Anti-alcoholism beverage is a new functional beverage with wine adsorption inhibition activity.Thisstudy found that the antialcoholism beverage can form alcohol gel(alcogel)when mixing with wine.The alcoholretention rate of the anti-alcoholism beverage is 92 %.The anti-alcoholism beverage significantly inhibits theadsorption of ethanol and dramatically reduces ethanol concentration in circulation blood.Therefore, the anti-alcoholism beverage is a specific ethanol adsorption inhibitor which can be used for preventive drunkenness.
