在烟叶生产过程中,采用有机生产的方式,研究其关键技术,根据土壤肥力、气候条件、烤烟品种以及种植制度等生态条件进行全面考虑分析,有机生态烟较常规种植烟叶在产值、产量上都相对偏低,但香气、油分足,容易烘烤.
Nitrogen Application and Dressing Ratios on Tobacco biological traits less affected, but larger amounts and different nitrogen-based recovery ratio on the rosette stage agronomic traits, the impact on the budding peace on top of agronomic traits was not significant, on effective number of leaves topped a greater impact. In this experiment the high amount of nitrogen T2, T3 in the amount of nitrogen and a low amount of nitrogen T7 performed better. In the nitrogen rate of 6kg / mu, the yield, production value and fine tobacco ratio has increased along with supplemental proportion (50% -100%) and decreased. Under conditions of low nitrogen rate 3kg / acre, a higher proportion of T7 and T8 dressing better performance, nitrogen fertilizer should be the main base fertilizer supplement. Recommend local fertilizer N rate should be reduced, controlled 4-6kg / acre, while after postponing, appropriate to increase the proportion of top dressing.
应用康寿2号营养液、普利登、肥万钾叶面肥对烤烟NC55品种喷施试验,结果表明:3种叶面肥均能显著促进烟株的生长发育,提高烟叶的产量和产值,其综合效果为肥万钾>普利登>康寿2号营养液;提高烟叶的产量分别为264.50、299.15、278.52 kg/hm2;提高烟叶的产值分别为7 793.78、8 098.04、8 396.62元/hm2.施用叶面肥处理还原糖、总糖增加,两糖差好于对照,烟叶含钾量增加明显.
为揭示冬牧70绿肥翻压对烤烟产量和品质的影响,本试验以中烟100为材料,研究不同生物量的冬牧70绿肥翻压对烤烟产量和品质的影响情况.结果表明:冬牧70绿肥翻压能显著地提高烤烟的产量,其产量随绿肥翻压量的增加而增加;烟叶中总氮、烟碱的含量与翻压量之间也存在正相关关系;不同冬牧70绿肥翻压模式均可以不同程度地提高烤烟的产量和质量,从内在化学成分的协调性来说,翻压量控制在每公顷15000kg左右较好.
In order to explore the changes of Maillard reaction compounds during natural aging of flue-cured tobacco, GC-MS was used to determine content of Maillard reaction compounds in tobacco leaves from Zhucheng. The results were as follows: content of Maillard reaction compounds in upper leaves increased gradually in the first 18 months, and reached the highest value in the 18th month. The content then kept stable after that. The content of Maillard reaction compounds in middle leaves increased slowly in the first 30 months, and significantly increased to 52.44 μg/g from the 30th to 36th months. Contents of 3-hydroxy-2-butanone, amyl alcohol, 2-pentyl furan, etc. increased during aging. Content of other chemical components had no significant change. Maillard reaction compounds were significantly correlated to aroma quality, aftertaste, mixed gas, irritation and total score in upper leaves, and indole, 2-methyltetrahydrofuran-3-ketone, nonanal, linalool oxide-1, furfuryl alcohol and other substances had a significant positive effect on smoking quality. On the other hand, 2,6-nonadienal and 2- pentyl furan had significant adverse effects on smoking quality in upper leaves. The simple correlation between Maillard reaction compounds and aroma concentration were significant at the level of 0.01 in middle leaves. In addition, aftertaste, mixed gas, irritation and total score were significantly affected by Millard reaction compounds. Indole, furfural, 2-acetylfuran, etc. had significant positive effects on smoking quality in middle leaves. In conclusion, aging can increase the content of Maillard reaction compounds and improve smoking quality of tobacco leaves.
CO2 can be converted to biofuel molecules by genetic engineered Cyanobacteria.Bioethanol is one of significantly biofuel molecules.More enzymes related with ethanol synthesis would produce more ethanol.Three Cyanobacteria strains Syn-ZG72 Syn-ZG73 and Syn-ZG74 were constructed by carrying Prbp1,Prnpb and PnrtA of Synechocystis sp.PCC 6803,respectively.Compared with Syn-ZG25 carrying Prbe the ethanol production of Syn-ZG73 and Syn-ZG25 were very close and higher than SynZG72 and Syn-ZG74 under the same condition.The results demonstrated that the expression level of Prnpb and Prbc were very close and higher than Prbpl and PnrtA.Prbpl could not induce the ethanol producing.In contrast,PnrtA could induce the ethanol producing,but the intensity of this promoter was weak and the ethanol production was low.
4年的田间试验示范结果表明:邦禾肥在满足烟株生长发育所需有效养分的同时,能逐步提高土壤有机质的含量,较好地改善土壤团粒结构,有效缓解土壤板结和盐渍化,增强土壤蓄肥蓄水能力;对烟叶生长有明显的促进作用,主要表现在旺长期以后,能促进烟叶开秸开片、改善烟叶后期生长质量,促进烟叶正常落黄和烘烤,有效改善烟叶外观质量和内在化学品质,在烤烟生产上具有较高的推广应用价值。
在烤烟烘烤中,利用热风循环烤房具有投资少,排湿能力强,烟叶变化均匀一致,烘烤时间短、成本低,烤后原烟外观质量好等特点.作者对热风循环烤房使用过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法,同时,对下部叶的烘烤提出了主要技术要点,还对热风循环烤房的使用提出了改进措施.
