电工电子技术基础课程在为理工科大学生传授电气科学知识、培养专业技能的同时,结合双一流建设和新工科发展需要,在课程目标、课程内容组织、课程资源和教学模式上,借助信息化手段将人文素质教育与工程类基础性课程教学有机结合,从而培养学生的人文素养和科学精神.
The Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has a mature and extensive application in the control and protection of medium and low voltage and medium and small power electronic devices, but there are some shortcomings in the control and protection application of high voltage and high power electronic devices, such as single time scale and difficulty in increasing the controllable semaphore. Aiming at high voltage and high power electronic devices, this paper designs a multi-time scale controller based on DSP, FPGA, and CPLD. Among them, DSP completes millisecond algorithm operation and logic control; FPGA performs microsecond AD sampling and PWM signal generation; CPLD realizes signal level PWM signal detection and fault blocking. The main control board and peripheral plug-in board are separated on the controller hardware to improve the expansibility of the controller. Finally, the feasibility of the controller design is proved by experiments.
When working in harsh conditions, the dump truck brakes frequently. And the braking energy consumption of it accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption. Due to the wide range fluctuation and high frequency of the instantaneous wide range fluctuation on DC bus voltage, the efficient and stable control on braking energy recovery and utilization system is a key challenge that needs to be solved urgently. This paper proposes a self-adaption two-degree-of-freedom PID control strategy, which implements high efficient and stable control of the charging and discharging process of the system. Meanwhile, the response speed of charging and discharging current are accelerated and the interference resistant capacity is also improved in the charging and discharging process. The experimental platform of braking energy recovery and utilization system of the dump truck with 300kW/1800V supercapacitor and battery mixed energy storage was built. And the establishment of prototype had been completed. Finally, vehicle operation Experiment was conducted on the 730E tramcar in Ping Shuo An-Jialing coal mine. The experimental results were tested by a third party, and the efficiency of the braking energy recovery and utilization system reached 53.5%. The experimental result verified the efficiency, feasibility and stability of the charging and discharging control strategy.
In foggy conditions, due to the turbid medium in the atmosphere, the light absorption and scattering are seriously affected, which makes the light intensity of the optical sensor change, which directly leads to the decrease of the clarity and contrast of the license plate image, thus reducing the correct rate of the subsequent license plate recognition. Aiming at this phenomenon, an algorithm based on dark channel to improve the image transmittance was proposed. The improved method was used to defogging the image, which made up for the disadvantage that the dark channel method couldn't defog well for large bright areas such as white. Experiments show that the original color characteristics of the vehicle information can be well restored after the image is defogged by the improved method, which facilitates the processing of the vehicle information in the later period.
为了实时监控燃料电池的运行状况,保障电池堆安全、可靠地运行,设计了一种单体电池电压监控系统.系统以PIC单片机为主控制器,采用基于高压模拟开关阵列的电压采集方法,利用CAN总线的方式与上位机通信.上位机采用LabVIEW平台开发电池电压监控界面系统,界面以波形图、表格、数值显示控件等形式向用户汇报电堆的运行情况.该系统实时性高、界面友好、控制简单,能够有效地保障电堆的安全.
基于STM32和反射式光电容积脉搏波(PPG)技术设计了一种具有抗运动干扰特性的腕戴式心率计.由STM32产生的PWM波控制红外光源的开通或关闭.光电传感器采集到光强信号转换为电信号后经过I/V转换和信号放大及滤波电路,送入STM32作进一步处理,通过蓝牙4.0可以方便地将测得的心率参数发送到液晶屏上显示.采用LMS自适应滤波算法滤除PPG信号中运动干扰噪声.实验表明,该心率计在人体处于不同运动状态(静止、行走及跑步)下都有很高的测量准确率.
以三星ARM9(S3C2440)处理器作为试验平台,研究了拉格朗日插值算法在触摸屏校准中的应用,并对校准数据作了分析,在当前逻辑点比例换算校准法广泛用于触摸屏校准的情况下,为触摸屏的校准提供了一种新的方法,解决了在触摸屏安装过程中所产生的机械安装位置误差的校准问题。
Taken the natatorium's roof space truss structure of Wuhan sports center as engineering background,the automatic assessment work status safety of structural key members sub-system is designed.Based on the reliability theory,the structural component weighting factors method of spatial structure is adopted.In the light of the method the key members are judged out.And a simplified method to evaluate the security of existing building structures is proposed.Based on data-acquisition from the strain gauges installed on the key members,the safe early-warning grade is identified and it successfully realized safe early-warning of the space latticed truss structure by informing the consumer timely.
A new image processing method was proposed to deal with tire pattern pitch for the tilted tread pattern's characteristic and the corresponding mathematical model was established based on the sound generating mechanisms,which could provide the time domain and the frequency domain analysis of pattern noise.The global parameters of pitch proportion,pitch order and pitch shift were optimized by use of the improved immunity genetic algorithm,which could offer a practical and advanced method to the design and evaluation of tire pattern with low noise.
In this paper, a disk-line valve top measurement system is introduced. In this system, we use non-contact method to acquire images, and use improved SUSAN arithmetic to inspect image edge. Finally, the image will be yardstick demarcated.
An intelligent complex switch used on low-voltage and no-power compensatory device was indtroduced.It adopts a parallel structure of thyristor and magnetic latching relay.The thyristor and the relay will be on at different time,so the complex switch has the strong point of silicon-controlled rectifier which has the quickly response and high dependability and the magnetic latching relay which has low power,and the switch solve the pro-blems when the capacitor plunge into or remove from the three-phrase power.
This paper is about the control of the pressure of the collapsar rods of collapsar apparatus. The optical fiber collapsar apparatus fuzzy control system has been established,and there is the Specific analysis of the hardware Component and the software complete. The system realized the combined engine test and the control of the pressure of the collapsar rods.
The common gas detector can detect one element of gas,and detect multi-gas using one detector is a trend in future.The paper analyze and study the sensor output signal data from multi-gas detector.Construct a matrix using the data that can remove the gas intercross interfere by calculating the matrix.Use the method of leastsquare to fitting the sensor output curve so as to solve the problem of nonlinear sensor output signal.Apply the method to a multi-gas detector.Experiment shows the method has the capacity of improve the precision and interference rejection for the mutil-gas detector.
