本文通过烘烤试验对箱式烘烤与挂竿烘烤用工、能耗及烤后烟叶的经济性状、内在质量等方面进行了研究.结果表明,箱式烘烤用工数明显少于挂竿烘烤,但因箱式烘烤使用风机功率较大,导致其能耗大于挂竿烘烤.烤后烟叶方面,箱式烘烤烤后烟叶的上等烟比例比常规挂竿烘烤提高4.11个百分点,干烟均价提高0.78元.箱式烘烤中下部烟叶的评吸质量优于挂竿烘烤,主要表现在评吸总分、香气质、香气量和余味较好.
With the improvement of living standard, the quality and safety of agricultural products are paid more attention to. One of the key technologies to solve this problem is integrated pest management. A lot of work in the research and application of integrated pest management has been done in tobacco and many good results have been applied. This paper summarizes the research and application of integrated pest management in Weifang tobacco area. The core of the integrated pest management system was healthy cultivation. The number of agricultural operations should be reduced. The foundation was agricultural control, and the key was biological control and physical control. Chemical control was used a complementary method. A reference for the research and popularization of integrated pest management technologies in tobacco is provided.
[Objective] The aim was to screen out of efficient measures for tobacco bacterial wilt.[Method] Control effects of tobacco-Salvia miltiorrhiza rotation, soil fumigation, biological antibacterial agent and streptomycin sulfate against tobacco bacterial wilt and their effects on tobacco yield and output value were studied through plot test.[Result] Biological antibacterial agent had good effect and tobacco yield and output value;tobacco-Salvia miltiorrhiza rotation had good average price and the proportion of superior tobacco.Soil fumigation showed poor control effects against tobacco bacterial wilt.[Conclusion] To achieve ideal control effect, it is suggested that using tobacco-Salvia miltiorrhiza rotation and the biological antibacterial agent for comprehensive prevention and control of tobacco bacterial wilt.
Tobacco cultivar/line Jingyehuang, named JYH, and Beinhart1000-1, named Beinhart, have shown effective resistance to brown spot disease. In this study, populations of P1, P2, F1, and F2 were generated as experimental materials from two crosses between the two cultivars and susceptible cultivar NC82. The joint segregation analysis method of mixed major gene plus polygene genetic model was used to investigate the inheritance of resistance to brown spot disease in tobacco. The results showed that the inheritances of both JYH and Beinhart fitted to a mix genetic model of two major genes with additive-complete dominance effects plus poly-genes with additive-dominance effects (E-5 model). For high resistance material JYH, the additive effect of the first major gene was larger than the second one. For high resistance material Beinhart, the additive effect of two major genes was equal. Heritability of the major genes was 64.72% in JYH×NC82, and 63.88% in Beinhart×NC82 in F2, indicating that resistances to brown spot disease in tobacco cultivars JYH and Beinhart were mainly controlled by major genes.
按照《中国烟叶公司关于开展2013年<烤烟>标准预研项目农业、工业验证工作的通知》(中烟叶收〔2013〕88号)的要求,为进一步推动“烤烟”标准预研项目研究工作,确保“《烤烟》国标预研项目”研究工作顺利开展,根据国家局、省、市局(公司)要求,在山东诸城市的贾悦镇孟疃烟叶中心站,继续开展新标准农业验证工作。从验证情况看,新标准与现行标准相比,等级纯度无明显大的变化、等级合格率有明显提高、种植效益提高较为明显,等级数目相对减少,易于识别,便于把握,减少分级过程掌控上的差异,较好的满足了当前烟叶分级、收购实际操作的掌握和控制。
In order to promote sustainable development of tobacco production,experiment was carried out in three aspects about on green manure utilization,integrated control techniques and cyclic utilization of tobacco ash in Zhucheng. The results were as follows: The best economic benefits of tobacco was under the condition that about 30 000 kg / hm2 of green manure was buried 30 days before transplanting,integrated control can reduce losses brought about by diseases and pests,and that worked well in improving tobacco quality. The cyclic utilization of tobacco ash can partly replace phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,and the cyclic utilization of tobacco ash had similar quality as control( CK).
The effects of microwaxe on tobacco chemical component and aging quality were studied during 2005-2007.The results showed that:The invertase activity of medium-energy treatment for 60s was the lowest,and the amylase activity of high-energy treatment for 30s was the lowest;Soluble protein content in middle and higher power treatment had decreased.Free amino acid content reduced in low-energy treatment for 30s;Chlorophyll a content increased only in low-energy treatment for 30s;The reducing sugars content reduced a little in lowenergy treatment for 90s and high-energy treatment for 60s;Content of chlorophyll b,carotenoid and nicotinic had no obvious change;After aging and treated by microwave,the soluble protein content and free amino acid conten in tobacco leaves were reduced;The chlorophy a content increased a little in low-energy treatment for 30s and high-energy treatment for 30s;Chlorophyll b,carotenoid and nicotine content had no obvious change.
