[目的/意义]科学的使用评价指标来评价人才,能够为高校和科研机构录用、提拔、激励人才提供一定的理论依据.[方法/过程]从学者学术生命视角提出了学者的学术生命期、学者的学术生命半衰期和学者的学术影响力半衰期,并以美国物理学会期刊上发文的学者为研究对象进行了实证研究.首先,通过统计分析给出了这些指标的分布规律;其次,使用相关分析揭示了这些指标间的相关关系;最后,用学术生命视角下的指标来评价诺贝尔奖获得者,从而验证这些指标的评价效果.[结果/结论]其一,学术生命视角下的评价指标呈幂律分布;其二,学术生命视角下的评价指标和传统指标(发文数、被引次数)之间存在一定的相关性;其三,学术生命视角下的评价指标用于诺贝奖获得者的评价效果较好,且能比较契合的反映发文数、被引次数较少的学者的学术影响力,但是也存在着适用性的问题以及区分度的问题.
Based on the Information System Success Model, a conceptual model for exploring the tagging intention of social tagging system users is constructed. Then, data are collected through questionnaires and analyzed by means of both methods of multiple linear regressions and path analysis. The results are as follow. First, the information quality, system quality, empathy and assurance of social tagging systems have a significant positive effect on users’ satisfaction and their tagging intention, while the responsiveness of social tagging systems doesn’ t. Besides, the reliability of social tagging systems has an immediate positive effect on users’ satisfaction, but not on users’ tagging intention. Second, users’ satisfaction has a significant positive effect on users’ tagging intention, and there is a mediation effect between the information quality, system quality, empathy, reliability, assurance of social tagging systems and users’ tagging intention.
研究旨在对新手用户与文献数据库交互中的情感演进问题进行探索.采用基于任务的信息检索实验方法,一共招募83名有效被试参与实验.实验过程中,要求被试在与CNKI自由探索3分钟、完成事实型检索任务、完成探索型检索任务、完成干涉型检索任务和实验一周后5个时间点提供心智模型概念列表.研究表明:第一,文献数据库新手用户的情感分布在系统维度(文献数据库宏观功能、信息资源、文献数据库系统、信息组织、检索方法和系统界面)、用户信息素养维度和检索任务情境维度.第二,新手用户情感的演进在系统维度呈现出不同的演进模式,但都浮现出学习行为的迹象.第三,新手用户与文献数据库交互中的情感演进受到检索任务的影响.研究可为今后测量用户信息搜索中的“学习行为”提供理论基础.
The structure of social networks is of paramount importance in collective behaviors ,e .g . information propagation ,consensus and formation of social norms .In this paper ,a special net‐work is constructed by adding remote links among nodes over lattice graphs with total energy constraints .A power law distribution is used to model the relation between the link probability and the distance .We study the effect of geographic scaling property on the dynamics of Naming Game with a group interaction rule .We find that there exists an optimal parameter value which minimizes the time to converge to global consensus .When the total energy constraint is large e‐nough the optimal parameter value is approximately 1.5 .Numerical simulations indicate that the geographic scaling property in social network plays an important role in the emergence of social collective behavior and rules .
文章在对科学实验数据建立描述模型的基础上,通过对相关的科学实验描述本体的复用和扩展,构建以科学实验描述本体为基础的科学数据组织模式.采用RDF格式存储科学实验相关元数据,深入挖掘和揭示了科学数据中各类资源对象的语义内涵与关联关系,将与科学实验数据相关的科研机构、文献数据库以及科研成果等外部信息进行有效语义关联,建立了动态的、开放的科学实验数据知识组织模式.
Scientific research personnel are producers and users of scientific data,and they are important subjects of scientific data sharing system. Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper establishes a games model between scientific research personnel. The analysis of e-volution properties shows that the implementation of scientific data sharing system. If the opportunism and"free" can be prevented,scien-tific data sharing can be promoted.
本文研究并构建了基于课程融合的研究性教学模式,并以面向对象程序课程为例,探讨基于课程融合的研究性教学模式的具体应用,激发学生的学习主动性和创新性,实现学生综合能力和创新能力的锻炼和提高.
