随着国家推行体育强国和全民健身政策,竞技体育比赛愈发受到社会和大众的喜爱,篮球比赛中高强度的对抗要求运动员要有强健的身体素质,加强核心力量素质练习可以提升篮球运动员综合身体素质,减少运动员的意外损伤.本文采用文献资料法、对比分析法围绕核心力量训练对篮球运动员身体素质发展的影响展开调查分析和应用探讨.
为提高体郑州大学体育学院大二篮球专选班学生跳投投篮命中率,检验核心力量训练运动处方对跳投命中率的影响效果,采用数据比较法、数据整理法和数据分析法,对体院大二篮球专选班20名同学进行为期8周的核心力量训练运动处方研究实验,10人一组,随机分为两组,一组为实验组,二组为对照组.一组在的篮球训练后增加一定量的核心力量训练,两组仅仅进行日常篮球训练.以定点跳投与运球急停跳投为测试方法.结果显示,一组和二组在定点跳投的命中率上没有明显变化,在运球急停跳投测试中一组整体平均成绩优于二组.结果说明核心力量运动训练运动处方,对郑州大学体育学院大二篮球专选班学生的跳投命中率具有一定的促进作用.加入核心力量运动训练,能够对实战中的跳投命中率产生积极的影响.
