Objective To Nimodipine(trade names:Nimotop) in patients with poststroke depression on cognitive function improvement.Methods 267 cases of patients with poststroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,conventional treatment of the primary disease,rehabilitation training and Seroxat Tablets 20 mg/d,the treatment group at the same time on the basis of a combination of nimodipine tablets with 30 mg,3 times/d,each group of patients with treatment and follow-up to 12 over the weekend.Pre-treatment and treatment in the first 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weekends in Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA) and HAMILTON Depression Scale score.Results Two groups of patients before treatment using MOCA Depression Scale score and HAMILTON score by t test P0.05,no significant difference;4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks,12 weeks of treatment group and above the control group by t test score comparison P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion Nimotop can be effective in improving mild to moderate post-stroke depression in patients with cognitive function.
颈内动脉眼动脉段动脉瘤是神经外科手术极为困难的疾病之一,占颅内动脉瘤的0.5%~9.3%.该段动脉瘤大型和巨大型较多见,因动脉瘤位于颈内动脉入颅后的第一个分支眼动脉处,血管内治疗相对路径较近和直接,以及血管内栓塞治疗微创`有效和安全的特点,因而适合血管内治疗.随着血管内治疗的技术及材料的不断发展成熟,血管内治疗已成为颅内动脉瘤的主要治疗方法之一.然而,大型宽颈眼动脉动脉瘤的栓塞治疗仍然十分困难,单纯的弹簧圈栓塞难以闭塞动脉瘤,还有导致载瘤动脉闭塞的风险.近年来,应用血管内支架植入结合微弹簧圈栓塞使宽颈动脉瘤的栓塞治疗成为可能.我科采用Boston公司生产的新型Neuroform颅内专用支架结合Microvention公司最新研制的新型水解脱弹簧圈(MicroPlex coil system (MCS) &Hydrocoilembolic system (HES))栓塞2例大型颈内动脉眼动脉段宽颈动脉瘤,报告如下.v
目的:探讨颈内动脉眼动脉段大型宽颈动脉瘤的栓塞治疗.方法:采用支架植入联合水解可脱式弹簧圈(Hydrocoilembolic system,HES)栓塞治疗6例.结果: 支架植入联合HES栓塞治疗6例,致密栓塞4例,大部栓塞2例.结论: 采用支架植入联合HES栓塞治疗为提高大型眼动脉动脉瘤的致密栓塞率及保留载瘤动脉提供了新的手段.
急性一氧化碳中毒是人体吸入燃烧不完全的含碳物质,即吸入过量一氧化碳,造成人体内碳氧血红蛋白增高、而氧和血红蛋白减少,造成机体急性缺氧临床表现为急性脑缺氧并伴有其他脏器缺氧性改变.近年来有增高趋势.传统治疗方法病死率较高,特别是重度一氧化碳中毒,假愈后迟发性脑病发生率高,预后差.我院2004年11月至2007年3月采用纳洛酮治疗重度一氧化碳中毒41例,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下.
蛛网膜下腔出血是常见的内科疾病,我科采用脑脊液净化法治疗60例,疗效满意,现报告如下:
Objective To observe the curative effects of treatment with Edaravone for acute massive cerebral infarction.Methods 48 patients with acute massive cerebral infarction were randomized into the treatment with Edaravone group(Edaravone group,24 patients) and the conventional treatment control group(control group,24 patients).Two groups patients were admitted conventional treatment for cerebral infarction.Edaravone group patients were admitted with Edaravone 30 mg into 100 ml saline infusion introvenously,twice a day,linked 20 ~ 25 d.Respectively before and after the treatment,neurologic function dificit score(NDS),plasma fibrinogen(Fib) content,coagulation blood function,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were examined.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results NDS of tow groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment,activity of SOD were significantly increased than those before treatment(all P0.05).Edaravone group improvement were obviously better than those in the control group(all P0.05).Plasma Fib contents and coagulation blood function in the two groups before and after treatment were no statistically significant difference(all P0.05).Significant efficiency ratio of the Edaravone group(87.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.8%)(P0.05).In the Edaravone group,there were 2 cases in liver transaminases mildly elevated,4 cases in blood urea nitrogen elevated.After corresponding treatment,these cases were back to normal in the short term.Conclusion Treatment with Edaravone for acute massive cerebral infarction is effectual,no obvious adverse reactions.
