With a view to the problems such as large solubility in oil and poor inhibition function of currently used corrosion inhibitors in oil fields, a novel water-soluble corrosion inhibitor ZYC-1 was developed based on a series of optimization tests concerning emulsification behavior, water-solubility, and corrosion-inhibiting effect. The corrosion-inhibition action of the newly developed corrosion inhibitor ZYC-1 was investigated using sealed stirring method in an evenly mixed water-oil fluid. It was found that ZYC-1 introduced into the wells and oil pipes as the water-soluble corrosion inhibitor was capable of greatly decreasing the total amount of Fe ions and the corrosion rate as well, which could make it feasible to put ZYC-1 into broader field applications.
This paper particularly introduced pre-crosslinking-crosslinked polymer (thereinafter shortened from adjusting and driving reagent system) compound adjusting and driving technique that how to manufacture and its application in Wenliu oilfield. It is proved that this technique is suitable for the demand of Wenliu oilfield with three-high's character increasing recovery efficiency. It is of great use for reference action to similarity oil field.
基于原油含水率的定义,分析了原油中水的密度与含水率的关系,指出了采用GB8929-88《原油水含量测定法》(蒸馏法)测定的质量含水率不适用于井口产出液计量中的原油质量计算.提出了修正方法和公式,修正后的质量含水率更符合实际.
应用自行研制的气举阀波纹管承载率测试装置和与之配套的测试方法,成功地测试出气举阀波纹管承载率.并利用测得的承载率数据,评价气举阀性能,预测气举阀在井下的工作状况,有效减少了不合格气举阀的下井使用,提高了气举采油工艺水平.
为了节约气举井的作业成本,延长检泵周期,提高气举井采油效率,提出了投捞式气举采油技术,并合作研制出ZYPT-1型投捞式气举偏心工作筒.介绍了投捞式气举偏心工作筒的结构、工作原理与设计技术参数以及试验情况.2001年以来,文东油田共采用投捞式气举工艺30井次,下入ZYPT-1型偏心工作筒120枝,实施投捞作业18井次,投捞成功率达92.2%,检阀周期平均延长32 d,累计增产原油4 454 t,节约生产成本32.5万元.
针对文东油田气举井结盐、结蜡严重和需要经常洗井的特点,研制了Y341-114型气举封隔器.这种封隔器包括坐封、密封、锁紧和洗井4个部分.装有该封隔器的洗井装置可在一定压差下,对气举井进行正洗井;还具有耐高温、高压、操作简单和易于起下等特点.12口井的现场应用表明,采用可洗式气举封隔器,平均单井增液7.5 t/d,增油2.3 t/d,现场洗井39井次,能清除盐、蜡,增产节气效果明显.
After proceeding spreading mechanism analysis and research of Model ZBG(ordinary fixation)gas lift valve in Wendong Oilfield and through field experiment,the suitable spread pressure operation valve is adoped to solve problem of gas lift well production instability for larger gas injection pressure fluctuation in Wendong oilfield and gas lift valve short operating life,thus,normal production of gas lift well is insured.$$$$

In mid- later period of water injection development in Wenliu Oilfield, for the washing of high pressure water to oil - bearing formation and worsening of well status, sand production of oil well is very serious. According to the cause and type of sand production,sand grain median and clay content are studied, and compound sand control technology is developed. Meanwhile, through practical application of the technology in Wenliu oilfield and combination with the fcamre of oil/water well,the technology is come to perfection and gets good result.

在气举采油中,传统的套压控制气举阀的开启和关闭主要取决于注气压力(套压),往往造成低产井举空和高压气体"打循环";而高产井则出现阀间干扰,造成多点注气,耗气量大,且举升深度受到限制.新研制的ZBY-1型油压控制气举阀的注气量由井筒流压自动控制.流压升高,阀打开,注气量增加;流压降低,注气量减少,使气举井在恒定的流压梯度下工作,确保产量稳定.现场应用新型气举阀15井次,单井平均日产油量增加12.44t,平均举升深度增加750m,平均日注气量下降279m3,最大下入深度2920m,单井最高日产液量82m3,收到了较好的增产节气效果.
