The content of soluble sugar was determined by anthrone colorimetric method,the soluble protein content by coomassie brilliant blue G-250 method,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was determined by nitrogen blue four triazole photoreduction method,the POD activity was detemined by guaiacol method. L9(34)orthogonal design experiment in the field was used to,study the effects of formula fertilization on the physiological and biochemical indexes and growth indexes of Radix isatidis. Results shoued that treatment A9 was the best fertilization,the fertilization ratio was 9∶1∶8,compound fertilizer application amount was 1 125 kg/hm2,N,P,K application amount was 450 kg/hm2. Nitrogen fertilizer is beneficial to improve the yield of R. isatidis,organic manure and chemical fertilizer combination is more advantageous to improve the yield of R. isatidis.
Using randomized block experimental design,eight sowing times were designed including April 1,April 15,May 1, May 15, June 1, June 15, July 1, July 15,the harvest time of Radix Isatidis was October 20.According to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition,the yield of Radix Isatidis was measured after dried,then broken to determine the contents of nucleoside(guanosine, uridine, adenosine) and(R,S)-goitrin in Radix Isatidis by HPLC,then the effects of sowing date on total nucleosides content,(R,S)-goitrin content and yield of Radix Isatidis were analyzed to determine the optimum sowing date of Radix Isatidis.The results showed that the total nucleosides content of plant sowed at May 15 reached the highest,which was 0.176 %,the(R,S)-goitrin content and yield which sowed at April 1 reached the highest,they were 0.368% and 0.336 kg/m2. Comprehensive comparison the dynamic changes of different sowing time in total nucleoside content,(R,S)-epigoitrin and yield of Radix Isatidis,the best sowing time was about April 1,the result provided the scientific basis for the optimum sowing date determination and standardized cultivation of Radix Isatidis.
为了研究不同施肥量和施肥种类对菘蓝(板蓝根和大青叶)产量及有效成分含量的影响,确定最佳的施肥量和施肥种类,进行了氮、磷、钾及有机肥单因素随机区组试验.结果表明:菘蓝产量最大和有效成分含量最高的施肥处理是N、P2 O5、K2O用量分别为150 kg/hm2、180 kg/hm2和270 kg/hm2,有机肥为复合菌肥.结论:氮肥对板蓝根产量的影响较为明显,钾肥对大青叶产量的影响较为明显,以豆粕为基质的菌肥更有利于提高板蓝根产量和有效成分含量.
为了研究不同施肥配比对黄芪产量及多糖含量的影响,为黄芪标准化栽培提供参考,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定黄芪中多糖含量;以黄芪的产量及多糖含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计田间试验,研究不同施肥配比对黄芪产量及多糖含量的影响.结果表明,尿素900kg·hm-2、过磷酸钙360 kg·hm-2、硫酸钾240kg·hm2处理组合对黄芪产量和多糖含量均有一定的提高作用.因此,过磷酸钙对黄芪产量的提高有显著的作用(P<0.05),硫酸钾对黄芪多糖含量的提高有显著的作用(P<0.05).
By applying different fertilizers and fertilization rate,the effects of fertilization on Foeniculum vulgare Mill. growth and yield were researched. With Foeniculum vulgare Mill. fertilization ratio,fertilizer types,N,P,K application amount of 3 factors,each of the 3 levels of design,according to the orthogonal test of L9( 33) orthogonal. Taking yield as index,comprehensive consideration,the optimum fertilization scheme choose of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. Fertilization proportion is 2: 1: 2,fertilizer types for Mn 0. 3%,N,P,K application amount was150 kg /hm2. In this experiment the optimum fertilization scheme is preferred,provide a reference for the further research of Foeniculum vulgare Mill.
In order to evaluate the quality of northeast wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., the contents of fraxinellone, obacunone and dictamnine of wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.from 8 regions of Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Liaoning were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the contents of fraxinellone, obacunone in growing areas were obviously higher than that of pharmacopoeia requirements, and the dictamnine content had no significant change with the national average level.The contents of fraxinellone, obacunone and dictamnine of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.produced in Meihekou area of Jilin Province were all the highest, respectively were 0.226 1%, 0.612 9% and 0.032 3%.Therefore, the quality of wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.from northeast was better, and the best was produced in Meihekou area of Jilin Province.
目的 本文研究了东北地区野生赤芍中4种有效成分含量的差别.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部附录XD挥发油测定法和附录XA水溶性浸出物测定法,以及紫外分光光度法,比较了芍药苷、水溶性浸出物、挥发油以及多糖含量的差别,并对药材质量的差异性进行分析.结果 不同产地赤芍中的4种有效成分均有显著性差异,但是,它们都符合《中国药典》标准.结论 东北地区的赤芍药材都符合《中国药典》标准,它们可以增加赤芍药材的供应量,做到既经济又有效.
