To obtain multifunctional materials suitable for guiding alveolar bone regeneration under infectious conditions, we prepared asymmetric membranes comprising space acquiring layer that involves fibroblast inhibitor poly(p-dioxanone-co-L-phenylalanine) (PDPA), an isolating dense layer that forms barrier between two layers and an osteogenesis inducing electrospinning layer which involves hydroxyapatite or hydroxyapatite & minocycline. Then the composition, crystallization, morphology, and hydrophilicity of asymmetric membranes were analyzed. Minocycline incorporated membranes controlled the expansion of Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis) in vitro. Hydroxyapatite-incorporated asymmetric membranes promoted the expression of osteogenesis related genes RUNX2, OPN, ALP of MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro. The mineralization of MC3T3-E1 cells cultured with hydroxyapatite-incorporated asymmetric membranes were also promoted in vitro. Asymmetric membranes especially hydroxyapatite-incorporated ones guided the regeneration of the mandibular bone defect in vivo. Bone regeneration guided under infectious conditions was evaluated in a P. gingivalis infected alveolar bone defect model. Specifically, space acquiring layer containing asymmetric membranes effectively controlled connective tissue hyperplasia at defect sites. The excellent guided bone regeneration achieved by applying a single space acquiring layer membrane further indicates the importance of acquiring space actively to induce bone regeneration. Hydroxyapatite-minocycline incorporated symmetric membranes could simultaneously suppress alveolar bone reabsorption caused by infection and guide regeneration of defects. Therefore, the hydroxyapatite-minocycline incorporated asymmetric membrane may be more suitable to be applied in guiding regeneration of bone defects under complex infectious conditions.
目的 探讨医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验教学中融入课程思政内容的教学效果.方法 以本人授课的2018级49名学生和2019级医学影像学专业学生50名为研究对象,2018级授课时间为2020年9—12月,2019级授课时间为2021年9—12月.2018级采用传统讲授式教导模式,2019级采用课程思政与传统讲授式相结合的教学模式(lecture based learning,LBL)以考试成绩和调查问卷检测学习效果.结果 比较2019级与2018级医学影像学专业学生实验成绩,无论是最高分还是平均分,2019级学生的成绩均高于2018级,2019级标准差小于2018级.问卷调查结果显示:95.1%的同学对《医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验内容融入的课程思政素材非常满意或比较满意.结论 在医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验教学过程中融入课程思政不仅有助于学生掌握专业知识与技能,还有助于完成立德树人的教育任务.
现代教育离不开网络,网络是教育的延伸和补充,是必不可少的元素.过程性评价亦然,现代教育离不开过程性评价.现代医学教育更需要培养学生的自主学习能力,因此,在网络信息技术架构下的新型过程性评价体系建立和完善是提高教学效果的必经之路.
根据α,β-不饱和醛酮亲核加成反应原理合成化合物L{[3-(4-N,N-dimethyl-pye-nyl)-5-Anthracen-9-yl]-Pyrazoline}和化合物M[3-ferroceny-5-(Anthracen-9-yl)-Pyrazoline].利用1 H NMR和13 C NMR对化合物进行结构表征,通过抑菌实验研究化合物抑菌生物活性.探析新型吡唑啉衍生物对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和真菌的抑菌效果,研究其结构变化对活性的影响.结果表明,化合物L和M对典型革兰氏阳性菌和典型革兰氏阴性菌有一定的抑菌效果,对真核细胞型微生物作用不明显.通过比较两者对细菌的作用结果(抑菌圈直径的大小),化合物L的抑菌作用明显强于化合物M,化合物L吡唑啉环连接N、N-二甲基苯环可能增强了抑菌生物活性.
Objective:Taking medical microbiology in the pathogen biology as an example, to explore the effects of process evaluation in basic medicine teaching.Methods:Multiple methods, including classroom performance, stage test, case analysis, final examination, questionnaire survey and so on, were used in the study to systematically evaluate the teaching process. According to the students' suggestions, feedback problems and solutions were publically given to students in the form of PPT, forming a process evaluation with "evaluation-feedback-correction" loop as the core. Collected data were analyzed statistically with SPSS 16.0.Results:The students were impressed by the contents with various teaching methods and satisfied with the evaluation system. Most of them thought that their abilities had been improved in many ways during the learning process. 96.8% of the students supported the reform, and 88.6% of the students hoped to apply this system to other disciplines. The scores of case analysis, final examination and overall evaluation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.01). Conclusion:Both teachers and students got profit from the process evaluation based on feedback loop. The teaching quality of medical microbiology would be further improved by a constantly enhanced evaluation system.
结合文献和本单位临床医学专业学位研究生科研能力培养工作实践,分析了"四证合一"要求下,临床专业学位研究生科研能力培养存在的问题,构建了临床专业学位研究生科研能力培养质量保障体系.
目的 研究观察不同公共场所洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌状况.方法 采集四川省南充市部分商场、普通餐厅、快餐店卫生间洗手液,采用滤纸片法观察不同洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌实验.结果 通过抑菌试验表明,所有洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用,抑制作用强弱与洗手液的种类有关,有的甚至强于青霉素纸片的杀菌能力;而洗手液对大肠杆菌的抑菌结果普遍弱于金黄色葡萄球菌,且有的对大肠杆菌不具有抑菌能力.结论 公共场所洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌普遍具有抑制作用.
通过三组份串联反应合成一系列咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓盐,利用1H NMR、13C NMR、MS以及X射线单晶衍射确定其结构,其中以二乙烯三胺与三乙烯四胺为原料获得预期外的结构.以青霉素作为对照,研究了化合物的抗菌性.结果表明,所合成的化合物对溶壁微球菌和乙型链球菌均有抗菌效果,化合物2的抗菌效果最好;含有杂原子O的化合物3对嗜麦芽单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌能力优于青霉素;联苯桥联的刚性双齿咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓(5)比乙基桥联的柔性双齿咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶鎓(4)的抗菌性更强;化合物6为单齿大π体系芳香环,其抗菌效果较好,而化合物7和8为双齿的大π体系芳香环,其抗菌效果较弱.
目的:了解无纸化考试在眼视光专业中的应用效果,探索和建立科学有效的成绩评定方法.方法:对2016级眼视光学生采用形成性评价及无纸化考试,与2015级未进行教学改革的学生比较两个年级的成绩差异.结果:比较2016级与2015级眼视光学生的《医学微生物学和免疫学》成绩,2016级最高分92分,2015级最高分87分;2016级最低分74分,2015级最低分44分;2016级平均分84.16分,2015级平均分68.85分.结论:教学改革后的2016级学生成绩普遍较未进行教学改革的2015级学生成绩好,本教学方法可进一步推广.
临床药理学研究人体与药物相互作用及其规律,是药学专业研究生的主干课程之一.随着人才需求日益更新,课程教学过程中的问题更加凸显.对临床药理学教学内容、教学方法、教学结果评价等三个方面进行分析,为提高教学质量提供参考.
目的 为研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)基因的功能,构建MMP2基因野生型与G1207A突变型质粒.方法 采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)及定点突变技术扩增MMP2野生型基因、携带突变位点G1207A的MMP2基因,分别克隆入pUC57质粒中,进行DNA限制性内切酶谱和质粒测序鉴定.结果 MMP2基因野生型与G1207A突变型PCR扩增产物长度均为3416 bp,与理论值相符;重组质粒pUC57-MMP2、pUC57-p.Arg403His经DNA限制性内切酶谱和基因测序鉴定,MMP2基因野生型碱基序列与GenBank(NC_000016.10)上序列完全相同,G1207A突变型除1207位碱基G被A取代外,其他序列与MMP2基因野生型序列完全相同.结论 成功构建了pUC57-MMP2野生型和pUC57-p.Arg403His突变型质粒.
目的:构建IX型胶原α2(collagen type IX alpha 2 chain,COL9A2)基因野生型与G143C、G884A突变型质粒,为进一步研究COL9A2基因功能奠定基础.方法:应用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)、酶切、连接等技术,将COL9A2基因野生型、携带突变位点G143C与G884A的基因分别插入pUC57空质粒中,基因测序技术进行鉴定.结果:经酶切和基因测序证实COL9A2基因野生型与G143C、G884A突变型分别插入pUC57质粒中.结论:成功构建了pUC57-COL9A2基因野生型、pUC57-p.Gly48Ala和pUC57-p.Gly295Asp突变型质粒.
2013年始,我国研究生教育走向稳定规模、提高质量的内涵式发展道路.研究生学位论文质量越来越受到重视,各培养单位在加强论文质量保障方面进行了尝试和改革,取得一定成效,但仍存在问题.文章根据硕士研究生论文抽检结果,分析了影响论文质量的主要原因和环节,并结合我校改革实践,对研究生学位论文质量提升提出了建议.
Objective To observe the effects of exogenous granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and recombinant PcDNA3.1-GM-CSF on the morphology and proliferation of myeloid leukemia cells K562.Methods K562 cells were randomly divided into four groups.Recombinant PcDNA3.1-GM-CSF, exogenous GM-CSF, and PcDNA3.1 null plasmids were transfected into K562 cells as the recombinant plasmid group, the exogenous group and the empty plasmid group, respectively, and the non-transfected plasmid was set as the control group.The morphological changes of cells were observed under the optical microscope by using high power lens and oil lens, respectively, and the cell proliferation was measured by MTT.Results Morphological changes seen under high power lens: the control group, the empty plasmid group and exogenous group were similar in morphology, cells were stained dark blue, whereas no clear boundary was seen between the cytoplasm and nucleus;compared with these three groups, the cells of the recombinant plasmid group showed a significant difference, the cytoplasm was stained light blue, and the nuclei were pale pink along with a clear bounds between them.Kidney or horseshoe shaped nuclei could be seen in some of the cells.Morphological changes seen under oil lens: the control group, the exogenous group, and empty plasmid group were similar, the cells were stained dark blue, and granules deposition wasn''''t seen in the cells;as to the recombinant plasmid group, some cells were stained dark blue, while some were pale pink in which dotted formazan particles were seen.Results of cell proliferation assay: Compared with the other two groups, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation in the recombinant plasmid group showed an increase on the 3th , 5th, 7th and 9th days (P<0.05).Compared with the empty plasmid group, the inhibition rate in the exogeneous group displayed an increase on the 3th, 5th and 7th days (P<0.05).Conclusion Both recombinant PcDNA3.1-GM-CSF and exogenous GM-CSF could induce morphological change and lead to proliferation inhibition in K562 cells, the effects increase along with time, and the inhibitory effect of recombinant PcDNA3.1-GM-CSF is stronger than that of the exogenous GM-CSF.

The target of clinical medicine degree graduate education is mainly to train high- level application- oriented clinicians. Its core is to improve the clinical skills and competence of graduate students. But the problems in present assessment system affect the cultivation of graduates' clinical competence. Through the analysis of the existing problems of the assessment system for clinical medicine graduates,the study stresses the necessity to establish comprehensive assessment system and puts forward suggested solutions for the establishment of the assessment system.
结合“四证合一”临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养的实践,就入学条件、培养目标、课程设置、临床能力培训、考核标准、学位论文要求等如何与住院医师规范化培训衔接等问题进行了探讨.
To carry out the general practice education is the inevitable trend of medical education reform under the new medical reform .However ,the education for the master of general practice is still in an early stage in China ,and a uniform and effective educational system has not been established yet .We explore a vocational ability‐oriented training mode of postgraduate of profession degree in general practice innovating with the aspect of creating the training aims ,curriculum system ,tutor teams and etc .
以问题为基础(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法和案例教学法(Case-based teaching method,CM)是两种新型教学方法,逐渐运用于医学教育改革中,但二者在教材的选择上、教学目的、教学方式上具有各自的优缺点。医学微生物学是沟通基础和临床各学科间的桥梁学科,将"以问题为基础"的教学法与案例教学法结合在一起运用于医学微生物学的教学活动中,更符合医学微生物学的学科特点,利于提高学生学习兴趣,利于发挥学生主观能动性,能够有效提高教学质量,促进医学微生物学形成性评价的形成,更易于被学生接受。
