This paper comprehensively analyzed the learning situation of students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion,com-bined with the latest instructions of the state on the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and based on the background of the needs of"globalization of traditional Chinese medicine"and"healthy China Construction".The authors established the teaching con-cept of"one center,two strengths and three combinations"in the teaching of meridians and acupoints,and carried out the ideological and political mixed teaching reform practice of cultivating socialist core values in professional courses.By strengthening the construc-tion of teachers'team,enriching teaching contents,innovating teaching methods,forming a teaching mode integrating"teaching,prac-tice and social service",adhering to the equal emphasis on inheritance and innovation,helping students grasp the correct value direc-tion and establish a broad global vision,so as to meet the needs of acupuncture and moxibustion and even the global development mar-ket environment of traditional Chinese medicine.
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common clinical chronic disease characterized by degenerative lesions of knee cartilage and secondary osteophytes,which occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.The use of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of KOA is an external treatment method characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy of acupuncture and acupotomy in the treat-ment of KOA was supported by evidence-based medical evidence,while the efficacy of blade needle needs further systematic evalua-tion.
Objective To observe the changes of various retinal indexes under the plateau acute hypoxia conditions,and to explore the intervention mechanism of the plateau acute hypoxia therapy.Methods Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into hypoxic model group,hypoxia + Jing acupoint bloodletting intervention group and hypoxia model group.The first two groups were further divided into four subgroups as 6h,24h,48h and 72h.There were four individuals in each group.Using rat acute retinal hypoxia,Jing acupoint bloodletting intervention group performed pretreatment with Jing acupoint bloodletting.Rat retinal tissue damage was subsequently vi-sualized using HE staining,Serum hypoxia-induced factor-1α(HIF-1α)and ELISA analysis of the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)content.Results Compared with normal oxygen control group,the content of serum VEGF and HIF-1α were increased at all time points in hypoxia model group,and the retina was damaged to different degrees at all time points.Compared with the simultane-ous point hypoxia model group,the degree of retinal damage in the hypoxia + Jing acupoint bloodletting intervention group was less,and the contents of VEGF and HIF-1α in retinal serum were decreased at each time point,and the difference was statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jing acupoint bloodletting can improve the injury caused by acute retinal hypoxia,and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum VEGF and HIF-1α content.
At present,vigorously promoting the ideological and political education of various professional courses under the back-ground of the"14th Five-Year Plan"is an important measure for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Traditional Chinese medicine professional courses should adapt to the require-ments of the curriculum ideological and political teaching in the new situation,first of all,we must start from the analysis of the neces-sity of the curriculum ideological and political teaching,and then explore the problems existing in the teaching process of the tradi-tional Chinese medicine profession,and think about how to solve its practical dilemma,so as to truly achieve the purpose of educating all employees,educating people in the whole process and educating people in all aspects in the teaching of traditional Chinese medi-cine professional courses,and cultivating qualified traditional Chinese medicine talents for modernization construction and national re-juvenation.
By combing the practice and experience of the cultural construction of the affiliated hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,this paper provided a basis for thinking about the cultural construction of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on building a hospital environment with traditional Chinese medicine cultural characteristics,cultivating hospital values with tradi-tional Chinese medicine characteristics and times characteristics,strengthening the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,im-proving the system of staff behavior norms,and strengthening humanistic care,spreading the culture of traditional Chinese medicine,playing the hospital social public welfare.
Ideological and political education is related to the education of personality and the quality of postgraduate education,but also to the progress and development of society.The postgraduates of university of Chinese medicine are the high-level talents culti-vated by university of Chinese medicine.Their ideological and political education is not only related to the cultivation quality of stu-dents but also to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,how to mobilize the whole staff to participate in the ideo-logical and political education into the whole process of traditional Chinese medicine graduate training is a direction worth studying.This paper will start from the"holistic view",combined with the"three-wide education"concept of the ideological and political edu-cation of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students in the whole process,all-round entry into the mode of discussion.
The doctrine of the mean is the soul of Confucianism,and the important contents of the doctrine of the mean,such as"be-ing prudent and alone","using both","going too far is as bad as not going far enough"and"being in the middle",have always influ-enced the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine contains rich philosophical thoughts,and the doctrine of the mean is reflected in the teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,especially in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in which"neutral view"and the Confucian doctrine of the mean complement each other.This paper explored the embodiment of the Confucian doctrine of the mean in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis by consulting books and literature,hoping to be helpful to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis teaching and clinical practice.
Objective to explore the clinical nursing effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with thermal moxibustion on post-operative pain of hemorrhoids.Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids hospitalized in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were included as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group received acupoint catgut embedding combined with thermal moxibustion on this basis.The anal pain at different time after operation,the degree of anal edema before and after intervention,the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions and the satisfaction of analgesic effect were compared between the two groups.Results On day 2,day 3,day 4,day 5,day 6,day 7,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the degree of anal edema in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the analgesic effect in the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that in the control group(60.00%,18/30)(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding com-bined with thermal moxibustion nursing can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of hemorrhoids and improve the symptoms of anal edema,has good safety and high recognition of patients,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
Through the burdock polysaccharide moisturizing solution to the evaluation of rat skin sensitization,it is found that the solu-tion has no sensitization.Through the determination of water content in rat skin.The results showed that the burdock polysaccharide has a certain moisturizing ability,with the increase of its concentration the higher the level,the stronger the inhibitory ability.In con-clusion,burdock polysaccharide has strong skin moisturizing ability,and can improve the water content of rat skin.It is non-sensitizing to the skin,safe and reliable,and can be used as a moisturizing ingredient used in cosmetic formulations.
Objective To analyze the tongue image,symptoms and medication history of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in Shenzhen in 2022,most of them were identified as obstruction of three jiao and deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and Yiyuan Xu-anfei decoction was proposed to observe its clinical effect on CT value recovery.Methods Twenty-five patients with Yiyuan Xuanfei decoction syndrome type were selected for treatment observation,and a control group of 25 cases was selected at the same time.The ef-fect of Yiyuan Xuanfei decoction on CT value was observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between N gene(31.99±1.16)and O gene(33.49±1.94)in control group and N gene(31.45±2.85)and O gene(33.40±3.96)in treatment group(P＞0.05).The time from treatment to CT value meeting discharge criteria was(4.28±1.88)d in control group and(2.80±1.26)d in treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion After taking Yiyuan Xuanfei decoction,the CT value of the treatment group recovered significantly faster than that of the control group,indicating that Yiyuan Xuanfei decoction mainly mobi-lized the qi of the lung,spleen and kidney and dredging the three jiao qi mechanism had obvious effect.The treatment method of strengthening the lung,spleen and kidney and promoting the three jiao has an obvious effect on promoting the improvement of the con-dition and speeding up the speed of the body's elimination of the virus,which is conducive to the recovery of patients with COVID-19.
Infertility has become a major problem affecting human health,and promoting long-term balanced population growth is linked to the future development of the Chinese nation.Although modern assisted reproductive technology is relatively mature,the pregnancy rate is still very low.The key to smooth embryo implantation and increase pregnancy rate is the improvement of endometrial receptivity.How to improve the receptivity of endometrium,increase the implantation rate of embryo,make the advance level of endo-metrium and embryo tend to be the same,and then improve the clinical pregnancy rate,which is the key and difficult problem of hu-man medical reproduction.This paper summarizes the achievements of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in improving endo-metrial receptivity in recent years,in order to provide clinical help for increasing the success rate of pregnancy.
The Lingnan class of the Second Clinical Medical School of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine characterized by"solid foundation,strong ability,emphasis on thinking and distinctive features".In order to meet the needs of the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents in the new era and achieve the goal of training applied talents of traditional Chinese medicine,the Lingnan class of the Second Clinical Medical School of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has conducted a research on the teaching mode of the practical course"Classical and clinical"based on classic and clinical practice course based on traditional Chinese medi-cine thinking training,to carry out the characteristic curriculum system of combining the lecture teaching of classic and clinical course in grade one and two of Lingnan class with the clinical practice course in grade five,so as to effectively promote the students to set up the classical traditional Chinese medicine thinking and to enhance the clinical practice ability of traditional Chinese medicine,has the promotion value and the reference significance.
Based on the curriculum characteristics and the requirements of traditional Chinese medicine higher education,the course group of traditional Chinese medical diagnostics build the"five-combination,one-regression"model.The model of combining the theory teaching with practice teaching,combining the offline teaching with online teaching,combining the first class with the second class,combining the course education with ideological courses,combining process assessment with summative assessment and regress-ing into the traditional Chinese medicine classic can improve the training of traditional Chinese medicine thinking and realize integra-tion of knowledge,capacity,quality,emotion manner,and value development,which provide new idea for training inherited and inno-vative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
The pathogenesis and treatment strategy of chronic kidney disease(CKD)based on collateral disease theory was discussed.The relevant literature of TCM on the treatment of chronic kidney disease from collateral disease was consulted,and Professor Wang Xiangsheng's clinical experience in the treatment of CKD with collateral disease theory was summarized.The obstruction of kidney collaterals is an important pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease.The obstruction of kidney collaterals can be distinguished in detail.It can be seen that blood stasis blocks collaterals,dampness and turbidity blocks collaterals,poison and evil blocks collaterals,wind and evil blocks collaterals,etc.The method of dredging collaterals is to dredge collaterals according to syndrome differentiation.Com-monly used drugs include insects,rattan,dispelling dampness and discharging turbidity,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine assists in dredging collaterals.The theoretical system of treating chronic kidney disease from collaterals provides a system-atic diagnosis and treatment idea for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CKD.
Based on formulas of traditional Chinese medicine's course characteristics,and the requirements of the reform and innova-tion of the traditional teaching model of formulas of traditional Chinese medicine,we explored the"student-oriented"formula teach-ing classroom to cultivate students'independent innovation ability by constructing a new type of teacher-student relationship,optimiz-ing teaching design links and other methods.Then through an objective and reasonable evaluation system,the optimal combination of"teaching"and"learning"modes can be realized.This article reflected and summarized how to improve the teaching effect of formu-las of traditional Chinese medicine classroom through the feedback of teaching practice.
Objective To explore the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with vibratory sputum expulsion in mechanically ventilated asthmatic patients with pattern of phlegm-turbid obstructing lung syndrome.Methods A total of 166 patients with mechani-cal ventilation of phlegm-turbidity obstructing lung syndrome asthmatics treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by ran-dom number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,including bedside elevation,airway humidification,oral care,timely sputum aspiration,etc.The observation group was treated acupoint application combined with vibration expectoration on the basis of control group.Using the observational study method,the nursing effect of the two groups were obseved.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.95%(73/83),which was significantly better than that of the control group(77.11%,64/83),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with vibration expectoration for mechanical ventilation patients with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome has significant nursing effect,strong operational feasibility,easy to be accepted by patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as"coronary heart disease")belongs to"chest discomfort","palpitation","angina pectoris"and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine.Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in recent years has obtained the good curative effect,its mechanism is largely affect platelet activity,improve the myocardial tissue damage,promote the blood circulation,promote vascular active substances release,anti oxygen free radicals and so on.With the deepening of the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart dis-ease,acupuncture and moxibustion has been more and more used in the treatment of this disease.In view of the current research data on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,this paper made a retrospective analysis,and discussed and summarized the mechanism and treatment methods of acupuncture and moxibustion.
In the context of"Chinese Culture Go Global Strategy"and"Enhancing the Influence of Chinese Culture Policy",the inter-national communication of traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly important.Hence,the requirement on the capacity of interna-tional communication is raised,which leads to the inadequate results of college English teaching.Taking Intercultural Communication course as the example,based on the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics,this research aimed at cultivating the students'in-tercultural communication capacity of traditional Chinese medicine,forging them into the versatile talents with language skill,capacity of intercultural communication and ideological and political consciousness.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods From January 2020 to September 2021,a total of 60 RA patients admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The random number table method was used for the grouping method.The control group was given methotrexate combined with leflunomide,and the observation group was given acupoint application on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,joint function,serum RF,CRP,plasma ESR levels and HAQ score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30)(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the duration of morning stiffness in both groups was shortened(P＜0.05),and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).The number of joint tenderness and joint swelling decreased in both groups,and the observation group was less than the control group(P＜0.05).Serum RF,CRP levels,plasma ESR and HAQ scores were decreased in 2 groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The proportion of joint function grade Ⅳ in both groups was decreased and the obser-vation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05),the proportion of joint function grade Ⅰ in both groups was increased and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion acupoint application in the treatment of RA can reduce the immune damage,inhibit the inflammatory response,restore the joint function,and has significant effect.
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common disease of middle-aged and aged people,however,its causes and pathogenesis in modern medicine are not yet clear.KOA is categorized as the"arthromyodynia"in traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a good effect on it.Liver,spleen and kidney are closely related to the tendons,muscle,and bones that make up the knee joint in physiology and pathology.To be specific,liver meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian go through the knee joint,who carry the"qi"and"blood"of the liver,spleen and kidney.What's more,there is also a close relationship between the acu-puncture points'location or main functions of these three meridians and the symptomatic or cause-specific treatment of knee dis-eases.In conclusion,acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of KOA based on liver meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian not only had a profound theoretical basis,but also showed the concepts of treatment in the symptoms and root causes,combination of inside and outside,and holism in traditional Chinese medicine.
