Objective To investigate the level of general self-efficacy and well-being among the junior employed nurses in military hospitals,and to analyze their correlation.Methods A total of 119 junior employed nurses in a military hospital were investigated with general self-efficacy scale and index of well-being.Results The score of general self-efficacy among junior employed nurses in military hospitals was(2.56 ± 0.48).The score of well-being index was(10.97 ± 2.05),both were lower than the norm(P 0.01),and they were positively correlated(P 0.05).Conclusion Nursing administrators should improve junior employed nurses' general self-efficacy,and then improve their well-being.This is a great significance to improve the clinical nursing quality and complete the medical support tasks.

<正>自我效能感,1977年由美国斯坦福大学著名心理学家班杜拉提出,是指人们成功地实施和完成某个行为目标或应付某种困难情景能力的信念,它涉及的不是技能本身,而是自己能否利用所拥有的技能去完成工作行为的自信程度,是个体对影响自身事件的自我控制能力的知觉,从而影响从事某一事件的心理活动的功能发挥,决定人类行动的内部动力,自我效能感高的人在解决问题时有积极的应对方式,倾向于选择富有挑战性的任务,在困难面前能坚持自己的行为,当行为达不到目标时,会对失败原因进行分析,创造条件实现目标。
