Dal'nevostochnyj federal'nyj okrug (DFO) Rossii podverzhen chastym lesnym pozharam. Cel'yu raboty bylo vyyavit' svyaz' mezhdu onkologicheskimi zabolevaniyami i lesnymi pozharami na territorii DFO; ocenit' vremennye lagi ukazannyh svyazej; vyyavit' vozrastnye gruppy, statisticheski naibolee chuvstvitel'nye k vozdejstviyu pozharov. CHislo pozharov (CHP) za god na territorii administrativnyh edinic (AE), privedennoe k maksimal'nomu znacheniyu dlya vsekh AE za period nablyudeniya 1992–2019 gg., ispol'zovali v kachestve pokazatelya lesnyh pozharov. Pokazateli zabolevaemosti pyat'yu vidami raka (ZR) za god sredi detej v vozraste do 14 let i naseleniya v celom normirovali analogichno CHP i sopostavlyali s normirovannymi pokazatelyami CHP. Vse kombinacii iz semi AE DFO issledovali na nalichie statisticheskih svyazej mezhdu normirovannymi pokazatelyami CHP i ZR. Modeli ARIMA ispol'zovali dlya analiza vremennyh ryadov CHP i ZR za period 1992–2019 gg. Linejnyj statisticheskij analiz primenyali dlya bolee korotkih vremennyh ryadov CHP i ZR (10–12 let) na territorii central'noj AE DFO dlya detej v vozraste do 4 let. Pri etom krome perechislennyh pyati vidov detskogo raka dlya kategorii «deti mladshego vozrasta (0–4 let)» byli rassmotreny tri dopolnitel'nyh vida raka, a takzhe pyat' dobrokachestvennyh novoobrazovanij. Analiz s primeneniem modeli ARIMA pozvolil vyyavit' 27 svyazej mezhdu CHP i ZR s lagom ot 0 do 3 let v dvuh vozrastnyh gruppah dlya pyati vidov raka (0,002 < p < 0,1). Linejnyj statisticheskij analiz v gruppe «deti mladshego vozrasta (0–4 goda)» pokazal korrelyacii dlya trekh iz pyati vidov raka, dlya dvuh iz trekh vidov embrional'nogo raka i trekh iz pyati vidov dobrokachestvennyh opuholej (0,002 < p < 0,046). Vyvody: kolebaniya zabolevaemosti opuholyami gemopoeticheskih, limfoidnyh tkanej, sosudistymi opuholyami, opuholyami myagkih tkanej i CNS sredi detej mladshego vozrasta (0–4 goda), detej/podrostkov v vozraste 0–14 let i naseleniya DFO v celom otchasti svyazany s lesnymi pozharami. Naselenie DFO v celom i deti v vozraste do 4 let na territorii central'noj AE DFO naibolee chuvstvitel'ny k vozdejstviyu lesnyh pozharov. Svyaz' «chislo pozharov – zabolevaemost' rakom», kak pravilo, imeet vremennoj lag ot 0 do 3 let.
In the P. Hertsen MORI we developed a methodological platform for the formation of the register of cancer patients, on the basis of which created information-analytical system cancer registry (RR RF) IAS Cancer registry, which is a multi-level system, including Federal and territorial segments. Territorial one is designed to monitor MN in the given subject of the Russian Federation (territorial population cancer registry). In Federal one we accumulate non-personally identifiable data territorial cancer registries Oncology clinics of the Russian Federation. As at 31 December 2015 BD PP of Russian Federation contains more than 5.1 million patients with malignant neoplasms (records of patients with diagnoses C00-D09 (ICD10)) from 45 subjects of the Russian Federation.
The data of electronic questionnaire “The passport of oncological dispensary” was used for monitoring of effectiveness of oncological care support of population in 20 regions of the Russian Federation implementing public programs of health care development in 2009 and 2010. The evaluation was given concerning development of material technical base and manpower of oncological service, effectiveness of preventive activities in the regions with total population more than 31 millions individuals. The development and implementation of preventive programs of federal and regional level, activation of activity and numbers of examination and primary oncological rooms based in curative preventive institutions permits to increase identification of patients with early stages of disease that significantly impacts effectiveness of specific treatment and benevolent outcome.
We present a brief overview of major innovative scientific research conducted at the research oncological Institute n. a. P. A. Herzen over the last decade, and the results of their the introduction into clinical practice. On the basis of 36 patents of the for the invention in Russian Federation we developed new medical technologies for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients, permission for clinical use in the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Federal service on surveillance in healthcare and social development.
