目的:新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情突发后,为更好地为医护人员、高校师生及居家居民提供康复护养范式和健康自我评价,本研究根据中医非药物疗法设计开发了“北京中医药大学身心康”康复护养应用平台.方法:基于微信小程序技术,根据中医“治未病”思想,利用“身心同调,杂合以治”的优势,通过专业心理、生理测试量表,并结合新冠肺炎疫情特点以及北京中医药大学专家组临床经验,综合设计完成了新冠肺炎康养平台——身心康.结果:新冠肺炎康养平台,可有效辅助使用者快捷、高效地完成身心调节和远程康养指导.结论:身心康小程序,通过线上线下相结合的模式,可以有效为医护人员、高校师生和居家居民提供康复护养范式,为用户最大程度地促进机体康复和心理健康提供支持.
自古以来,气功修炼因其有不同的目的、方法、理论以及传承体系,分为不同的学术流派,精彩纷呈,各具特色. 医 医家气功与中医理论关系密切,对人体内之经络、脏腑气化反应观察较为细腻.它的习练目的在于祛病健身,养生保健,是中医学的基础与精华,如新气功疗法、六字诀、五行掌等均有代表性.
目的:以《诸病源候论》所载一条调理脾胃的导引法为研究对象,以中脘穴区皮温作为检测指标,观测不同三调技术搭配方案对中脘部位皮温的改变.方法:首先,在综合分析该书导引三调特征基础上,根据其文字描述分别还原出可能的三调操作技术,然后运用统计学方法发现不同呼吸形式对皮温的影响.结果:吸气后屏气上举与安静态比较,皮温变化的波动幅度更小,具有规律性,其穴区均温、穴点温度、穴区最高温度和穴区最低温度的波动幅度与安静态比较差异有统计学意义.结论:调心和调息操作标准一致前提下,吸气后屏气操作,中脘穴区温度波动幅度更小,容易产生温热感.
Objective To design a laser acupuncture instrument with dual wavelength and multi-channel,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture theory and according to low-level laser induced effect in bio-tissues and compatibility characteristics of acupuncture points.Methods Using SCM and semiconductor laser,hardware circuitry was designed to achieve the basic functions of the instrument,and the corresponding PC software was developed.Results The laser acupuncture treatment for several acupuncture points could be carried out at the same time with the same or different laser parameters (wavelength,power density,continuous/pulse),and each channel could output 635 nm and 808 nm laser,with continuous adjustable power.Conclusions The dual wavelength multi-channel laser acupuncture instrument can meet the needs of compatibility during clinical acupuncture treatment and is easy to operate.
Objective To explore the tranquilizing effects of Imaginary Working by investigating the timing characteristics of the alpha band electroencephalogram ( EEG ) power. Methods College students as volunteer subjects were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group and control group at 1∶1 ra-tio. The experimental group received Imaginary Working intervention while the control group did not re-ceive any intervention. After Imaginary Working intervention training, the alpha band absolute power of two groups was measured to compare and analyze. Results Alpha band EEG absolute power in the two groups were statistically different at all time periods (P<0. 05). The absolute power value of the experi-mental group was higher than the control group, appeared more steady than the control group at each time point. Conclusion Imaginary Working can induce the alpha band rhythm response and maintain the effects with time as a subsequent effect. Imaginary Working presents with an apparent tranquilizing effect.
Objective To analyze the effects of different kinds of Image Thinking on brain functional area by measuring alpha band electroencephalograph (EEG) power.Methods 48 college students were enrolled and divided into two groups .Subjects in the experiment group received three kinds of Image Thinking intervention , while those in the control group did not receive any intervention .Alpha band ab-solute power of two groups was measured to compare and analyze .Results The alpha band absolute power value of the experiment group was higher than that in the control group at occipital lobe , parietal lobe , and temporal lobe in both active and resting state ( P<0 .05 ) .The power in αfrequency range was significantly different in three kinds of Image Thinking status.When imagining“I am rambling in the rose bushes”, there was statistically significant difference in contralateral lead in ( FP1-FP2 ) , ( F7-F8 ) , (C3-C4), (P3-P4), (T5-T6), and (O1-O2) (P<0.05).Moreover, power in the right hemisphere was higher than left hemisphere , and after active stage the power of occipital lobe reduced .When imagi-ning “the spring sunshine is warm on my body”“My every pore is breathing freely”, there was statistically significant difference in contralateral lead in (F7-F8) and (P3-P4) (P<0.05).The alpha band abso-lute power increased at occipital lobe after active stage , then the power increased to peak at final resting state.Conclusion Image thinking exhibits a significant tranquilizing effect according to the reflection of the high power of alpha band at occipital lobe and parietal lobe .Different kinds of feeling effect caused by Image Thinking maybe related to the function of every brain area .
研究激光针灸在不同的作用方式和参数设置下,对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导的关节炎(CIA)模型大鼠血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素15(IL-15)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和皮质醇(COR)的影响.将大鼠随机分为模型组,药物组,针刺组,深部激光针灸1 mW组、5 mW组、10 mW组,表面激光针灸50 mW组、100mW组、150mW组,并设正常对照组,针灸穴位选择足三里和肾俞.治疗10 d后取材,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清因子水平.模型组的血清IL-1β、IL-15、IL-17、TNF-α和VEGF均较正常组显著升高,有统计学意义(均为P<0.001),COR较正常组显著降低,有统计学意义(P<0.001).治疗后,各治疗组的IL-1β、IL-15、IL-17、TNF-α和VEGF均较模型组有不同程度的降低,除个别组外,与模型组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.001);各治疗组的COR均较模型组显著升高,有统计学意义(P<0.001).各治疗组间相比,血清IL-1β水平在针刺组中最高,在表面激光针灸50 mW组中最低,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IL-15水平在针刺组中最高,在药物组中最低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清IL-17水平在深部激光针灸1 mW组中最高,在表面激光针灸100 mW组中最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);血清TNF-α水平在深部激光针灸1 mW组中最高,在药物组中最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);血清VEGF水平在深部激光针灸50 mW组中最高,在深部激光针灸5 mW组中最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清COR水平在针刺组中最低,在表面激光针灸150 mW组中最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).激光针灸能够有效降低CIA大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-15、IL-17、TNF-α、VEGF等促炎因子的表达水平,提高血清COR等抗炎因子的表达水平,其作用效果与激光针灸的作用方式和参数设置有关.
On the base of analyzing and studying on the Daoyin method in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun and combining with the practical experience and pathogenesis, the authors created a set of Daoyin exercise method, including 6 sections, for preventing and treating irritable bowel syndrome through selecting carefully the entries of Daoyin method in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun. The name of these 6 sections are, respectively, encouraging genuine qi, enhancing yang qi, regulating liver qi, stretching top and bottom, motioning bowels and tonifying genuine yuan qi. Every section was specified from the original text, Daoyin method, exercise essentials and principle explanation. The Daoyin exercise method is a new attempt in carrying down and developing ancient Daoyin method and extending modern TCM measures for health preserving and disease curing.
