目的:分析情境模拟教学融入思政元素在医学遗传学实验课中的应用效果和学生认可度.方法:选取 2021 级临床专业本科生180 名(共6 个实验班),分为对照组(传统实验课教学法)和观察组(情景模拟教学法融入思政元素),各 90 名.比较2 组学生实验成绩分级、医德医风核心维度测评及教学方法对能力提升的认可度.结果:观察组学生的实验课成绩分级优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在接近临床实际体验、提高学习主动性、提高医患沟通技巧和提高人文关怀的意识方面认可度均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);在同一因变量水平下,观察组医德医风核心维度多元线性回归分析的各维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01).结论:在医学遗传学实验课中运用情境模拟教学并融入思政元素,有助于提高学生的实验成绩并培养良好的医德医风,且学生对能力提升的认可度较高.
高校的立身之本在于立德树人.挖掘课程中思政元素,将思政育人融入到专业课教与学活动中,是落实高校思政教育教学改革的关键举措.推进课程思政建设的意义重大、影响深远,传统的高校思想政治教育任务主要由思政课程教师与党团学等部门负担.基于医学生重要基础课程《医学遗传学》,在确保基本知识点讲授的前提下,探索将思想政治教育内容融入专业课程,探讨以课程思想政治教育教学改革为抓手,培养优秀医学后备人才的可行性策略,使专业课程品出"思政味",确保专业课"同向同行、协同育人",并为其它医学院校专业课程思想政治教育提供借鉴.
Wernekink commissure syndrome (WCS) is very rare. Four patients with WCS, admitted to our hospital from April to May 2018, were chosen for this study, and their clinical manifestations, imaging features, and etiology were retrospectively analyzed based on the literatures. All patients with WCS manifested as bilateral cerebellar ataxia such as symmetrical limb and trunk ataxia, but the degree of ataxia was asymmetrical distribution based on the anatomy. Dysarthria was the main and constant clinical manifestation of the syndrome. Ophthalmoplegia had great variability, and WCS with oculomotor nerve palsy may be considered as atypical WCS. The incidence of olivary degeneration and palatine myoclonus is relatively low, which may be related to the difference in the reported time intervals of cases. Changes in consciousness and emotion may be the characteristic of neglected WCS, which should be paid more attention. Cerebral infarction is the main etiology of WCS. We reported that cerebral infarction and WCS was the first symptom in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We should pay more attention to special etiology in diagnosis and treatment of WCS.

Superficial siderosis of the central nervous system (SSCNS) is a rare disorder caused by hemosiderin deposits in the subpial layers of the brain and spinal cord due to prolonged or recurrent low-grade bleeding into the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Central nervous system tumor could be one of the sources of bleeding. Some problems exist at present regarding the diagnosis and treatment of SSCNS in China. On account of fewer cases, the insufficient awareness of the condition, and the lack of long-term follow-up data, enough attention has not been paid to etiological diagnosis. The speculative high rate of missed diagnoses of SSCNS indicates a great disparity in the treatment from the world's advanced level. Related data of clinical and basic research need to accumulate as soon as possible to promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The progressive neurological deficits are involved in the typical clinical manifestations of SSCNS with a triad of bilateral symmetrical sensorineural hearing loss, cerebellar ataxia and signs of corticospinal tract dysfunction. Nevertheless, there are few patients with the triad signs at the same time, which lead to a delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Detection of this disease was commonly post-mortem until the advent of MRI with signal and location characteristics, which made diagnosis easier. Siderosis appears as a hypointense rim covering the surface of the cerebellum, the brain stem, the spinal cord, similar to a black pencil line, thin on SE-T2-weighted images, thick and conspicuous on GE-T2-weighted images or on susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI). The only effective way of treating the disorder is to identify the source of bleeding and remove it. MR examination is useful for seeking a source of bleeding too. Therefore, once superficial siderosis is considered, lesions of the central nervous system must be searched using MRI of the brain and spine. We report here a 37-year-old male diagnosed of SSCNS with the classical clinical symptoms of cerebellar ataxia, sensorineural hearing loss and myelopathy. T2-weighed MRI showed characteristic marginal hypo-intensity around the central nervous system. Etiological explorations revealed a large conus medullaris / cauda equina ependymoma filling the lumbosacral spinal canal, a myxopapillary ependymoma (MPE) confirmed by surgical resection and histopathological examination. The related literature was reviewed to ascertain the mechanism of SSCNS secondary to MPE, and to discuss the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of SSCNS. This paper aims to improve the awareness of SSCNS and diagnostic level, and to lay stress on the etiological explorations that is beneficial to the development of exact treatment plan.

Objective: To conduct the cloning identification and characterization of the sequence of human IL-17 A promoter so as to analyze the regulatory mechanism of the gene expression of IL-17. Methods: First of all, the potential promoter region of IL-17 A was found by means of the bioinformatics methods. Then, it was cloned into the reporter vector with PCR technique. Finally, the activity of the test promoter was determined by dual luciferase reporter system. Results: Two transcriptional start points of the upper region, 600 bp and 1000 bp, of IL-17 A were obtained by PCR clone and proved to have certain activities by dual luciferase reporter system. Also, they could be activated by IL-17 A activator STAT3, which could start the expression of the reported gene. Conclusions: Clone established the regulatory region of human IL-17 A promoter, which provided bases to the subsequent function research.

以医学遗传学课程为载体,比较研究国内外著名高校在医学遗传学教学中的特征,分析借鉴先进的教学思维理念和方法并运用于教学实践,为进一步提升医学遗传学教学水平,提高学生的创新思维和专业素质提供支撑.
蚌埠医学院生物科学专业自设立以来教学改革成效显著,其改革的亮点之一是把?探索性实验?作为一门专业必修课程,让学生经历一次科研创新全过程的实践,从而培养学生创新精神和创新能力。本文就此课程的开设和具体实践汇报如下。
Objective To investigate the effect of lidocaine on Staphylococcus aureus exotoxin-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 6 patients with AD,and PBMCs were isolated by a routine method.Then,the PBMCs were stimulated by the Staphylococcus aureus exotoxin toxic shock syndrome toxin-1 (TSST-1) in the absence or presence of lidocaine at varying concentrations.The 3H-TdR incorporation method was performed to detect the proliferation of monocytes,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to quantify the levels of T helper type 1 (Th1) and Th2 cytokines released by PBMCs.Human HaCaT keratinocytes were co-cultured with lidocaine-and TSST-1-stimulated PBMCs from patients with AD for 72 hours,then,Western blot was conducted to examine the expression of filaggrin protein in HaCaT cells.Results TSST-1 (100 μg/L) significantly enhanced the proliferation of PBMCs from patients with AD (stimulation index =75 ± 2.12,P < 0.05),as well as the release of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interferon (IFN)-γ,interleukin (IL)-2,IL-12,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 by the PBMCs (all P < 0.05).Compared with the blank control group,100 μmol/L lidocaine significantly inhibited the TSST-1-stimulated proliferation of PBMCs from patients with AD (stimulation index =58 ± 3.14,P< 0.05),as well as the release of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13,TNF-α and IFN-γ by the stimulated PBMCs (all P < 0.05).Western blot showed that 100 μmol/L lidocaine significantly blocked the down-regulation of filaggrin expression in HaCaT cells (P < 0.01).Conclusion Lidocaine has a significant inhibitory effect on the activation of TSST-1-stimulated PBMCs from patients with AD.
Objective: To investigate the role of subject teaching and practice concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine on the training of medical students. Methods: The subject teaching,reports,speeches and debates concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine were launched in 300 medical sophomores of Bengbu Medical College( experiment group) and other300 medical sophomores( control group) who did not participate in the activity; and all the students were investigated by questionnaires.The acknowledge of the importance of basic medical courses,the enthusiasm for basic medical courses,the desire to explore medical problems,and the influence on the scientific thinking and formation of scientific researching were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results: More than 276 students in the experiment group presented positive performance. Compared with the control group,the experiment group displayed a higher proportion of excellent performance( P 0. 01). Conclusions: The subject teaching and practice concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine have a positive effect on the training of medical students. It is worth popularizing in medical colleges.

本文基于我校医学生科研论文阅读能力的现状,建设性地提出了在每门专业课程教学过程中,结合专业和学科的特点及内容酌情增加2~4学时科技论文阅读方面的教学内容,并结合教学实践对科研论文阅读教学的心得和存在的问题进行了总结.

目的:发挥混合式教学(blended learning)的优势,构建医学遗传学网络课程,将网络课程与传统课堂教学有机结合.方法:使用多种软件制作协作型医学遗传学网络课程.结果:构建了基于blended learning的医学遗传学网络课程.结论:信息技术在很大程度上改变了高校教学环境和教学条件,通过基于blended learning的医学遗传学网络课程,能把传统学习方式的优势和网络教学的优势结合起来,发挥其混合式教学的特点与优势.
