为了从经济、环境和社会3个维度优化黑龙江木材供应链结构,围绕黑龙江省木材供应链的新特点,利用加权多目标决策方法,对有4个节点、3阶段物流、2级库存的木材供应链进行优化研究.结果表明,经济、环境、社会3个目标无法同时最优,单一目标最优时其余目标结果较差,找到3个目标的次优解恰恰是同时满足3个目标的最佳方案的圈(见文章C圈).当经济成本从最低上升1.0%时,环境效益增幅从0.10%上升到1.55%,社会效益增幅从1.80%下降到0.55%,企业可根据自身发展阶段,选择适当决策方案.因此,该模型可以作为木材企业优化供应链结构的决策支持工具,可帮助木材企业经营者提供在经济、环境和社会绩效方面最符合企业战略目标的决策.
针对物流工程专业在实践教学过程中存在的问题,提出了基于"订单班"培养的"三融合、四模式、五持续"的实习基地建设体系,构建了校内外实践+"订单班"联合培养的多元化实践教学体系.以东北林业大学物流工程专业实践教学体系建设为例,建设了"顺丰"订单班,并建立了研究生示范实习基地.研究表明,该体系可有效提高学生的创新实践能力,为物流工程本硕实践教学体系的建设提供理论和实践指导.
为了适应外卖行业的飞速发展,解决外卖员配送等待时间过长,外卖易被盗,与非法外卖员接触存在安全隐患等问题,设计了一种成本低、使用便捷的无人外卖终端设备,设备主要分为底盘和杆体两部分,杆体顶部设有摄像头用于监控防盗;杆体上分布着15个电控锁与锁环,可用于悬挂外卖以及上锁;底盘内设有以ESP8266EX为核心处理器的嵌入式控制器、控制电控锁的继电器等.本设备通过手持设备APP客户端、云服务器、设备嵌入式控制器,以现行标准网络形式进行无线信息传输,实现从手机终端进行对无人外卖终端锁的开关控制,使整个取送外卖过程更加便捷、安全.
针对小规模野生蓝莓采摘的需求,设计了一种野生蓝莓生产物流一体机,实现了野生蓝莓采摘、分选、包装、存储等作业的一体化,从而提高野生蓝莓的生产效率以及生产质量.根据实际生产需求,对重力传感器、电力系统、双层筛板等重要部件系统进行详细设计和优化,从而使野生蓝莓生产物流一体机作业效果达到最优状态.
In order to solve the problem of the optimization of delivery and pickup cargoes' routes with time windows under the constraints of load and road, the method and algorithm were designed and researched based on these factors. Firstly, the model was built with the constraints of truck number, load quality, load capacity, maximum distance, and customer service time in order to minimize the transportation cost and time cost. Then, the Floyd Algorithm was used to determine the moving path and the shortest distance between each point with the road constraint. 0-1 integer programming method was used to determine the number and type of vehicles. Tabu search algorithm was used to determine the order of delivery and pickup points and the distribution route based on the influence of job requirements of pickup cargoes, the time cost, and the transportation cost. Finally, the case was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. This method can be used to improve the efficiency of delivery and pickup cargoes and the level of distribution service.
本文的目的是解决车载约束与道路约束下带时间窗的揽送货物线路优化问题.以往研究配送路线缺乏对揽收货物作业和车载约束的考虑,本文基于相关影响因素基础上进行了方法研究与算法设计.首先建立了以运输费用和时间成本最小为目标,以车辆数、载重量、载货容量、最大行驶距离与客户服务时间为约束的多目标优化决策模型,再利用弗洛伊德算法结合道路约束,确定各点间的最短行驶距离与行驶路径,利用0-1整数规划方法确定货车数与规格,最后利用禁忌算法根据揽收货物作业要求、时间成本与运输成本的影响,得到揽货信息影响下的揽送顺序与配送路径,并用实例验证了该方法的有效性.通过该方法可以提升配送中心的揽送货物作业效率,提高配送服务水平.
Wild forest fruit supply chain is complex and has high risk.In order to reduce the risk and improve the circulation efficiency and forest products trade level,this paper analyzed wild forest fruit supply chain risk relationship based on system dynamics theory,and simulated the effects of risk control measures.Wild forest fruit supply chain was systematically analyzed and risk causal relationship diagram was constructed by exploring the causes of risk.The dynamic model of risk management system was built based on risk,factors of risk,risk control objects and overall system risk.Then,Vensim was used to simulate the model.Results showed that increasing the risk control input ratio coefficient βi could reduce the overall risk and the overall risk reduction was different.Research suggested that risk control could reduce the overall system risk.Among them,the promotion of product custody level than other measures could significantly reduce the overall system risk.Therefore,this paper put forward the reasonable countermeasures of risk control,which aimed to provide reference for the further study of forest product supply chain risk control.

物流作为“第三利润源”的重要性已经得到社会的广泛认知,加强物流成本的分析与核算,降低企业物流成本,成为了全世界研究的焦点.结合国内外企业物流成本核算的现状,通过实习、调研和考察,深入分析国内传统森工企业的生产物流过程和物流成本核算现状,对森工企业的生产作业过程、物流流程和物流成本构成进行全面系统的分析,提出基于作业成本法和因素分析法的森工企业物流成本核算方法和分析方法.给出森工企业物流成本核算的步骤和内容,构建财务核算的核算表.通过因素分析法,确定影响森工企业物流成本的关键因素,以达到控制物流成本的目的.最后,以东北地区某森工企业(林场)为例,验证该方法的有效性和实用性.
The enterprise logistics and facilities planning course teaching of university faces new challenges in the new period and development trend.It was proposed that the problem driven and case teaching method were used in enterprise logistics and facilities planning course.After analyzing the necessity of the application of problem and case teaching method in enterprise logistics and facilities planning teaching,the implementation steps of the method were expounded including design,discussion and analysis,the induction and the summary of problem and teaching organization.Practice showed that problem driven and case teaching method could promote students'initiative in learning the curriculum and improve teaching effect.
In this paper, we identified the evaluation indexes in the selection of pallets, then analyzed the restrictive relations among the indexes, built the corresponding ANP structural model, determined the weight of the evaluation indexes and built the fuzzy evaluation model as well as the TOPSIS algorithm for its solution. At the end, we presented a numerical example of pallet selection for the underground logistics system of a generic inland city and determined the suitable pallet size and specification for the city.
甩挂运输是一种先进的运输组织方式,如何将传统物流理论应用于甩挂运输成为研究的热点.选址分配是代应链结构优化的一个重要环节,在整个物流系统中起着承上启下的作用,针对实际运作过程中的甩挂运输网络,需要解决多产品多阶段的甩挂站场选址问题.本文选取某汽车物流公司为研究对象,针对其整车运输业务模式建立了0-1混合整数规划模型,并通过分支定界法借助Matlab工具箱对该模型进行求解,合理的解决该公司在全国范围内开展甩挂运输的站场选址问题.计算结果表明,此方法为该公司甩挂场的选址提供了可靠的决策依据,具有良好的适用性和可行性.
地下配送中心功能区布局是城市地下配送中心规划的一个重要组成部分,直接关系到地下配送中心的建设与发展,对城市地下物流系统的运营也有重大影响.为了避免由于地下配送中心功能区布局不合理而引起的地下物流服务失效,本文提出了基于AutoMod仿真平台的地下配送中心功能区系统布局规划方法.本文首先分析了地下配送中心相关物流运作特性,以功能区间的相关性和搬运成本两个指标建立了功能区布局的多目标0-1整数混合规划数学模型,对指标进行了量化,利用LINGO软件对数学模型进行求解,进而对求解布局方案进行Automod仿真检验和优化,得到最终布局方案.最后,给出了算例说明本方法的可行性.该方法可以有效地分析地下配送中心功能区布局效果,对于建设地下配送中心的决策是十分重要的.
