Evaluation of montmorillonite for paraquat by in vitro and in vivo test. In vitro test were evaluated by a batch test, taking the paraquat concentration, adsorbents, reaction environment and time as indices, the absorption rate was screened by orthogonal design. In vivo test was executed with rabbits. Group 1: 4 rabbits dosed with montmorillonite. Group 2: 8 rabbits dosed with 200 mg/kg paraquat. Group 3: 6 rabbits dosed with 200 mg/kg paraquat then gavage with montmorillonite 5 min later. Group 4: 6 rabbits dosed with 200 mg/kg paraquat then gavage with montmorillonite 30 min later. Blood paraquat concentration, serum cytokines, blood gas analysis and histopathology of lung were implemented. In vitro test found that all the four factors influence the absorption rate of paraquat (P < 0.05). In vitro test found that oral montmorillonite could change toxicokinetics parameters of paraquat (P < 0.05); decrease raised serum TGF-β1 and HMGB1 (P < 0.05) and alleviate the histopathology damage of lung. Montmorillonite might exert its protective effects on paraquat induced damage.
某环保服务有限公司员工在从事户外消杀工作中意外接触杀虫剂而出现中毒症状.职业病诊断机构诊断为"职业性急性轻度农药中毒(有机磷、拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂混配所致)".劳动者对诊断结论有异议,向职业病诊断鉴定机构提出职业病鉴定申请,市级鉴定结论为"职业性急性重度农药(有机磷、拟除虫菊酯)中毒".现特对其诊断与鉴定结论不一致的原因进行分析.
目的 了解油库作业工人的健康状况,更好地保护劳动者职业健康,提出针对性的防护建议.方法 2019年12月,以深圳市3家油库的344名接触有毒有害因素的作业工人为调查对象,对其进行职业健康检查并对结果进行综合分析.结果 职业健康检查共检出职业禁忌证4人,分别为人工性荨麻疹1人、贫血2人、慢性阻塞性肺病1人;疑似职业病4人,分别为疑似汽油致职业性皮肤病2人、疑似电光性皮炎1人、疑似慢性苯中毒1人;与目标疾病无关的其他疾病或异常289人.主要自述症状有头晕(22.09%)、头痛(18.90%)、乏力(15.41%)、记忆力减退(12.21%)和食欲不振(1 1.63%)等.主要检出异常项目为肝功10项(25.87%)、心电图(23.84%)、肝胆脾胰B超(20.06%)、血脂4项(19.77%)和纯音听阈测试(19.05%)等;主要检出病症或异常有脂肪肝(26.45%)、总胆固醇(TC)偏高(25.58%)、三酰甘油(TG)偏高(22.24%)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)偏低(20.64%)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)偏高(17.62%)等.结论 油库作业工人的健康状况有待改善,工人应重视改变个人的生活方式和饮食习惯.作业工人应积极了解本人接触的职业病危害因素的健康损害,加强对职业病危害因素的劳动防护,减少汽油的吸入或皮肤直接接触.管理者应改善作业环境,定期组织工人进行职业健康检查,加强职业卫生培训和健康教育.
Objective:To study the epidemiological characteristics of occupational diseases in Shenzhen City, China in 2006-2017, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods:Cases of occupational diseases in 2006-2017 were collected from the Information System of Occupational Diseases and Occupational Health. A statistical analysis was performed to identify the characteristics of the disease distribution in terms of spectrum of disease, year, area, industry, type of economy and enterprise scale.Results:A total of 1673 cases of occupational disease (64 types, 8 classes) were diagnosed and reported in 2006-2017, chemical poisoning (31.50%) , ear, nose and throat diseases (28.21%) , and pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases (21.34%) were the most three commonest occupational diseases. The constituent of ratio of ear, nose and throat diseases and occupational diseases caused by physical factors increased in turn, the constituent of chemical poisoning, pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases, and skin disease reduced in turn, which all showed the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Occupational diseases were often seen in districts of Baoan, Longgang, Longhua and Pingshan, as well as in private economy and small enterprise, mainly occurred in manufacturing industry. Conclusion:The incidence of occupational diseases increased steadily in 2006-2017, and we need to strengthen common occupational diseases, especially occupational noise-induced hearing loss, pay attention to districts of Baoan, Longgang, Longhua and Pingshan, as well as private economy and small enterprise.
目的 分析船员血液生化指标检查结果,探讨主要的异常指标,提出针对性的预防保健措施.方法 选择深圳市某能源集团船舶作业公司的241名男性船员作为观察组,选择某医院的236名男性医生作为对照组,对两组人员进行血液生化指标检查,并对结果进行分析.结果 观察组人员总胆固醇(TC)偏高(占21.58%)、甘油三酯(TG)偏高(占19.92%)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)偏高(占17.84%)、直接胆红素(DBIL)偏高(占19.92%)、总胆红素(TBIL)偏高(占21.16%)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)偏高(占12.86%)、血尿酸(BUA)偏高(占19.92%)的检出率均高于对照组(分别为9.75%、10.59%、7.20%、11.02%、10.17%、4.24%、7.63%,P<0.01);两组人员的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)异常检出率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 船员血液生化指标检查结果表现出以血脂代谢紊乱、胆红素增高、CK增高和BUA增高为主的改变,这些改变是船员的膳食结构、职业性噪声接触、心理健康状况较差、轮班作业和不良生活习惯(例如吸烟、饮酒、缺乏必要的健身运动)等多种因素共同作用的结果.船员应注意调整膳食结构,加强对噪声的个人防护,保持积极乐观的心态,养成良好的生活习惯,并定期进行健康监护,以改善个人健康状况.
目的 了解多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)职业暴露对工人肺部和心血管系统的损害,制定相应的职业危害防治措施.方法 选择广东省某MWCNTs生产企业,对工作场所碳纳米管暴露水平进行检测.选取40名长期接触MWCNTs的不吸烟工人作为接触组,选取企业不接触职业病危害因素的40名不吸烟行政管理人员作为对照组.对接触组进行职业健康检查,对照组参照接触组的检查项目进行健康检查,并对检查结果 进行分析.结果 企业MWCNTs生产车间空气中MWCNTs均值为(41.5±18.7) μg/m3,个体暴露浓度均值为(34.4±17.7) μg/m3,均明显高于美国国家职业安全卫生研究所(NIOSH)根据动物实验结果推荐的容许接触限值(7 μg/m3).接触组工人自述咳嗽、咳痰、喘息症状的检出率和哮喘患病率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).接触组各项肺功能指标均低于对照组,其中接触组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).接触组肺通气功能减退和小气道功能异常的检出率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05).接触组白细胞、血小板及凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原(Fbg)均高于对照组,其中接触组APTT与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 高浓度的MWCNTs职业暴露可导致工人的肺功能指标降低,哮喘患病率明显升高,并可抑制血管内皮细胞发挥凝血功能.接触MWCNTs的劳动者应注意加强个人防护,积极预防相关健康损害.
[目的]研究多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)职业接触对工人氧化损伤及炎症反应水平的影响,制定职业危害预防策略.[方法]分别选取广东省某MWCNTs生产企业不吸烟的长期接触MWCNTs的工人和不接触职业病危害因素的行政管理人员各40人作为接触组和对照组.对工作场所中MWCNTs浓度进行检测.采集研究对象血样,检测氧化损伤和炎症反应指标并对结果进行分析.[结果]接触组在工作场所及个体接触的MWCNTs浓度分别为(41.5±18.7) μg/m3和(34.4-± 17.7) μg/m3,均明显高于美国国家职业安全卫生研究所(NIOSH)推荐的容许接触限值(7μg/m3).接触组8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素33(IL-33)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、嗜酸性粒细胞水平高于对照组,接触组过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.01或0.05);两组其他抗氧化指标、炎症反应指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]高浓度的MWCNTs职业接触可导致工人体内活性氧水平增高,引发机体氧化损伤甚至是细胞脂膜DNA损伤,并可导致部分炎症反应细胞因子和嗜酸性粒细胞水平升高,加重呼吸道炎症反应和哮喘症状,对肺功能造成损害.接触MWCNTs的劳动者应注意加强个人防护.
[目的]分析深圳市职业性噪声聋病例特征,为深圳市职业性噪声聋的防治提供依据.[方法]回顾性分析2017年8月-2018年10月由深圳市职业病防治院诊断的138例职业性噪声聋患者,研究职业性噪声聋在不同性别、年龄、工龄和行业人群中的分布特点.[结果]138例职业性噪声聋患者中,男性131人,女性7人,行业分布主要集中在制造业.职业性轻度噪声聋129例(占93.48%),中度9例(占6.52%),无重度病例.35~49岁年龄段患者占比65.95%,患者噪声作业工龄为6~15年的病例数占病例总数的58.70%.在语频1 000 Hz和2 000 Hz上,≤10年、11 ~ 15年和≥16年3个工龄组患者听阈平均值均有随工龄增加而升高趋势(P< 0.05).3组患者在500 Hz以及高频频率上听阈平均值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]根据深圳市职业性噪声聋的流行特征,应为该市劳动者做好职业健康监护,做到早期发现,及早干预.
INTRODUCTION:Assembly-line migrant workers (AMWs), as a major workforce in China, may be at particularly high risk of depression due to their relative low social economic status and particular job characteristics. However, little is known about the frequency and characteristics of depression among Chinese AMWs. This study investigated the prevalence and correlates of depressive symptoms in Chinese AMWs.METHODS:In this cross-sectional survey, 915 Chinese AMWs from two shoe-making factories completed a standardized questionnaire to report their socio-demographics, physical health, migration, and work. They also reported their depressive symptoms by completing the Beck Depression Inventory-Short Form (BDI-SF). We conducted multiple logistic regression analysis to identify factors related to depression.RESULTS:We found that 31.7% of AMWs were clinically depressed (BDI-SF ≥ 8). The multiple regression model included age, self-rated physical health, pain, family relationships, having no good friends at the same factory, and working under high pressure.DISCUSSION:Our findings suggest that depression is common among Chinese AMWs. We argue that there is an urgent need for health care providers and factory managers to work on the early identification of AMWs, who are at high risk for depression. Psychological and psychiatric treatments are necessary in the Chinese labor-intensive industries.
[Objective] To learn the health conditions of solid waste disposal workers and put forward targeted protection suggestions.[Methods] 410 workers exposed to occupational disease risk factors from a solid waste disposal company in Shenzhen City were selected for the occupational health surveillance,and the results were analyzed.[Results] Among 410 workers received the occupational health examination,five people were diagnosed with occupational contraindication and two people were suspected as occupational disease patient,which the detection rate was respectively 1.22% and 0.49%,and 395 people had disease or abnormity that was unrelated to target diseases,with the detection rate of 96.34%.The abnormal examination items were mainly stomatology routine examination,pure tone audiometry (the abnormal rate reached 76.77%),four items of blood lipid examination,routine blood test and pulmonary function.Main diseases or abnormity found in the examinations were mild decreased pulmonary ventilation,increased alanine aminotransferase activity (ALT),fatty liver,dental calculus and increased bilirubin concentration.[Conclusion] Health condition of sohd waste disposal workers is not optimistic,and the detection rates of decreased pulmonary ventilation,liver dysfunction,fatty liver and oral diseases are high.It is necessary to strengthen the labor protection from occupational disease risk factors and implement regular occupational health examination among workers.Managers should improve working environment,and strengthen occupational hygiene training,occupational surveillance health archives management and health education in workers.
[目的]分析焊工作业中锰接触对作业人员血清免疫球蛋白和性激素的影响.[方法]2016年10月以某人防工程公司96名男性焊工为焊工组,同时选择96名男性非焊工人员作为对照组,以全自动生化仪检测两组人员的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG水平,以石墨炉原子吸收法检测两组人员的尿锰水平;以化学发光免疫分析法检测促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、黄体酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)和泌乳素(PRL),并对结果进行分析.[结果]焊工组尿锰水平为(1.59±0.67)μg/L,高于对照组的(0.45±0.08)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).焊工组的血清IgG、T和P水平低于对照组,FSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01).焊工组的IgA与T水平呈负相关(r=-0.271,P<0.05),IgM和E2、尿锰,尿锰和FSH、PRL均呈正相关(r=0.209、0.220、0.487、0.250,P<0.01).[结论]电焊作业增加了锰接触的机会,可能会降低作业人员的免疫能力并影响其内分泌系统.
[Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health surveillance promotion special project for enterprise e environment,health and safety (EHS) managers,provide theoretical basis for the formulation of more effective intervention measures.[Methods] 106 EHS managers from 60 enterprises in Shenzhen City were selected as intervention objects,and were given the occupational health surveillance promotion special project (mainly intensive classes) for six months.The related indexes were evaluated by questionnaire survey and field research before and after intervention.[Results] The awareness rates of occupational health surveillance laws and regulations,occupational health surveillance basic theory and health damages and safeguard procedures for common occupational hazard factors of EHS managers all significantly increased after the intervention.Except regular maintenance for occupational disease protective equipment and articles,the proportions of EHS managers who adopted the proper occupational disease protective behaviors after the intervention (33.9%-89.62%) were higher than those before the intervention (20.75%-78.30%),and the differences were statistically significant between before and after the intervention (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The complete rates of keyindexes for occupational health surveillance,such as pre-service health examination,on-service health examination,dimission health examination,reexamination and transferring of worker with target disease,were all significantly increased after the intervention (P<0.01).[Conclusion] The occupational health surveillance promotion special project for EHS managers can significantly elevate awareness rates of related knowledge,and the proportions of EHS managers who adopted the occupational disease protective behaviors have remarkably increased.As for key indexes,occupational health surveillance in enterprises has obviously improved.Meanwhile,site guidance for enterprises should be enhanced in order in order to regulate the establishment and management for occupational health surveillance archives.
Objective: To investigate the mental health status in migrant workers in a labor-intensive enterprise and related influencing factors. Methods: Typical sampling was used to perform an investigation in 910 migrant workers in a large foreign-funded labor-intensive enterprise in Shenzhen, China. All the respondents gave informed consent and completed the questionnaire independently and anonymously. The self-reported mental health status was evaluated using the Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and General Health Questionnaire. Results: Of all the migrant workers in this enterprise, 7.2% had a positive self-reported anxiety symptom, 25.4% had a moderate or severe self-reported depression symptom, and 76.4% had a poor self-reported general health status. Age had significant influence on the self-reported depression symptom (χ2=21.968, P<0.05) ; age did not have significant influence on the self-reported anxiety and general health status (χ2=6.616、12.498, both P>0.05) . The knowledge of occupational hazards had significant influence on mental health status (χ2Depression=47.289, χ2General health=21.087, both P<0.05) . The feeling of work had significant influence on self-reported depression and general health status (χ2Depression=52.406, χ2General health=17.327, both P<0.05) . Attention to self mental health had significant influence on self-reported depression (χ2=17.714, P<0.05) , and whether the person wanted to learn the knowledge of mental health had significant influence on self-reported anxiety (χ2= 6.145, P<0.05) . Conclusion: The self-reported mental health status in migrant workers is poor and is associated with age, worry about exposure to occupational hazard factors, emphasis on mental health knowledge, and a focus on personal mental health. Therefore, targeted occupational health education and occupational mental health education should be strengthened.

目的 回顾深圳市2013年职业禁忌证和职业病的检出情况,分析职业病发病特征,为制定职业病防治对策提供建议.方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中导出2013年深圳市有毒有害作业工人健康监护卡、职业病报告卡、尘肺病报告卡等有关资料,对其进行相应类别的统计,并进行职业病发病入口特征分析.结果 2013年深圳市共检出职业禁忌证1 909人,职业病发病人数为130人,发病例数最多的职业病类别前4名依次为:职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病(45人)、职业性化学中毒(42人)、职业性尘肺病及其他呼吸系统疾病(22人)和职业性皮肤病(16人).发病例数最多的具体疾病是噪声聋(45人)和苯中毒(29人).发病例数最多的区域前4名依次为宝安区(52人)、龙岗区(24人)、光明新区(15人)、坪山新区(14人).发病例数最多的行业前3名依次为计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业(44人),金属制品业(14人),印刷和记录媒介复制业(12人).结论 深圳市需继续做好主要职业病危害因素(如噪声、苯系物、铅及其无机化合物)的职业禁忌证筛查,深圳市职业病发病人数处于较高水平,应将职业性噪声聋、职业性化学中毒、尘肺病及职业性皮肤病列为政府重点监管的职业病.
[Objective]To evaluate the oxidative damage caused by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)in liver and lung of rats,study the effect of IPDI on humoral immunity and its possible mechanism,and provide experimental basis for further research.[Methods]80 healthy SPF male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the high-dose(1/4 LD50),medium-dose(1/8 LD50)and low-dose(1/16 LD50)exposure groups,and a solvent control group(maize oil),20 rats in each group. Experimental animals were treated with IPDI by intraperitoneal injection for continuous 13 weeks,once a day. Blood samples were obtained from orbital veins after the last exposure,to determine the concentrations of serum immune globulin(Ig G, Ig A, Ig M and Ig E) and complement(C3 and C4). Rats were killed by decapitation,and the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px,as well as the concentration of MDA in liver and lung tissue were determined.[Results]The activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px of liver in highdose and medium-dose exposure groups were significantly lower than those in control group(all P 0.01),and the MDA concentration of liver in high-dose and medium-dose exposure groups were significantly higher than that in control group(all P0.01). The activities of SOD and GSH-Px of lung in three exposure groups and the activities of CAT of lung in high-dose and medium-dose exposure groups were significantly lower than those in control group(all P0.01),and the MDA concentration of lung in high-dose and medium-dose exposure groups were significantly higher than that in control group(all P 0.01). The concentrations of serum Ig G and Ig M in high-dose exposure group and the concentrations of Ig A and C3 in high-dose and medium-dose exposure groups were significantly lower than those in control group(all P0.01).[Conclusion]IPDI exposure could cause oxidative damage to liver and lung tissue by producing oxygen free radicals,result in a diminished output of globulin Ig G,Ig A Ig M and complement C3,and inhibit the humoral immunity of rats,but its mechanism still needs further research.
目的 评价深圳市某化工厂的铬作业工人的尿铬水平及其影响因素.方法 2014年10月,用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测某化工厂车间空气中铬及其无机化合物的浓度,对铬酸盐车间182名生产工人进行职业卫生知识、自觉症状的问卷调查,并进行内科、耳鼻喉科、皮肤科等项目检查及尿铬测定.由该地不接触铬作业的某加工厂91名生产工人(车工、钳工、电工)作为对照组,进行对比.结果 接触组与对照组对职业卫生知识的知晓率没有明显差别;工龄越长的工人对职业卫生知识的知晓率越高;铬作业工人的职业健康损害主要表现为上呼吸道刺激症状,鼻黏膜红肿、鼻中隔糜烂、鼻中隔穿孔、鼻甲肥大、咽部充血及皮肤损伤等体征的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且接触组工人鼻中隔穿孔、溃疡及咽部充血在工种分布差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);接触组肝肿大检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),男性高于女性(P<0.05);与对照组相比,接触组尿铬浓度和异常率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着工作场所空气中铬浓度的升高和工龄的增加,铬作业工人的尿铬浓度和异常率均呈上升趋势.结论 工人工龄越长,对职业卫生知识知晓率越高;工龄增加、工作场所中铬浓度越高,铬接触对健康的损害越严重;铬作业工人肝脏增大与接触铬有关;而工龄增加、工作场所中铬浓度超标是导致尿铬水平升高的主要危险因素.
目的 研究异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)对大鼠肝肾功能血清生化指标的影响,探讨其肝肾毒性作用及其机制,为后续研究提供实验依据.方法 选择4周龄SPF级健康Wistar雄性大鼠80只,随机分为高(1/4LD50)、中(1/8LD50)、低剂量组(1/16LD50)和溶剂对照组(玉米油),每组20只,采用腹腔注射IPDI方式进行染毒,连续染毒13周,每天1次.染毒期间每周对大鼠体重及摄食量进行测定.于末次染毒后24 h(禁食12 h)对实验动物股静脉采血,测定血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)及血清胱抑素C(Cys C)的浓度.结果 各染毒组大鼠染毒前后体重、染毒期间总摄食量、肾脏重量及脏器系数与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组大鼠肝脏重量和脏器系数明显低于对照组(P<0.01).高、中剂量组血清中ALT、AST、ALP、GLB明显高于对照组,ALB明显低于对照组(P<0.01);各染毒组血清中TP与对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).高剂量组血清Cr、iNOS、NO明显高于对照组(P<0.01);高、中剂量组血清中Cys C明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 IPDI可对肝脏造成器质性损伤,并影响肝脏的蛋白合成功能,但毒性作用机制尚未明确.IPDI可造成肾功能损害,影响肾小球滤过功能,其肾脏毒性作用机制与NO有关.
目的探讨低剂量核辐射暴露、肥胖、腹部型肥胖对核电站工人全血细胞计数的影响。方法收集某核电站1 388名男性在职工人的健康检查资料,检测工人的外周血总白细胞、白细胞各分类、红细胞、血小板计数。体块指数≥30 kg/m2定义为肥胖,男性腰围≥90 cm定义为腹部型肥胖。结果工人工龄增高是总白细胞计数增高、单核细胞百分比降低的独立危险因素,肥胖是总白细胞计数增高的独立危险因素,腹部型肥胖是总白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数增高和嗜碱性粒细胞百分比降低的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。按工龄分层后,1~9 a工龄组肥胖工人总白细胞计数高于非肥胖工人,1~9 a、10~19 a工龄组腹部型肥胖工人总白细胞计数高于非腹部型肥胖工人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低剂量核辐射长期暴露可能与核电站工人外周血总白细胞数增高有关,患肥胖或腹部型肥胖可能加重核辐射对外周血细胞数的影响。
目的 回顾深圳市2011-2013年职业健康监护工作的开展情况,并提出针对性的发展建议.方法 采用横断面研究方法对该市各职业健康监护机构进行现况调查.结果 截止到2013年底,全市各辖区承担职业健康监护的机构共有23家,从事职业健康监护的专职人员为261人.2011-2013年,全市职业健康监护企业数、人数和收入均呈先升后降趋势,而职业禁忌证检出人数和检出率、疑似职业病检出人数均呈现逐年上升趋势;全市在岗期间定期职业健康监护的企业数、企业覆盖率和职业健康监护工人数、工人覆盖率均呈现逐年上升趋势,但企业覆盖率仍有较大提升空间.结论 2011-2013年,深圳市职业健康监护工作取得了明显的进步,但由于职业病防治工作现状的严峻,全市各级职业健康监护机构应加强机构能力建设,加大职业健康教育宣传力度,推进与卫生监督部门的联合执法联动机制,以保证该市职业健康监护工作更规范地开展.
