目的 研究观察不同公共场所洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌状况.方法 采集四川省南充市部分商场、普通餐厅、快餐店卫生间洗手液,采用滤纸片法观察不同洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌实验.结果 通过抑菌试验表明,所有洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用,抑制作用强弱与洗手液的种类有关,有的甚至强于青霉素纸片的杀菌能力;而洗手液对大肠杆菌的抑菌结果普遍弱于金黄色葡萄球菌,且有的对大肠杆菌不具有抑菌能力.结论 公共场所洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌普遍具有抑制作用.
Through professional training in Zhejiang University and Tianjin Medical University on teaching medical microbiology and immunology, the author got well informed of the teaching and management of MBBS students in medical schools nationwide. Therefore, the author shares the experience in the following three aspects: the current educational situation of MBBS program, the training purpose and course materials, the main problems and corresponding solutions in teaching MBBS students.
Medical immunology is a learning difficulty subject because the discipline characteristics are abstract, complex, logical and strong integrity. Focusing on the study of the teaching methods and techniques can make us to overcome this problem in process of teaching. Proved through teaching practice, systematic instructional content, images instead of abstract theories, the essence from the phenomenon as cognitive rules were used and the teaching model based on sensory stimulation, further more supplemented by the "professionalism" of teachers and problem-based learning enable students to revive their interest in learning, thinking hard, and to be cultivated as innovative medical senior specialists.
医学教育的重点是实践性教育,而实验课程在实践性教育中发挥着不可或缺的作用。在国家实施"质量工程"的政策背景下,我们围绕PBL教学模式为中心,从教学内容、教学方法、教材建设、教学效果评估等方面进行建设和完善,大力推进实验教学改革,建设病原生物与免疫实验学精品课程。
