The decorative quality of succulents largely stems from their leaf color. Aeonium arboreum's pink Sybil leaves feature an eye-catching stripe pattern and are particularly favored by customers, although the underlying mechanisms of its distinctive coloration are unknown. This study analyzed Aeonium arboreum ‘Pink Sybil’ leaves at the cellular and molecular levels. UHPLC-HRMS identified 11 flavonoid-related metabolites, showing elevated levels in RS samples. Cyanidin 3-galactoside emerged as the predominant compound, representing 93.4% of the total flavonoid content in RS samples(the red part of leaf margin), which was substantially greater than in the GM samples༈the green part of leaf center༉. Freehand slices revealed that anthocyanins, which contribute to the red coloring, were predominantly accumulated in the epidermal cells of the red tissue, in contrast to their presence in the green leaf tissue. Furthermore, cyanidin 3,5-diglucoside was not identified in GM but only in RS. The comparison of two transcripts identified 1,817 DEGs, with 1,123 up-regulated and 694 down-regulated genes. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the 20 most significantly enriched DEGs were involved in metabolic pathways, notably the phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis pathways, which were closely related to the metabolism of anthocyanins. The majority of the structural genes and transcription factors involved in flavonoid metabolism were shown to be up-regulated using qRT-PCR. Phylogenetic analysis of transcription factors and co-expression network analysis of various metabolites and genes identified one MYB transcription factor, Aa PHL7, and three NAC transcription factors, Aa NAC102, Aa NAC045, and Aa NAC017, which may be involved in the regulation of anthocyanin synthesis in the leaves of the Aeonium arboreum ‘Pink Sybil’. The expression of these structural genes was highly and positively linked with the levels of anthocyanidins, such as Cyanidin 3,5-diglucoside and Cyanidin 3-galactoside. These compounds synergistically increase the expression of CHS1, CHS2, UFGT1, UFGT2, and 4CL during anthocyanin production. The study's findings identified the primary differential metabolites in the red tissue RS and green tissue GM of Aeonium arboretum ‘Pink Sybil’ leaves. This insight lays the groundwork for the initial identification of structural genes and transcription factors that show a strong and positive link with these metabolites. Our findings pave the way for a deeper understanding of the biochemical processes behind leaf discoloration in Aeonium arboreum ‘Pink Sybil’.

Cinnamomum bodinieri's normal growth and development are hampered by alkali stress, impeding its production and application of Cinnamomum bodinieri. The root organs being in direct contact with the cultivation environment are sensitive to environmental stress. The present study revealed the differentially expressed genes and differentially metabolized products of Cinnamomum bodinieri root under alkali stress employing transcriptome and metabonomic analysis. The findings revealed that 690 differentially expressed genes and 269 metabolites were significantly different among HT6 and HCK6. Similarly, 1000 differentially expressed genes and 360 metabolites with significant differences were identified in HT48.vs.HCK48 combination. The combined analysis of transcriptome and metabolome identified 9 metabolic pathways at 6 h and 48 h after alkali treatment, including the biosynthesis pathway of tropane, piperidine and pyridine alkaloids, pyrimidine metabolic pathway, phenylalanine metabolic pathway, isoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis pathway, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathway, flavonoid biosynthesis pathway, fatty acid biosynthesis pathway, carbon fixation pathway in photosynthetic organisms, the metabolic pathway of amino sugar, and nucleotide sugar. Therefore, the strategy of Cinnamomum bodinieri to cope with alkali stress may be to increase osmotic regulation and antioxidant activity by accumulating alkaloids, flavonoids secondary metabolites, and N-acetyl-l-phenylalanine, ensure the stability of cell structure and function through the accumulation of lauric acid and palmitic acid, provide energy for plants to withstand alkali stress by accelerating the glycolysis process, and improve plants' resistance to biological and abiotic stress by inducing the activity of chitinase, The accumulation of oxaloacetic acid and other organic acids alleviates alkali stress environment. This study provides support for the analysis of the pathways and regulatory networks of Cinnamomum bodinieri in response to alkali stress.
针对高校园林专业实践教学中存在的问题,根据园林绿化产业链(园林规划设计、园林工程施工和园林植物种植养护)的特点,宿迁学院园林专业利用"花木之乡"企业较多的优势,与本地企业深度合作,并通过实践教学体系构建、项目教学法串联实践教学环节、校企合作实践教学课程体系、行业资源库建设、实践教学平台集约化管理、教学团队内外交流机制以及人才评价体系优化等措施,开展基于产业需求的实践教学改革,构建一套适应地方应用型人才的项目化实践教学体系,提升了实践教学质量,为园林专业创新性应用型人才的培养奠定了坚实的基础.
选择冬季苏北地区绿量较高的3种常绿景观林(雪松纯林、香樟纯林、常绿混交林)为研究对象,以3种常绿景观林与城市主干道边缘交接处为参照,连续监测其距道路不同宽度处(0、10、20、30、40、50、60 m)的PM10浓度、温度、相对湿度、风速、光照强度,对比分析3种常绿景观林对PM10的消减作用及其与主要环境因子的关系.结果表明:3种常绿景观林内PM10浓度的日变化趋势基本一致,呈单峰型特征,在上午11:00左右达到峰值;雪松纯林、香樟纯林、混交林消减率最高的时间点分别出现在9:00、11:00、9:00,最低的时间点分别为19:00、17:00、17:00;对PM10的消减率按大小排序为香樟纯林(5.17%)>雪松纯林(4.87%)>混交林(2.09%),随常绿景观林水平宽度距离的增加,雪松纯林的消减率一直上升,香樟纯林仅在30~40 m宽度处的消减率略有下降,混交林在20~30 m宽度处消减作用最佳;3种常绿景观林对PM10的消减率与温度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与相对湿度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与风速和光照相关性不明显.常绿针叶林的雪松纯林可作为强滞尘能力景观林选用,结构紧密的混交林可作为道路边缘绿化带选用.
在分析汪塘基地现场的基础上,结合现代美丽乡村的建设要求,将汪塘整治和乡村体育公园相结合.设计时,结合本土文化提炼体育公园的设计元素,探讨在乡村环境中体育公园的设计途径,以期为美丽乡村建设提供参考.
以玄武湖中常见的沉水植物[苦草(Vallisneria natans (Lour.) Hara)、金鱼藻(Ceratoph yllum demersum L.)、黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata (Linn.f.)Royle)、菹草(Pot-amogeton crispus L.)]为研究对象,对植物内重金属元素进行定量定性分析,并重点研究了植物体内Ca与重金属元素之间的交互作用,以期为正确认识、利用沉水植物治理水体重金属污染提供参考依据.结果 表明:4种沉水植物对不同重金属元素的累积能力表现不一;苦草内Fe,金鱼藻内Zn、Cd,黑藻内Pd,菹草内Cr、Ni、Cu含量均相对较高;4种沉水植物内Ca含量按大小排序为黑藻(112146.24 mg· kg-1)>金鱼藻(79375.71 mg· kg-1)>菹草(67436.59mg·kg-1)>苦草(53441.44mg· kg-1);4种沉水植物中Ca与Pd均呈显著负相关(P<0.05);苦草中Ca与Cr呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).

随着现代城市化发展的加快,城市内部老旧公园的使用频率和压力陡然增长,造成公园内部超负荷运行,内涝等问题频频发生,在面对自然灾害时,城市生态系统失去了弹性.为此,城市公园的"海绵化"更新急需提上日程.基于此,文章以宿迁九鼎公园为例,分析公园中的现有条件和设施,探讨海绵城市建设背景下的城市公园更新策略.

《园林设计》是园林专业一门重要的专业必修课,综合性较强,实践性要求较高.在当前信息化环境背景下,应利用互联网手段,结合现有的传统教学模式,探索新的线上线下相结合的教学模式,以提高学生对课程的学习兴趣以及专业技能.
[目的]明确不同道路防护林对PM2.5的消减作用及其与主要气象因子的相关性,为筛选消减能力较强的道路防护林结构提供科学依据.[方法]以冬季苏北地区绿量较高的3种道路防护林[常绿针叶雪松(Cedrus deodara)纯林、常绿阔叶香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)纯林及垂柳(Salix babylonica)与龙柏(Sabina chinensis)混交林]为研究对象,连续监测防护林距道路不同林带宽度(10、20、30、40、50和60 m)处的PM2.5浓度、温度、相对湿度、风速及光照强度,以防护林与城市主干道边缘的交接处(0 m)为参照,分析不同道路防护林对PM2.5的消减作用及其与主要气象因子的相关性.[结果]3种道路防护林不同林带宽度的PM2.5浓度日变化规律均呈午间高、早晚低的特征;对应的PM2.5浓度均值分别在106~131、100~125和100~127μg/m3,均超出GB 3095—2012《环境空气质量标准》中的二级浓度标准(PM2.5二级浓度标准限值为75μg/m3),说明监测期间3种道路防护林的PM2.5污染较严重.3种道路防护林对PM2.5的消减率均值排序为雪松纯林(8.09%)>香樟纯林(4.54%)>垂柳与龙柏混交林(1.82%).其中,雪松纯林对PM2.5的消减率随着林带宽度的增加逐步上升;香樟纯林除了在林带宽度20~30 m处的PM2.5消减率略有下降外,其消减率也随着林带宽度的增加呈上升趋势;垂柳与龙柏混交林的PM2.5消减率较低,且随着林带宽度的增加其消减率出现明显起伏变化,但整体上呈下降趋势.3种道路防护林的PM2.5消减率与温度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),与相对湿度呈极显著负相关;对应线性回归方程分别为y=0.484x+0.654(R2=0.175)和y=-0.095x+11.682(R2=0.377).[结论]雪松纯林对PM2.5的消减能力较强,可作为强滞尘能力防护林带选用;而垂柳与龙柏混交林在林带宽度0~20 m处的PM2.5消减作用较明显,可作为道路边缘绿化带选用.
以香樟嫩叶为试验材料,采用SRAP-PCR分子标记体系对420对引物组合进行了筛选.结果表明:共选出19对引物组合,扩增出367条带,平均19.3条,范围在15~25条.其中,多态性带230条,平均12.11条,范围在6~17条;多态性的比例62.16%,范围在40%~81%.SRAP-PCR分子标记体系稳定,筛选出的引物组合可用于不同种源香樟遗传多样性及品种鉴定的研究.
园林作为人类最触手可及的艺术和寄托载体,应当回归生活,可将其运用到文创产品的设计中,融入人们的生活.本文选取中国古典园林中的苏州园林为研究对象,将园林中漏窗图案、铺地纹饰、建筑艺术、主要景点等传统园林设计要素运用到文创产品的设计中来,如服饰、生活用品等,继承和发扬了中国传统园林艺术,充分体现了艺术的实践价值.
在分析宿迁学院办学特点和生源的基础上,对“园林工程”课程的知识板块和重点难点进行了调整,在师资队伍建设、实践教学活动、网络课程等方面,以实际工程项目为驱动,对“园林工程”课程进行了实践改革,取得了较好的教学效果,对工程实践类课程具有一定的示范作用.
In order to study how urban green spaces of different structures regulate PM2.5 and PM10 and its relationship with meteorological factors in heating season, from November 2015 to April 2016, four kinds of dusk-blocking urban green spaces with control groups were selected to monitor their PM2.5, PM10, temperature, humidity, wind speed, light intensity every two hours from 07:00 to 21:00 in the central positions of four green spaces simultaneously. Then the particulate mass concentrations of different green space types with their reduction effects on PM2.5 and PM10 were compared and analyzed. The regulation of four kinds of urban green space on PM2.5 and PM10 and its relationship with main environmental factors were compared and analyzed. It was suggested that in heating season, daily mean values of the PM2.5 were sorted: CK (112 μg?m-3)>Arbor-shrub-herb (108 μg?m-3)>Big-deciduous-herb (107 μg?m-3)>Little-deciduous-herb (106 μg?m-3)>Conifer-herb (100 μg?m-3) and those of the PM10 were sorted:(CK (235 μg?m-3)>Arbor-shrub-herb (226 μg?m-3)>Little-deciduous-herb (224 μg?m-3)>Big-deciduous-herb (223 μg?m-3)> Conifer (211 μg?m-3)). The value of the PM2.5 and PM10 in CK was obviously larger than the others (P<0.05), The mean values of PM2.5 and PM10 at an interval of 2 h ranged from 81 to 133 μg?m-3 and 170 to 278 μg?m-3 respectively, presenting an extremely remarkable correlativity (P<0.01), both of which reached the peak around 09:00 and the lowest value at about 15:00, then showing an increase trend till 21:00. After heating started, monthly mean values of PM2.5 and PM10 rose steadily, yet significantly affected by large-scale meteorological factors. There were no significant differences among the daily mean values of PM2.5 and PM10 in four kinds of urban green spaces, of which the average reduction rates were sorted by size: Conifer-herb>Arbor-shrub-herb>Big-deciduous-herb>Little-deciduous-herb. Besides, the reduction rate of Conifer-herb exceeded those of other green space types remarkably. The reduction rates of the four green spaces on PM2.5 and PM10 had a significant negative correlation with the temperature (P<0.05). Only the reduction rate of PM2.5 was positively correlated with humility to a remarkable extent (P<0.05), and its correlation with wind speed and light was not obvious. In the urban green space construction, the configuration of coniferous trees can be increased to reduce the mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter.
