In order to realize automatic operation and improving the quality, the efficiency and the level of verification, a research on design and application of the automatic system was carried out. Firstly, the necessary components of System were chosen according to items and their requirements in national regulation. Secondly, relevant software was developed according to hardware. Adopting modular programming method, this software used VB6.0 as platform, which was widely used to make software interface. The system was proved to achieve design requirements after application.
