
Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the infected geese which were collected from a goose farm in Zhanjiang by routine bacterial isolation and identification technology.Moreover,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Chinese herbs and antibiotics against pathogenic bacteria were measured,and the antibacterial effects of Chinese herbs combined with antibiotics were measured.The results showed that the biochemical characters of the isolated pathogenic bacteria were same as those of Pasteurella multocida,and the inhibitory effects against Pasteurella multocida were improved when the Chinese herbs were combined with antibiotics.The combination of enrofloxacin with Galla chinensis had significant inhibitory effect against Ameromonas hydrophila with 1/4 dosage for single enrofloxacin and 1/8 dosage for single Galla chinensis.The combination of Tylosin tartrate with Spica prunellae had significant inhibitory effect against Ameromonas hydrophila with 1/16 dosage for single Tylosin tartrate and 1/4 dosage for single Spica prunellae.Moreover,the bactericidal effect of Tylosin tartrate combined with Galla chinensis against Pasteurella multocida was 3 times higher than single drug.
Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the infected geese which were collected from a goose farm in Zhanjiang by routine bacterial isolation and identification technology.Moreover,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of 30 kinds of Chinese herbs affected on pathogenic bacteria were measured,such as Herba Houttuyniae,Galla Chinensis,Radices Scutellaria,etc,and the antibacterial effects of other Chinese herbs combined with the selected Chinese herbs which had the significant inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria were measured.The results show that the biochemical character of the isolated pathogenic bacteria were same as those of Pasteurella multocida,and the Chinese herbs such as Galla Chinensis(MIC=3.125 mg/mL) and Fructus Chebulae(MIC=12.5 mg/mL) had significant inhibitory effects on Pasteurella multocida,the inhibitory effects were improved when Galla Chinensis,Fructus Chebulae,Ffructus Schizandrae,Fructus Mume,Fructus Corni,Pericarpium Granati,Fructus Gardeniae and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were combined with many other Chinese herbs.
