培养基的分装厚度和灭菌时间是培养基抗污染的关键,直接影响组培苗的生长和生产,对降低污染意义重大.通过不同灭菌时间及不同分装厚度丛生紫荆培养基抗污染效果试验、不同分装厚度培养基对丛生紫荆组培苗生长发育的影响试验,筛选出MS丛生紫荆培养基最佳灭菌时间为20 min、最佳分装厚度为2.0 cm.本试验可降低组培过程中受污染的风险,降低组培苗成本,减少经济损失,为丛生紫荆规模繁育、工厂化生产提供良好的技术平台.
采用野生亨利兜兰(Paphiopedilum henryanum)种子诱导原球茎,并探索组培快繁各阶段最适宜的培养基配方.通过试验筛选出的原球茎增殖培养基为:1/2MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+马铃薯50 g/L+AC 2 g/L;原球茎分化培养基为:1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+马铃薯50 g/L+AC 2 g/L;壮苗生根培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L+马铃薯50 g/L+AC 2 g/L.本试验可为亨利兜兰组培苗规模化繁育和工厂化生产提供技术支持.

Guangxi is the main construction base of fast-growing forest,due to the scattered distribution of forestry enterprises woodland,the complexity and difficulty of the forest fire prevention are increased.On the basis of forest fire characteristics of artificial Eucalyptus,forest fire prevention measures of forestry enterprises i.e.,building a fire prevention network,reducing fire hazards by tending weed,establishing forest patrol system,doing a good job of forest fire prevention plan,strengthening forest fire prevention publicity,setting up a professional fire fight team,and purchasing forest insurance are proposed.
By comparing and analyzing the volume increment per unit area per year of the Eucalyptus(DH32-29 and U6) plantations between theirs first and second generation forest at Guangxi Qinzhou city Qinbei District Ping Ji lac forest farm.The results show that: annual forest growth and accumulation of second-generation Eucalyptus grandis(U6) trees per unit area was significantly lower than the first generation,in the same site conditions,impact on soil degradation was greater as well;while average annual forest stock volume of second-generation Eucalyptus grandis(DH32-29) forest per unit area was essentially flat with the first generation.It is illustrated that Eucalyptus grandis plantation is more suitable for further promotion in the test area.
Growth of the second generation E.urophylla between burning and non burning at Gaofeng forest farm of Guangxi has been compared.The results showed that the height and DBH of E.urophylla in non-burning plot were better than burning plot.The stock volume of E.urophylla in non-burning plot increases rapidly,which is more than two times as much as that of the burning plot in the same period.Meanwhile,some side effects occurred in burning plots such as vegetation destruction,significant loss of organic litter and nutrients,increased soil erosion in the young forest which is not conducive to the growth of young forest
This paper introduces the programming technology and the process of realizing broadcasting network system of forest fire rank in Guangxi based on Visual FoxPro database language.It also expatiates ideas for the design,principles,general framework,developmental platform,and some essential techniques of the system how to process and transform meteorological data,how to analyze and calculate the rank indexes,and finally how to realize auto-broadcasting on line on real time.
