为了解加味小柴胡散对鹌鹑生长性能、血液生化指标及免疫功能的影响,选取8日龄鹌鹑300只,随机分为5组,A组为对照组,B组为添加抗菌药组,C组、D组和E组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%和2%的加味小柴胡散.结果表明,与抗菌药B组相比,加味小柴胡散可显著促进鹌鹑日增重和采食量(P<0.05),耗料增重比显著降低(P<0.05).试验组的免疫器官指数显著高于抗菌药B组(P<0.05),血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)显著高于抗菌药B组(P<0.05),加味小柴胡散可显著提高肠绒毛长度,降低隐窝深度和肠壁厚度(P<0.05).表明加味小柴胡散可明显促进鹌鹑的生长发育和免疫器官的发育,且以1%添加剂量效果最佳.
本试验从25个绿壳蛋鸡场进行样本的采集,每个鸡场随机采集24枚鸡蛋,总计采集600份样本,通过HA-HI试验方法进行新城疫和禽流感抗体的检测,结果显示,所检测的25个养殖场中,新城疫(ND)的抗体效价合格率为80%(20/25);禽流感(AI)H9亚型的抗体效价合格率为68%(16/25),H7亚型的抗体效价合格率为52%(13/25),H5Re-11和H5Re-12亚型的抗体效价合格率都较低,说明本地区的绿壳蛋鸡新城疫的免疫情况较好,而禽流感的免疫情况不理想.
肾型传染性支气管炎病毒( IBV )因血清型多、易变异,相互间的交叉保护率低,致使该病难以控制,特别是发病后主要引起肾脏的肿大,西药治疗效果不佳. 笔者通过对1例肾型传染性支气管炎并发大肠杆菌病的诊断并采用中西药进行治疗,收到良好的治疗效果. 现将诊治情况介绍如下,供参考.

从猪萎缩性鼻炎的病猪鼻腔内分离和纯化病原菌,通过药敏试验筛选出对猪萎缩性鼻炎病原菌敏感的药物,并通过鼻腔喷雾给药、肌肉注射给药和拌料给药的方法防治猪萎缩性鼻炎.结果表明:通过鼻腔喷雾给药的猪平均日增重显著高于拌料组和肌肉注射组(P<0.01).说明鼻腔给药,药物可直接作用于患部,疗效迅速,方便快捷,是防治猪萎缩性鼻炎的最佳给药途径.
鸡毒支原体(Mycoplasma gallisepticum,MG)会引发鸡的慢性呼吸道疾病(chronic respiratory disease,CRD).本研究从吉林经济技术开发区鸡场采集的疑似支原体感染病料中分离、培养获得一菌株,经菌落形态观察、菌落红细胞吸附试验、生化特性测定及血清学鉴定等试验,证明该分离株为鸡毒支原体(MG),并命名为JL株.
Materials from pigs with diarrhea were collected from development zone,Jilin surrounding three large-scale pig farms,cultural characteristics and bacterial form of observation,biochemical identification combined with clinical symptoms and epidemiological characteristics were explored.And sensitivity tests were used in 12 kinds of drugs.The results showed salmonella against amikacin and kanamycin,highly sensitive,against tetracycline and trimethoprim sulfa six pyrimidine and levofloxacin,moderately sensitive;against penicillin,streptomycin,tetracycline,soil doxycycline,erythromycin,enrofloxacin,norfloxacin,resistance.
目前对肉鸡腹水综合征尚无理想的治疗方法,主要采取"预防为主,防治结合"的方法.近年来,随着肉鸡产业的不断发展,肉鸡腹水综合征发生率呈上升势态,已成为危害肉鸡养殖业的三大疾病之一.本试验采取三种不同的中西医结合的治疗方案对肉鸡腹水综合征进行治疗,试图找到治疗效果比较好的方案.
从开发区周边一些肉仔鸡养殖场采集腹泻病死鸡的病料,经培养特性和细菌形态观察,生化鉴定,结合临床症状及流行病学特点,最终确定主要病原菌有沙门氏杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌。并用12种药物做了药敏试验,结果多杀性巴氏杆菌对恩诺沙星、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素高度敏感;对青霉素、链霉素、四环素、土霉素、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶中度敏感;对氟哌酸、卡那霉素、红霉素耐药。而沙门氏杆菌对阿米卡星、卡那霉素高度敏感;对四环素、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶、左氧氟沙星中度敏感;对青霉素、链霉素、四环素、土霉素、红霉素、恩诺沙星、氟哌酸耐药。
吉林省某种羊场2009年用仔猪"551"饲料饲喂波尔羔羊,饲喂5个多月后,先后有16只羔羊发病,发病率为13.2%.临床可见可视黏膜苍白黄染和排血红蛋白尿.剖检眼观病变血液稀薄,肝肿大呈土黄色;光镜下,肝细胞变性坏死,结缔组织纤维化,肾小管上皮细胞变性坏死;电镜下,肝细胞核变形,内质网扩张,溶酶体内铜颗粒过载,毛细胆管微绒毛肿胀或断裂.血清铜含量高于正常值,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)等酶活性均升高.仔猪"551"饲料检测,铜含量为200 mg/kg,用此饲料进行饲喂试验,结果受试羊于153d内全部发病死亡,临床症状和病理变化与自然病死羔羊基本相同.最终确诊为羔羊慢性铜中毒.对病羔羊实施治疗,治愈7只,死亡9只.

In order to determine the technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction of the essential oil from Artemisia argyi and the antibacterial activity of the essential oil,Used the technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,filter paper diffusion method to determine inhibitory effect.The results showed that the optimizing technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction was using fresh raw materials of Artemisia argyi without entertainer,the pressure 35Mpa,temperature 45 ℃,extraction time 90min.The essential oil from Artemisia argyi had significant inhibitory effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and the effect increased with the concentration.Indicated that the essential oil from Artemisia argyi extracted by the optimizing technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction had antibacterial effects.

The attenuated GPMV F gene was cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector of pCI-neo and the pCI-rf plasmid was obtained.The pCI-rf plasmid was transfected into BHK cells and the fusion protein was detected through Western blotting successfully.The 7 to 9-day-old chicken was immunized intramuscularly with pCI-rf and pCI-f separately.The antibody level was detected by indirect ELISA and the cell immunity was detected by lymphocyte proliferation assay and specific lysis activity of CTL test.The immunized chicken was challeged finally.The result showed that both of pCI-rf and pCI-f induced cell immunity and humoral immunity responses and the difference of immune effect was not obvious comparing with Lasota vaccine.The PCR result showed that F gene fragment was not detected from the genome of immunized chicken tissues.
