Objective To investigate and analyze the features of medical systems onboard foreign amphibious ships,and to design the extended medical system onboard a certain dock landing ship of our navy.Methods Six medical modules were transfered from the ship-borne medical system and were installed on the flight deck of the ship,and the ward medical system was installed in the helicopter hangar,so as to form the extended medical system with the main capacities of surgical operation,hospitalization and accessory medical support.Results The extended medical system had the capacity of accommodating no less than 100 casualties (100 beds) and could hold 4 operating tables.The time for the installation of the system would be no more than 24 hours.Conclusions The expanded medical system could meet the demands of mass casualty care at sea,and improve the medical capability in its multi-role mission of the dock landing ship.

目的:实现医院船伤员检伤分类信息共享管理,提高海上伤员医疗后送的总体效能.方法:运用战伤救治、软件工程、综合集成等理论与技术,研究、建立医院船检伤分类信息化工作模式.采用关系型数据库和JAVA中文版开发系统主体,运用嵌入式技术开发便携式系统数据处理软件,软件接口参照HL7.结果:该系统可实现伤员接收、检伤分类、分类后送和收容救治等信息综合集成,已在多项活动及医疗信息系统中获得集成应用.结论:使用医院船伤员检伤分类信息系统,可充分利用卫生资源配置,综合提升伤员整体的救治能力.

Objective To share medical information and increase medical care efficiency of wounded in ambulance boat.Methods The local area network was constructed for medical information system, and technologies of RFID, barcode,database and comprehensive test were used to develop the application software system. Results The sharing and integration of the information on casualty treatment, medicine support and command were realized. Conclusion The medical information system for ambulance boat can make good use of medical resource and improve the performance of medical evacuation at sea.

现代战争对卫勤支援提出了更高的要求,特别是一些军事大国都竞相发展了快速的卫勤支援系统.卫勤保障外科支援系统主要在战时或突发性事件中对现有的卫勤力量进行加强,其目的就是要把伤病对部队战备、战斗力和士气的影响降低到最低程度[1].随着新军事变革的迅猛发展,战争形式发生了巨大变化,除了传统的战争和武装冲突,反恐活动也已成为一种新型战争,特别是海上打击海盗同样需要更加精干、高效的卫勤保障外科支援系统. 1 美军外科支援系统的研究现状
为满足战时海上伤病员救治需要,提高海上卫勤保障能力,近年来,海军成功研制了系列大型骨干卫生装备,初步形成了海上医疗后送装备体系.在大型骨干卫生装备建设中,越来越多的医疗设备被安装上船.各种医疗设备的正确固定和安全使用对于保持设备完好率、提高诊疗质量、挽救伤病员生命有着重要的作用.笔者结合几年来的工作实践,提出了一些医疗设备在舰船上固定方法的建议.

Methods The water station comprises the reverse osmosis seawater desalination device, pressure water tank, high pressure water pump, etc, with 40-feet international standard containers as the carrier. Results The water station can produce 80 t freshwater daily, and the quality of produced water conforms to the standards of the state and army for drinking water quality. Conclusion The water station, which has highly-compaction, strong-mobility, excellent-adaptability and high-automaticity, fits for a ship.

This paper introduces the Vest-style First-aid Kit which are newly developed for PLA.Adopting a vest structure the Vest-style First-aid Kit has the advantages of fully freeing both hands,and being fit for the ship confined space.Basic performance experiments,ergonomics tests and army tryout were performed and the results showed that the vest-style first-aid kit was scientifically designed,and easy to use,suiting the body,obviously saving physical energy.It has a reasonably designed interior medicine layout and can fulfill the requirements of first-aid operations in naval ships.
医疗携行具是卫生人员携行药品、器材必不可少的装具,医疗携行具的优劣,对减轻体力消耗,提高救治效率具有十分重要的意义.第二次世界大战以后,各国军队都十分重视医疗携行具的研究并及时装备部队,以提高战场医疗救护能力.
