Breeding new varieties of Michelia with Michelia maccluri as male parent and Michelia yunnanensis as female parent. The results showed that: 'Yuxia' has the characteristics of excellent ornamental characters, stable ornamental characters and wide adaptability. It is suitable for cultivation in southern China, especially in most areas of the Yangtze River, and has a good application prospect.
Magnolia 'Wulin' is a new cultivar of Magnolia officinalis. It belongs to small evergreen or semi-evergreen trees, with leathery leaves and slender petioles. It has fragrant flowers, and solitary branches top, petals are pink, filaments are deep red. The flowering period is from mid-April to mid-May. It is a kind of valuable plant with great potential value.
木槿是兼具观赏、食用和药用价值的优良园林灌木,新品种在世界上不断的推陈出新,产业竞争日趋激烈.我国木槿产业起步较晚,发展较缓,木槿种质资源的创新还有待进一步提升.本文从选择育种、杂交育种、辐射育种、倍性育种等方面,综述了木槿种质创新研究现状,并结合我国木槿种质创新的研究,提出今后我国木槿种质创新的研究方向,为今后木槿的种质创新工作提供思路和借鉴.
通过观测27个木槿品种的17个数量和质量性状,探究了木槿品种分类的等级和标准,便于为木槿品种的选育与资源研究等提供参考依据.首先对17个性状指标进行R型聚类分析和主成分分析,根据分析结果再对27个木槿品种进行Q型聚类分析.R型聚类分析结果表明,各性状选取是合理的;主成分分析结果表明,17个性状可综合为6个主成分,其累计贡献率达88.096%.Q型聚类结果表明,27个木槿品种根据有无丹心、花型、丹心基部形状、花瓣指数、花径、叶形、丹心线与丹心的关系可被分为2大类、3大类或8大类.16个性状对木槿品种的划分贡献较大.综合而言,有无丹心、花型、花瓣指数、丹心线与丹心的关系是木槿品种分类的主要标准和依据.
To study the influence of different factors on cutting root of Hibiscus,explore the cutting propagation techniques of Hibiscus,studied how the hibiscus varieties,matrix proportion and hormone concentration effect on the rooting of production,how the activity of peroxidase POD and the total soluble sugar content changes during rooting.The results show that hibiscus varieties and matrix proportion have great effect on the hibiscus rooting of cuttings,and the hormone concentration has less effect on the rooting rate.During the cutting process,the activity ofperoxidase POD was generally presented as "first increased and then decreased".While the total soluble sugar content showed a trend of "first decreased and then increased".At the same time,the higher POD activity was better in the cuttings,and the content of soluble total sugar was less different in cultivars.
柳栎树形优美,且抗高温和寒冷气候,是目前国内最具前景的多用途树种.考察了立地类型、栽植方式和苗木地径规格对柳栎造林成活率及苗高、地径生长的影响,结果表明:选择地径2.0 cm裸根苗,通过宽窄行栽植能有效提高柳栎造林成活率,最大造林成活率高达91.86%.在出圃幼苗地径规格相同的情况下,柳栎造林成活率宽窄行栽植>行植>均匀栽植.栽植方式和出圃苗木地径规格均对造林后柳栎苗高及地径生长产生显著影响.
以野含笑为试材,采用4种不同扦插基质和3种不同浓度K-IBA激素对野含笑进行了嫩枝扦插繁殖试验,研究了不同基质及激素浓度对野含笑扦插生根的影响,以筛选出提高野含笑扦插育苗的方法.结果表明:扦插前采用8 000 mg/L的K-IBA激素处理嫩枝,并在泥炭土∶珍珠岩=1∶3混合的基质中进行培育,生根率最高(71.88%),且基质对野含笑扦插生根率的影响处于主导地位,激素浓度对生根数和主根总长度影响更重要.
The experiment was carried out to investigate the growth rhythm of tree trunk by trunk analysis between natural forest and man-made forest of Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Results showed that man-made forest of Taxus chinensis var. mairei was easy to form the forest with tree height growing rapidly in the preliminary stage, and big diameter at breast height growth. Natural forest volume significantly increased, and presenting regular increasing trend with the increase of tree age. Thus, iTaxus chinensis var. mairei could be used as a precious timber forest to promote the cultivation.
The effect of intercropping maize on the growth of Taxus wsllichiana var. mairei seedling was studied. The results showed that,intercropping maize method increased the survival rate,the main shoot growth and the secondary shoot growth of Taxus wsllichiana var. mairei seedling by 6. 66%,29. 68% and 11. 74%,respectively. Main shoot and secondary shoot had different growth regularity,the growth law of the main shoot was bimodal type,while that of the secondary shoot was unimodal type. And main shoot and secondary shoot had different fast-growing periods.
Take six different provenances seeds as the research object, thousand kernel weight、 excellent degree, viability, germination rate and germination potential were analyzed. The results showed that different provenances of Taxus chinensis var. mairei weight of the seed ranges from 86. 0 ~ 90. 25g,excellent degree of 85. 0% ~ 90. 0%,viability average of 80. 2%,the germination rate being in the range of 64. 6% ~ 79. 4%, germination potential average of 15. 17 d. The germination characteristics were the best in Jiujiang City and Sangzhi,using 40 ℃ warm water soaking them for 20min,and 0. 5g / kg gibberellin solution soaking for 24h,sowing after the next spring resulting in the highest germination rate( 89. 33%).
In order to improve Taxus wallichiana var. marirei nursery germination rate and to promote their growth and development, intend using different mulching materials、different base fertilizer, different levels of shading, seedling-transplanting and other planting method to comparison the growth development quality of T. wallichiana var. marirei, draw the key technologies of the best nursery is Seedlings mattress yellow soil,covered yellow soil after sowing, then covered moss again, 4 000 kg/667 m2 1 ∶ 1 ratio of rotting pig dung and 100 kg fertilizer(N: 15%, P: 10%, K: 15%, point Nutrient ≥ 40%), levels of shading on 85%, and so on, can improve the growth development quality obviously.
In order to meet the demands for Taxus wallichiana var. marirei seedlings, the cutting propagation technology of T. wallichiana var marire was studied by applying different types of cutting matrix and concentrations of hormone auxin cultivated in different cutting medium. The results show that the every rooting indexes of the cuttings were improved significantly after treated, for example, the cuttings were treated with indole butyric acid potassium salt 8 g/kg(liquid state) + hormone Dayton 38g/kg(solid state) for 10 seconds, the effect was the optimal, the average rooting rate was 87.63% and the average root volume reached 38.87 cm3, the rooting number and rooting length also reached their maximum values; when comparing different cutting matrix, the optimum formulation was a combination of 70% sand and 30% yellow soil matrix, resulting an average rooting number of 21.67 and a rooting rate of 72.22%, the rooting number and rooting rate both reached the maximum.
The species composition,structural characteristics,species diversity and plant flora of Taxus chinensis var.mairei natural communities in Hunan Zhijiang were analyzed using classical methods.The results showed that,there were 79 species of vascular plants in 1 000 m2 sample plot,belonging to 46 families and 70 genera,in which the bryophytes accounted for 5 families,7 genera and 8 species,the gymnosperms for 2 families,2 genera and 2 species,and the angiosperms for 29 families,39 genera and 69 species.The structure clearly divided into tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer,there were 17 kinds of arbor in the tree layer,and the important values of Taxus chinensis var.mairei and Phyllostachys pubescens were 81.51 and 43.37 respectively,which were far more than other 15 kinds of arbor.The advantages of Taxus chinensis var.mairei populations was obvious,and it was the keynote of species communities,Phyllostachys pubescens as the main companion species.Shrub layer included trees saplings and shrubs,a total of 40 kinds,and there were 24 kinds of herb in herb layer.The species diversity index from high to low was shrub layer herb layer tree layer.The floristic geographical composition was complex,the floristic elements in the family and genera were mainly tropical elements with a certain proportion of temperate elements,which reflected the community flora transition from the subtropical to temperate.
To study the situation of published papers about Glyptostrobus pensilis,analyze the causes of inadequacy in study and explore the counter-measures,a bibliometrics evaluation in literature's time distribution,periodicals distribution,author distribution and content concerned was carried out through CNKI and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals Database to search out relative literatures.The results show that the research on Glyptostrobus pensilis was increasing year by year,the core author group has been formed;the literatures were mostly produced from colleges and universities;and all the literatures can be divided into ten classes,mainly covering fields of operation and management and plant physiology,the recourses of capital fund were mostly distributed in Fujian and Guangdong provinces.It is found that the research progress of Glyptostrobus pensilis in China developed smoothly,however the research should be expanded in content and the methodology should be improved.
Based on "Red Book of Chinese Plants(volume one)" in 1992 and "Wild Plant Directory Mainly Protected by Government(Group one)" approved by the State Council in 1998,the rare and in imminent dangerous plants as well as the plant resources mainly protected by government in Central South University of Forestry and Technology Arboretum were counted and analyzed.The results demonstrate that there are the rare and endangered plants of 63 species,25 families and 48 genus,in which,gymnosperm of 23 species,7 families and 16 genus,angiosperm of 40 species,18 families and 30 genus;22 kinds in classification I of the plants mainly protected by the government,41 kinds in classification II.The breeding condition and protection status quo of rare and endangered plants were analyzed and conservation measures were also put forward.
Cathaya argyrophylla Chun Kuang,a monotypic genus of the pine family,is endemic to China.Chinese government lists it as a Class-I protected plant because of its limited individuals in the wild.Natural regeneration is rare and it is imperative to better understand its eco-physiological characteristics of seed germination.Cones of Cathaya argyrophlla were collected from selected healthy and 60-100 years old individuals and there are 490 to 520 cones per kilogram.Every 100 cones produced 4.36 seeds and every 1 000 seeds weight 15.8 grams.TTC test concluded that the seed viability is 50.50%.Storage method and duration significantly affected seed germination.The highest germination rate,33.00%,was produced under moisture moss at 4 ℃ after storing for 30 days.Both moisture newspaper and sand did not greatly reduce germination rate at 30 days.However,average seed germination was significantly lower from 31.0% to 18.0% to 7.0% as the storage durations went from 30 to 60 to 90 days.After storing for 90 days,seed germination were 13.0% and 2.7% for storing in moisture moss and newspaper,respectively.For the long-term storage,moisture moss is recommended.Seed POD,SOD activities and MAD levels during storages changed dramatically.The highest POD and SOD activities,5.58 mmol/g and 300 U/(g min),occurred under moisture newspaper at 30 days,which significantly higher than other two storage methods.As storage days went up,no significantly difference occurred among three storage methods.The average POD and SOD were 0.48 and 100 at 60 days,0.71 and 96.8 at 90 days.MAD content kept high at 2.71 mmol/g under the moisture newspaper stored for 30 days,then from 0.08 to 0.51 for other storage methods and duration.After storing for 60 and 90 days,POD,SOD activities and MAD level were relatively lower and no significant difference was found among the storage methods.Hormones GA,NAA,and IAA could significantly influenced germination rates.Under the moisture newspaper storage,seeds soaked for 24 hours in 100 mg/L of NAA and IAA after storing for 30 days yielded 55.00% and 55.01% germination rates,which were 83.31% higher than that of the control at 30.0%.After 60 days,only NAA at 150 mg/L soak produced the significantly higher germination rate of 24.2% than that of the control at 16.0%.All other treatments reduced the germination rate significantly.After 90 days,NAA at 150 mg/L soak yielded 11.08% germination rate,which is significantly higher than that of the control at 4.62%.GA soaks under all three storage durations resulted significantly lower germination rates than that of the controls and should be avoided.For seeds stored at moisture sand and moss,GA had the similar effects as NAA and IAA.Regardless of storage durations and hormone concentrations,all three hormones had less significant impact on germination rates comparing with seeds stored in the moisture sand.NAA at 100 mg/L soaked for 24 hours is recommended for Cathaya argyrophylla seed germination.Lower or higher concentrations of NAA and IAA might promote seed germination,but not as well as 100 mg/L in general.As storage time went longer,NAA had better effect than that of IAA.
Taken young leaves and stem segments of Cephalotaxus oliveri as explants,the effects of different hormone and proportions on callus induction of Cephalotaxus oliveri were researched.The results indicated the induction rate of young stem callus were higher than that of young leaves callus.The best medium for inducing young stem callus was MS+NAA 1mg·L-1+6-BA 0.15mg·L-1+2,4-D 1mg·L-1 and the induction rate reached 100%.MS medium was more suitable for inducing young leaves callus than B5 medium.The best sterilization procedure for young stem was to soak stem for 1min in 75% alcohol and 15min in 0.1% HgCl2.
