建立栀子饮片、标准汤剂、中间体、配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其相关性进行评价.采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.5%甲酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min;检测波长254nm,柱温30℃,进样体积10μL,15批栀子饮片、标准汤剂、中间体及配方颗粒指纹图谱均呈现9个共有峰,呈良好的相关性,在9个共有峰中指认出山栀子苷、鸡矢藤次苷甲酯、羟异栀子苷、Jasminoside B、京尼平-1-龙胆二糖苷、栀子苷、苦藏花素等7个共有峰.栀子饮片、标准汤剂、中间体、配方颗粒的主要化学成分组成基本相同,建立的HPLC指纹图谱方法可用于栀子配方颗粒的生产全过程的质量控制.

This paper studies the NC processing technology and the process of numerical treatment of a double-sided thrust groove cam,including the installation method of the workpiece,the processing coordinate system,the cutting tools,the related technological parameters,and the feed pathway mainly determined in the technology treatment.The computation process of the coordinates of basic point on the programming locus is mainly explained in the numerical treatment and the coordinates computations of related basic points are conducted with the special operation procedures.The NC program based on the research results proves to be applicable in practical production,which shows that the results provide both the theoretical basis and practical reference for the NC processing of the similar cam parts.
