痴呆是危害老年人身心健康的重要疾病之一.目前,对痴呆尚无较好的治疗方法.因此,痴呆同许多其他疾病一样,重在早发现、早预防.为了解居民对痴呆的知晓程度,我们进行了此项调查.

The paper discussed the practice of performance evaluation on Community health services based on theory of strategic goals management for innovative thinking of performance evaluation methods.Performance evaluation mechanisms mobilize the initiative of community health service agency,promote the objective management of organization and operational efficiency,continuous improve the number of services,service quality and satisfaction,promote coordinated and healthy,and sustainable development of community health services.

为探讨全科医生制度的建立,对社区卫生机构全科医生配置和人才队伍建设现状及存在的问题进行了调查分析。综合资料发现,我国全科医学教育培养存在体系不健全,全科医生人力资源配置总量不足,社区卫生人员素质不高,队伍不稳定和政策保障机制有待健全的现状。进一步确立全科医生教育培养制度体系,不断充实壮大基层人才队伍,搭建全科医学职业发展平台,不断提升社区卫生服务水平,是促进社区卫生服务事业健康协调可持续发展的重要路径和策略。
