To explore the research effects of compound Danshen dripping pills on the changes of electrocardiogram and hemorheology in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease is the objective of the study. In this study we have collected papers from PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane library, Google Scholar, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, Embase and virus protein domain database and the retrieval time limit is from the establishment of the database to May 2023. In this study we used ReviewManager 5.4 for meta-analysis. 9 studies were included here. In terms of various efficacy indicators, 8 studies clearly indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (relative risk=1.18, 95 % confidence interval: 1.10-1.26). Two of the studies measured the efficacy of electrocardiogram and the results showed that the treatment group had better electrocardiogram efficacy after compound Danshen dripping pills treatment (relative risk=1.39, 95 % confidence interval: 1.20-1.62). Three studies mentioned the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, all of which were significantly improved after compound Danshen dripping pills treatment (standardized mean difference=-1.35, 95 % confidence interval: -1.62 to -1.08, p<0.01) and (standardized mean difference=-2.15, 95 % confidence interval: -2.54 to -1.77, p<0.01); both high sensitivity c-reactive protein and endothelin were significantly decreased in the treatment group (standardized mean difference=-1.79, 95 % confidence interval: -2.18 to -1.40, p<0.01) and (standardized mean difference=-3.24, 95 % confidence interval -3.75 to -2.73, p<0.01). Two studies showed changes in hemorheology and the index of hemorheology in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. The 9 included studies showed that compound Danshen dripping pills are safe and effective in treating patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Compared with conventional treatment alone, the clinical efficacy can be further improved using this.
Non-invasive antitumor therapy can treat tumor patients who cannot tolerate surgery or are unsuitable. However, tumor resistance to non-invasive antitumor therapy and cardiotoxicity caused by treatment seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients. As a kind of polyphenol extracted from herbs, curcumin has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammation, antioxidation, antitumor, etc. Curcumin plays the antitumor effect by directly promoting tumor cell death and reducing tumor cells' invasive ability. Curcumin exerts the therapeutic effect mainly by inhibiting the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signal pathway, inhibiting the production of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), promoting the expression of caspase-9, and directly inducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in tumor cells. Curcumin nanoparticles can solve curcumin's shortcomings, such as poor water solubility and high metabolic rate, and can be effectively used in antitumor therapy. Curcumin nanoparticles can improve the prognosis and quality of life of tumor patients by using as adjuvants to enhance the sensitivity of tumors to non-invasive therapy and reduce the side effects, especially cardiotoxicity. In this paper, we collect and analyze the literature of relevant databases. It is pointed out that future research on curcumin tends to alleviate the adverse reactions caused by treatment, which is of more significance to tumor patients.
Context:An acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious, life-threatening disease. Practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) commonly use the Tongxinluo (TXL) capsule, a Chinese patent medicine, to treat AMIs. The benefits of TXL capsules for AMIs remain unknown. Objective:The systematic review and meta-analysis intended to investigate the effects of TXL capsules for AMI patients. Design:The research team conducted a comprehensive literature search of the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases from inception to February 2023. The team used the search terms acute myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction, TXL Capsule Therapy, and TXL Capsule. The team also performed a meta-analysis and evaluated the features of the included studies using the Cochrane Collaboration tool for assessing the risk of bias. Setting:The study took place at the Second Affiliated Hospital at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China. Outcome Measures:The research team: (1) evaluated the studies' quality using the Cochrane Collaboration tool for assessing the risk of bias; (2) analyzed the curative effect of the TXL capsules for AMI; (3) explored the effects of the TXL capsules on left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF); and (4) explored the effects of the TXL capsules on creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) peak time, CK-MB peak value, and cardiac index. Results:The literature search found ten studies. Compared with routine treatment alone, a combination of routine treatment and TXL capsules significantly improved the curative effects (odds ratio = 3.48; 95% CI: 2.34, 5.17; P < .00001) Compared with the control groups, the TXL capsule groups' LVESD and LVEF were significantly lower, with MD=-0.23; 95% CI: -0.37, -0.10; and P = .0007 and MD=-0.43; 95% CI: -0.61, -0.25; and P < .00001, respectively, and its LVEDD was significantly higher, with MD=5.27; 95% CI: 4.33, 6.21; and P < .00001. For myocardial enzymes, the TXL capsule groups' creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) peak values and cardiac indexes were significantly lower than those of the control groups, with MD=-53.11; 95% CI: -55.26, -50.97; and P < .00001 and MD=-1.87; 95% CI: -2.03, -1.70; and P < .00001, respectively. Conclusions:The meta-analysis showed that the TXL capsule can bring greater therapeutic benefits for AMI patients in combination with routine treatment. The current study was a meta-analysis, and the field needs more well-designed studies.
The present study aims to explore the role of microRNA 145-5p (miR-145-5p) in hyperlipidemia. Using bioinformatics tools and a wide range of function and mechanism assays, we attempted to understand the specific function and potential mechanism of miR-145-5p in hyperlipidemia. A cholesterol-enriched diet induced an increase of serum cholesterol and triacylglycerol but a decrease of serum high-density lipoprotein. MiR-145-5p level was decreased in hyperlipidemia rat models. MiR-145-5p regulated lipid metabolism by antagonizing the alteration of high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, and triacylglycerol in serum mediated by a cholesterol-enriched diet. In mechanism, miR-145-5p directly bound with p21 protein (RAC1)-activated kinase 7 (PAK7) and negatively regulated mRNA and protein levels of PAK7 in THP-1 cells. Furthermore, miR-145-5p level was negatively associated with PAK7 level in rat cardiac tissues. Finally, overexpression of PAK7 reversed the effects of miR-145-5p on β-catenin activation and M2 macrophages polarization in THP-1 cells. In conclusion, MiR-145-5p modulated lipid metabolism and M2 macrophage polarization by targeting PAK7 and regulating β-catenin signaling in hyperlipidemia, which may provide a potential biomarker for the treatment of hyperlipidemia-induced cardiovascular diseases.
目的:探讨清热化痰肃肺止咳法在慢性支气管炎(CB)急性发作期痰热郁肺证的应用情况.方法:选取我院收治的60例CB患者,按照随机数字表法均分为两组.对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上,予清金化痰汤加减治疗.结果:与对照组同期比较,治疗组治疗后中医症候总积分较低(P<0.01),PCS、MCS评分均较高(P<0.01).治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平,均低于对照组同期(P<0.01).结论: CB急性发作期(痰热郁肺证)应用常规西医疗法结合中医清热化痰肃肺止咳法治疗更能迅速减轻患者的临床症状,控制机体炎症反应,提高生活质量.
目的:观察马来酸左旋氨氯地平与坎地沙坦酯联合和单独应用治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的临床疗效. 方法:将90例原发性高血压患者随机分为3组:马来酸左旋氨氯地平组(A组)、坎地沙坦酯组(B组)和联合治疗组(C组)各30例,观察3组降压效果,并观察对心率、血常规、尿常规、肝功、肾功、离子和心电等安全性指标的影响. 结果:A组和B组总有效率分别为66.66、63.33%,2组间比较差异无显著性,而C组总有效率为90%,与单独用药组比较差异均有显著性. 3组治疗前后安全性指标无明显变化. 结论:马来酸左旋氨氯地平与坎地沙坦酯联用在取得较理想降压效果的同时,对心率、离子、肝功、肾功、血常规、尿常规均无明显影响,是治疗高血压病较为理想的药物组合.
目的:探讨扶阳益心膏改善原发性高血压( EH)合并左心室肥厚( LVH)患者中医证候的疗效和对血液流变学的影响。方法:77例符合纳入标准的EH合并LVH患者随机分为治疗组(扶阳益心膏)与对照组(依那普利),疗程12周,观察比较两组患者的中医证候疗效和血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗后左心室重量指数( LVMI )较治疗前明显减小( P<0.05),两组患者治疗后( LVMI )比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组的中医证候疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:扶阳益心膏能够明显改善高血压左心室肥厚患者的中医证候和血液流变学指标,有效逆转LVH。
目的:观察扶阳益心膏对高血压合并左心室肥厚(LVH)患者基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及其抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(TIMP-1)的影响。方法:将77例高血压合并LVH患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别服用扶阳益心膏和依那普利,用药12周后观察治疗前后左心室重量指数(LVMI)和血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的变化。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗后LVMI较治疗前明显减小(P<0.01),MMP-9水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),TIMP-1水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01);治疗后两组LVMI、MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组TIMP-1水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:扶阳益心膏能够减小LVMI,降低血清MMP-9的水平,升高血清TIMP-1的水平,有效防治高血压LVM。
目的探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊在常规治疗冠心病心绞痛基础上的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机对照研究方法,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊,3粒/次,3次/日。两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组在改善心绞痛症状、心电图、中医证候等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

目的:观察补肾健脾方治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将104例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组52例,对照组用更年康,治疗组采用补肾健脾方治疗,并进行不同角度的临床观察及对比研究。结果:治疗组在总疗效、主要症状、改善雌激素水平等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组总有效率94.2%,对照组总有效率71.2%,二者间总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明补肾健脾方能显著改善脾肾阳虚证更年期综合征患者的临床症状,具有较好的疗效,优于对照组更年康的疗效。

高血压是常见的心血管疾病,有25%~30%高血压患者合并左室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH).LVH是增加心衰、心肌梗死、心律失常及猝死等心血管并发症及死亡率的一种独立的危险因素.所以使用各种药物逆转和预防LVH的发生,是高血压治疗目标之一.重新认识和积极防治逆转LVH已成为近年来中西医领域研究的焦点.近年来,中医药防治高血压LVH已取得了一定成效.

目的观察益气养阴、活血化瘀方对病毒性心肌病小鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶1(matrix metalloproteinase-1,MMP-1)mRNA表达的影响。方法采用反复腹腔注射柯萨奇B3m病毒的方式复制动物模型;270只Balb/c小鼠随机分为5组,空白组30只,模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组、西药组各60只;HE和VG染色观察小鼠心肌形态学变化;RT-PCR法检测心肌组织MMP-1 mRNA的表达水平。结果益气养阴、活血化瘀方能明显改善病毒性心肌病小鼠心肌病理形态及超微结构的变化,下调心肌组织MMP-1 mRNA的表达水平,以中药高剂量组效果最显著,MMP-1为0.35±0.11。结论益气养阴、活血化瘀方能通过下调MMP-1 mRNA的表达,抑制细胞外基质降解及心肌重构,这可能是其防治病毒性心肌病的作用机制之一。
目的观察中药溃疡灵胶囊对消化性溃疡的疗效.方法采用溃疡灵胶囊治疗消化性溃疡101例,以电子胃镜检查结果为疗效标价指标.结果总有效率为95.04%,治愈率为81.18%.结论证实了中药溃疡灵胶囊是治疗消化性溃疡有效药物之一.
目的观察中药胃炎灵胶囊对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效.方法采用胃炎灵胶囊口服治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎108例,以电子胃镜检查结果为疗效评定指标.结果总有效率为91.67%,治愈率为47.22%.结论证实了中药胃炎灵胶囊是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有效药物之一.
