目的:分析社区护理对居家部分失能老人自我护理能力的影响。方法:选择北京市丰台区和义社区卫生服务中心(以下简称中心)所管理辖区内的64例居家部分失能老年人作为研究对象。依据随机数字的方法分为对照组以及观察组,每组均32例老年人。对照组老年人采用常规的护理干预方式。观察组老年人在常规护理干预方式基础上实施社区护理的措施。对比两组老年人干预前后的生活质量、自我护理能力和抑郁、焦虑情况。对比两组老年人干预过程中的差错发生比例。对比两组老年人家属对于护理干预的满意度。结果:经过干预后,观察组老年人的生活质量评分、自我护理能力评分增高,抑郁和焦虑评分降低。(P<0.05)对照组在干预前后的生活质量评分,抑郁和焦虑评分未发生明显的变化。(P>0.05)在干预过程中,观察组老年人的差错发生比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组老年人家属对于护理干预的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在居家部分失能老年人群之中,采用社区护理的模式实施管理,可有助于改善老年人的生活质量水平以及自我护理能力,降低老年人的负性情绪,控制老年人护理过程中的差错发生风险,提升护理干预的满意度。
Abstract Background This study was aimed to examine the effectiveness of App-assisted self-care in a Beijing community based on intelligent family physician-optimised collaborative model (IFOCM) program. Methods We conducted a survey of 12,050 hypertensive patients between Jan 2014 and Dec 2021. Generalized linear model was used to analyze the covariates that associated with blood pressure (BP) control. Decision tree and random forest algorithm was used to extract the important factors of BP outcome. Results The study included 5937 patients, mean age 66.2 ± 10.8, with hypertension in the baseline; 3108(52.4) were female. The community management resulted in mean systolic BP and diastolic BP reductions of 4.6 mmHg and 3.8 mmHg at follow-up. There were 3661 (61.6%) hypertension patients with BP control, increasing from 55.0% in 2014 to 75.0% in 2021. After adjusted for covariates, antihypertensive medication adherence, diabetes, and APP-assisted self-care were common predictors associated with BP control in GLM model and machine learning algorithm. Conclusion Community management based on IFOCM program significantly improved BP control in hypertensive patients. APP-assisted self-care would be beneficial for the management of chronic disease.
目的 探讨丰台区社区护士手卫生知识掌握情况与影响因素.方法 选取2021年4-7月北京市丰台区3家社区卫生服务中心在职护理工作人员113名进行一般情况及手卫生知识的掌握问卷调查.以描述流行病的方法分析被调查社区护士手卫生知识掌握情况.利用单因素及多因素分析的方法进行社区护士手卫生知识掌握情况的影响因素分析.结果 社区护士的工龄、受教育程度、职称被纳入回归方程(R2=0.898,F=47.547,P<0.05),是社区护士手卫生知识掌握情况的影响因素.结论 北京市丰台区3家社区卫生服务中心护理人员的手卫生知识掌握情况有待提升,工龄、受教育程度、职称为手卫生知识掌握情况的影响因素,相应部门可给予针对性的措施进行改善.
目的 探讨北京市丰台区5家社区卫生服务中心护理人员工作投入现状与影响因素.方法 在2021年4-7月,对北京市丰台区5家社区卫生服务中心(社区中心)的全部在职护理工作人员253名进行问卷调查(一般资料调查表、工作投入量表、工作压力量表).描述被调查社区护理人员的工作投入量表、工作压力量表评分情况以及2种量表评分的相关性,对比不同特征的社区护理人员工作投入评分,分析社区护理工作人员的工作投入影响因素.结果 被调查社区护理人员的工作投入量表得分平均为(2.64±0.95)分/条目.被调查社区护理人员的工作压力量表得分平均为(2.59±0.84)分/条目.不同年龄、社区工作年限的社区护理人员工作投入量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).被调查护理人员的工作投入评分、工作压力量表评分的总均分之间呈负相关(r=-0.321,P<0.05).2个量表各维度评分之间也呈负相关(P<0.05).护理人员的社区工作年限、社区护理人员压力量表中的"工作环境及资源方面的问题""工作量及时间分配方面的问题""护理专业及工作方面"3个维度的评分,是社区护理工作人员的工作投入影响因素.结论 北京市丰台区5家社区卫生服务中心护理人员的工作投入的水平不高,工作年限和工作压力是独立的影响因素.
目的 探讨北京市丰台区3家社区卫生服务中心护士职业倦怠和压力源的相关性分析.方法 于2021年6-10月对北京市丰台区3家社区卫生服务中心的在职护士 113名进行问卷调查(一般资料调查表、中文版M氏职业倦怠量表、护士职业压力源量表).描述被调查社区护士的职业倦怠评分以及分级情况,分析职业倦怠各维度评分同一般资料的相关性,对比职业倦怠评分和M氏常模.描述被调查社区护士的压力源各维度评分及压力源条目得分前10项的情况,分析职业倦怠水平与压力源的相关性.结果 被调查社区护士在职业倦怠3个维度的评分分别为(24.35±8.87)分、(8.21±3.74)分、(25.05±7.66)分,3个维度的评分和M氏常模的对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).3个维度达到重度的构成比为35.40%、34.51%、46.02%.职业倦怠中的3个维度的评分同社区护士的年龄、婚姻状况、护理岗位工龄、社区工作年限、职称、聘用形式均具有相关性(P<0.05).被调查社区护士的压力源各维度评分中,以"护理专业及工作"的评分最高,为(3.48±0.61)分."护理工作社会地位低下""工资和其他的福利待遇差""经常倒班"是被调查护士压力源条目得分前3项.职业倦怠中的3个维度的评分同压力源各个维度之间均具有相关性(P<0.05).结论 北京市丰台区3家社区卫生服务中心护士的职业倦怠感及工作压力均较高,两者之间相互影响.建议有关部门需要尽快采取相应的干预措施,改善社区护士的生理和心理健康问题,缓解压力及职业倦怠,促进社区护理工作的良性发展.

Therefore it is necessary to transplant Direct3D to embedded operating systems. The transplant and research of Direct3D based on CAR component technique on ElastOS were analyzed. The realization of ElaD3D interfaces on ElastOS and Windows synchronously and the exertion of CAR component programming ideas in the transplant of Direct3D were expatiated. So client programs can register some or other event handling function solely so as to predigest programming greatly.
