以胸径、冠幅、枝下高、分枝角、通直度、叶片花色素苷含量 6 个性状为主要指标,在吉林省临江、汪清、湾沟、红石 4 个地点的天然群体中选择拧筋槭观赏型优树.在野外调查获得 40 株初选优树的基础上,采用主成分分析法对初选优树进行综合评价与筛选,最终确定观赏型优树 19 株.采用Pearson相关分析法对性状间相关性进行分析,结果显示:拧筋槭观赏性状间相关表现较弱,相关性未达到显著水平.
以美洲荚蒾嫩枝为材料进行扦插繁殖技术研究,采取正交试验设计方法探讨扦插基质配比、穗条部位、激素质量浓度及激素处理时间对嫩枝扦插生根的影响.结果表明:扦插基质对生根影响显著,其中在沙土+蛭石(1∶1)中成活率最高,可以达到93.78%;采用嫩枝上部作为穗条成活率最高;综合不同处理下穗条的成活率,选用在质量浓度为100 mg·L-1的IBA生根液中浸泡5 min后扦插的生根效果最好.
In order to reduce the mortality of Rana dybowskii juveniles during living in the forest, two-day-old fly maggots and cricket nymphs were used as the prey for complementary feeding of Rana dybowskii to study the survival of Rana dybowskii with different feeding groups. The results showed that artificially complementary feeding with the live prey was beneficial to reduce the mortality of Rana dybowskii, and the mixed feeding with fly maggots and crickets had the best effect.
The artificial breeding technology in different biological periods,disease control and management of Rana dybowskii were summarized in this paper. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the Rana dybowskii breeding industry were put forward.

对吉林省柳河县林蛙养殖场试验区内东北林蛙适生环境昆虫物种多样性进行了调查,掌握了虫口种类情况,为试验区繁育低位昆虫、提高载蛙量提供依据.鉴定有6目13科17种,辛普森多样性指数为0.86.其中,普通伊蚊优势度指数最高,为33.18;麻皮蝽最低,仅有0.22.
通过调查在吉林省靖宇县栽培的5~6年生7个高丛、2个半高丛、2个矮丛蓝莓品种的基生枝数量、冻害数量、长度和冻害长度,计算冻害数量百分率和冻害长度百分率.结果表明:在露天越冬的条件下,所有品种不同树龄的1年生基生枝全部被冻死.
东北林蛙是东北林区重要的生态指示性两栖动物,也是重要的经济动物,具有药食同源的特性.其主产于东北各地,尤以长白山及周边地区野生资源量最为丰富.东北林区的养殖模式主要是半人工的封沟养殖模式,随着养殖业的不断发展,科学合理的养殖至关重要.蝌蚪期是东北林蛙养殖的关键时期,本文就东北林蛙在蝌蚪期养殖、管理、病害防治方面需要注意的问题进行了说明,希望能够对林蛙养殖提供帮助.
对不同越冬密度的成年东北林蛙进行溶解氧测定实验,确定不同密度林蛙在越冬过程中所需的最低溶解氧浓度.结果表明:成年林蛙在越冬密度低于60g/L时,所需溶解氧浓度均相同,当密度高于60g/L时,所需溶解氧浓度开始升高.初步推定,越冬林蛙的最佳越冬密度为30kg/m2.
In order to increase the yield,the tadpoles were safely evacuated to the metamorphosis pool and then the survival rate of the metamorphosis young Rana chensinensis were improved through the complementary feeding.The survival condition of the tadpoles in the different metamorphosis stages was studied using the oxygen aeration experi ment.The starvation tolerance of the young Rana chensinensis was studied.The young Rana chensinensis was fed with two-day-old housefly larvae to observe the effect of complementary feeding.The results showed that the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water increased with the liquid prepared with hydrogen peroxide,which was favorable for the evacuation of the tadpoles.It was optimal that the metamorphosis tadpoles were evacuated before they grew forelimbs.The starvation tolerance of the metamorphosis young Rana chensinensis was 6-8 d.The survival rate of the young Rana chensinensis was improved through the complementary feeding with two-day-old housefly larvae to increase the yield.
对吉林省森林地被可燃物载量进行了调查研究.结果表明:①吉林省森林地被可燃物总量为8468.4万t,森林地被可燃物总量最多地区为延边州3444.1万t,最少地区为松原市126.4万t;②吉林省地被可燃物载量为10.3 t/hm2,地被可燃物载量最高的地区为长白山管委会11.3 t/hm2,较低的地区为松原市6.8 t/hm2与白城市6.9 t/hm2;③吉林省人工林、天然林地被可燃物载量分别为10.92 t/hm2和11.08 t/hm2;④通过各森林类型1 h时滞可燃物载量和地被总可燃物载量的聚类分析,可将34个森林类型地被可燃物划分为5类.
槭树属植物种子具有休眠特性.休眠因素总体概括为3个方面:果皮、种皮透水透气性差,存在机械障碍;果皮、种皮及胚存在萌发抑制物;胚存在生理后熟现象.解除槭树属种子休眠,提高萌发率的主要方法,包括机械和水处理、层积处理、化学物质处理、离体胚的培养.
蓝莓是具有较高经济价值和广阔开发前景的新兴果树,近几年,我国蓝莓种植面积不断增加.然而,在东北地区栽培蓝莓存在冻害、抽条等问题.本文从蓝莓的冻害机理、表现、防护措施等方面分别进行了综述,以期为蓝莓越冬提供依据和参考.
The effect of dissolved oxygen mass concentration on the survival of Rana chensinensis was observed through de-signing 4 different hibernation plan of non-winter hibernation group, semi-dormant winter group, hibernation group, arti-ficial aeration winter hibernation group by choosing the 3 a Rana chensinensis that growed in Jingyu county as the object. The results showed that the DO consumption rate of non-hibernating group was far higher than semi-hibernation group and hibernation group, while the DO consumption rate of semi-hibernation group were also slightly higher than the hiber-nation group.DO consumption rate of Rana chensinensis was higher than that in the state of hibernation when it was dis-turbed.The DO consumption rate was slow when it apeared dead.The death critical DO was 1.6 mg· L-1 .The artificial oxygen can improve hibernation environment and extend safe hibernation time.
The differentiation of male and female experiment was made by different temperature gradient, temperature con-trol time and temperature control method in the condition of wild breeding.The result showed that the differentiation of fe-male proportion was the highest when the temperature control treatment from hind limb bub of tadpole grew to bullet shape to transformation period oral fissure exceeded nostril.Its average value which exceeded 37.5% compared with the control was 92.5%.The abnormal time and weight of tadpole had no difference with control.
