In order to observe the efficacy of Glutaral and Benzalkonium Bromide Solution and Compound Glutaral Solution in on-the-spot disinfection of natural bacteria in piggeu,recommended concentrations of the two disinfectants were used according to the related rules in the Veterinary Disinfectant Identification Technique Regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.The results showed that 100-fold dilution of Glutaral and Benzalkonium Bromide Solution and 150-fold dilution of Compound Glutaral Solution working on the natural bacteria in piggery for 60 minutes produce a bactericidal rate of over 96.45%,and the two solutions had a similar efficacy of disinfection.The test proved that both Glutaral and Benzalkonium Bromide Solutions can be used widely.
为了考察苦参功劳颗粒治疗鸡大肠杆菌病的临床效果,按照入选标准挑选662只大肠杆菌病自然发病鸡只进行试验.将662只鸡随机分为3个组,3个组分别为苦参功劳颗粒试验组(300只)、四黄止痢颗粒对照组(300只)、感染对照组(62只).试验各组按推荐的临床给药途径和剂量进行给药,试验期间统计各组鸡群日均采食量、死亡率和给药组的治愈率.结果显示:苦参功劳颗粒按1.0g/L剂量饮水,连用5天,能减少大肠杆菌病引起的鸡只死亡,同时对疾病引起的采食量降低、生长发育受阻具有改善作用.结论:本试验为苦参功劳颗粒的临床应用提供了数据支持,同时建立了鸡大肠杆菌病的病例入选标准、疗效判定标准,为新兽药的临床评价提供参考方法.
猪瘟病毒是RNA病毒,属于黄病毒科瘟病毒属成员.猪瘟(classical swine fever)的病理特征是小血管壁变性,致使内脏器官多发性出血、梗塞和坏死,以出血和发热为主要特征,呈急性或慢性经过,对养猪业危害极大[1].目前,对于猪瘟的控制,主要通过疫苗免疫,但由于消毒等其他综合防治措施不力,使得病毒长期在猪场存在,被病毒污染的饲料、饮水源、工器具、圈舍、牧场等均能成为传播疫病的传染源[2].
采用悬浮杀灭试验,考察戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的灭活效果.将戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液通过不同稀释倍数(1 250、2 500、5000、10000、20 000)、在不同作用时间(5、10min)观察其对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的灭活效果.结果显示,戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液在10000倍稀释,与H9N2亚型禽流感病毒作用5 min或10 min,灭活率达99.90%以上;在20000倍稀释,作用5 min或10 min,灭活率均小于99.90%.表明戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液在10000倍稀释与H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(20±1)℃水浴作用5 min,即可对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒达到很好的灭活效果.
考察戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液消毒剂对新城疫病毒的杀灭效果.参考中华人民共和国农业部《兽用消毒剂技术规范》(1992年版),采用悬浮杀灭试验,以鸡胚感染法,将其通过不同稀释倍数(800、1600、3 200)、在不同时间段(5、10、15、30、60 min)观察其对新城疫病毒的杀灭效果.结果:戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液在20℃水浴中,1600倍稀释,作用5min,对鸡新城疫病毒的灭活率在80%以上.结论:戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液在20℃水浴中,对鸡新城疫病毒的最低有效浓度为1 600倍稀释,该浓度对新城疫病毒的最快有效时间为5 min.

目的 探讨复方中药对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用.方法 以小鼠外周血白细胞、免疫器官脏器指数、血清溶血素为指标进行免疫功能的测定.结果 复方中药具有提高环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠外周血白细胞、增加免疫器官脏器指数、促进血清溶血素生成的作用.结论 复方中药能增强环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能.
In order to evaluate the actue toxicity of Kushencangshu oral liquid,the experiment was conducted in accordance with acute toxicity requirements in compilation of veterinary drug registration data. The acute toxicity of Kushencangshu oral liquid was studied in mice in this experiment,the toxicity of Kushencangshu oral liquid was demonstrated by the minimal lethal dose and the LD50 of mice. The results showed that the LD50 of the Kushencangshu oral liquid was 20.51 mL/kg,equal to 68.91 g/kg of the crude drug every day,it had light poi-sonous; the minimal lethal dose ranged between 16.37 and 25.9 mL/kg,which was equivalent to from 27.3 to 43.2 times of daily dosage of poultry. Kushencangshu oral liquid was relatively safe in clinical application.
In this paper,the application of the cefquinome sulphate injection in treatment of animal diseases was reviewed to provide reference for its usage in clinic.Cefquinome was a fourth-generation cephalosporin,which had been developed solely for veterinary use.It showed highly stable effect on β-lactamase.Cefquinome sulphate injection can be used as intramuscular injection or intramammary administration clinically.It had the benefits of fast absorption,short peaktime and high bioavailability.In clinical,it was widely approved for use in the treatment of respiratory system infections of pigs,cattle and bovine mastitis.
To investigate the effects of qinhuang oral liquid on relieving cough and asthma,histamine spray test was performed to observe asthma incubation in guinea pigs,and ammonia water caused cough test was performed to observe cough frequency in mice.The results showed qinhuang oral liquid could prolong asthma incubation caused by histamine and reduce cough frequency caused by ammonia water.qinhuang oral liquid could relieve cough and asthma.
In order to observe the applied reliability of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid, the experiment was conducted in accordance with acute toxicity requirements in compilation of veterinary drug registration data. The acute toxicity of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was studied by selecting mouse in this Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was demonstrated by the minimal lethal dose and the showed that 138.2 times experiment, the toxicity of LD50 of mouse. The results the minimal lethal dose ranged between 49.2 and 60.8 g/kg, which was equivalent to from 111.8 to of daily dosage of poultry. Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was relatively safe in clinical application.
受洛阳惠中兽药有限公司的委托,河南省兽药工程技术研究中心对芩黄颗粒进行了人工感染鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)的临床防治试验.采用人工接种传染性支气管炎的方法,复制鸡传染性支气管炎病,按推荐的临床给药途径给药,经预防给药后观察动物的发病情况,并按显效、有效、无效等疗效判定指标对结果进行统计并评价.试验结果表明:芩黄颗粒按每1 L水1 g混饮,连用3 d,对鸡传染性支气管炎有良好的预防效果.

In order to develop enzyme immunoassay for estradiol,the antigen and antiserum of estradiol were prepared.Estradiol was coupled to bovine serum albumin(BSA) and ovalbumin(OVA) by using the ester activation method.The conjugates were identified by UV absorption method to calculate the coupling ratio and the protein concentration.E2-BSA was used as immunogen for injection of rabbits to prepare antiserum.The affinity and titer of antiserum were detected by using the E2-OVA as coating antigen.The results indicated that estradiol antigen was synthesized successfully.The protein concentration of E2 to BSA was 5.455 mg/mL and to OVA was 7.533 mg/mL.The coupling ratio of E2 to BSA was 7:1 and to OVA was 8:1.The titer of antiserum was 1:106.
将磺胺甲(口恶)唑以重氮化方法使之分别与人血清白蛋白(HSA)、卵清蛋白(OVA)载体蛋白连接,分别作为免疫原与包被原进行抗血清制备及ELISA试验,结果产生了特异性抗体.交叉试验表明:产生的特异性抗体与磺胺甲(口恶)唑反应明显,与其他类似物交叉反应不明显.
At present,it has become a research hotspot to search for secure and effective anti-tumor medicine with little toxic and side effect from natural propagation.Trichosanthin is a singlechain ribosome inactivating protein with effective anti-tumor action extracted from the root of T.Kirilowii Maxim.To supply a theory foundation on further study and clinical application for Trichosanthin,the anti-tumor mechanism of Trichosanthin was reviewed from several aspects in this paper: inhibition of cell proliferation,induction of cell apoptosis,inhibition of DNA synthesis and the effect on immune-system.
