研究了采用浮选-重选联合工艺从内蒙古某低品位钨钼矿石中分选钼精矿及钨精矿.结果表明:钼精矿回收率88.89%,钼品位50.24%;钨精矿回收率81.87%,钨品位52.88%,分选效果较好.

为了综合回收利用内蒙古某黄金矿山堆浸尾矿中的金、银,采用无氰浸出工艺,选用新型无氰环保药剂作浸出剂,在矿浆质量浓度33%、pH=11、浸出剂用量2.0 kg/t、浸出时间24 h的条件下,金浸出率达52%,银浸出率约59%,浸出指标稳定.该工艺简单易行,可实现尾矿资源的二次利用,并能取得较大的经济效益.
Based on the ore properties of a low-grade Fe-Mn ore containing silver form Inner Mongolia,a combined process of high intensity magnetic separation-flotation separation was carried out.The recovery of TFe reached 81.25%,while the recovery of Mn was 82.12% in a Fe-Mn concentrate.The silver was recovered both in Fe-Mn concentrates and silver concentrates,and the total recovery of silver were 87.04%.The quality of concentrates met the requirements of subsequent smelting.The mineral processing experiment achieved ideal effect of separation.
研究了采用浮选铁 — 磁选锰联合工艺从内蒙古某地的含银铁锰矿石中回收赤铁矿 、硬锰矿及软锰矿.试验结果表明:原矿经一次粗选 、一次扫选 、一次精选,获得铁品位61.79% 赤铁精矿,铁回收率75.80%;铁浮选尾矿经强磁选,获得锰品位32.02% 的锰精矿,锰回收率80.63%;银在铁精矿和锰精矿中的总回收率为84.60%.试验结果较为理想.
采用硫酸浸出-无氰工艺综合回收某金冶炼渣中的铁、金、银,在硫酸浓度为10mol/L、液固质量比为2.5∶1、酸浸温度为80℃、酸浸时间2h的条件下,铁浸出率达88%以上;在无氰浸出矿浆浓度为33%、pH值=11、无氰药剂用量为2.0 g/t、搅拌浸出时间为36 h的条件下,金浸出率为70.05%,银浸出率为64.58%.试验取得了较好的浸出效果,同时无氰药剂的使用可降低浸出尾渣对环境的污染.
以内蒙古某低品位金矿石为研究对象,采用无氰环保提金剂替代传统氰化物浸金剂,于常温常压下采用搅拌浸出工艺回收金.试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 90%,无氰环保提金剂用量为2.5 kg/t,搅拌浸出时间为24 h的最佳工艺条件下,金浸出率达83.0%以上,伴生银浸出率达88.5%以上,取得了理想的浸出效果;该法浸金指标稳定,可用于矿山实际生产.
内蒙古某含砷硫化锑矿石中的锑主要以辉锑矿形式存在,砷主要以毒砂形式存在,研究了采用抑砷浮锑工艺对该矿石进行选别.矿石磨矿细度-74μm占80%条件下,通过一次粗选、一次扫选、一次精选工艺,获得锑品位43.75%的锑精矿,锑回收率为96.64%;锑浮选尾矿再经一次粗选、一次扫选、一次精选,获得硫品位28.42%、砷品位1.89%的硫砷精矿,硫、砷回收率分别为46.03%和67.38%,尾矿中硫、砷未超标,矿石分选效果较为理想.
内蒙古某石墨矿石主要回收矿物为鳞片石墨,针对矿石性质进行了探索试验,最终在合理的工艺流程和药剂制度下,经闭路试验得到了含C固品位90.05%、回收率90.59%的石墨精矿,取得较好的分选效果.
针对内蒙古某稀有稀土矿的工艺特性,进行了系统的选矿工艺研究,采用磁选、浮选、重选联合工艺流程,综合回收了稀有稀土矿物,分别得到稀土精矿、铌精矿、锆(铪)精矿、铁铌精矿,产品技术指标良好,为该稀土矿合理有效利用提供了较好的工艺技术。

把低毒环保氰化钠替代品——金蝉黄金选矿剂(简称金蝉)成功地应用于内蒙古四子王旗石英脉型金矿,获得金浸出率90.11%;与传统的氰化钠浸金剂做对比,浸出率低1.52%(氰化钠浸出率为91.63%),为开发该金矿提供了实施依据.
In order to recover the zinc,iron,silver and indium in a Zn-Fe polymetallic ore,a com-bined process of“flotation-magnetic separation” was used. After grinding, 74μm in the minerals should be over 70%. A Zn concentrate of 50 . 71% Zn with a recovery of 90 . 12%, and a Fe con-centrate of 65 . 24% TFe with a recovery of 86 . 35% which contained 64 . 07% mFe with a recovery of 95. 98% were obtained. The silver and indium were concentrated in the Zn concentrates,and the recovery of Ag was 76 . 56% while the recovery of In was 77 . 50%. The experiment obtained ideal indexes of separation.
Agitation leaching a oxidized copper ore in Inner Mongolia using sulfuric acid at normal temperature and pressure was researched .The experimental results show that copper leaching rate is over 84% under the conditions of fineness of grinding of -200 mesh about 85% ,the mass ratio between liquid and solid of 4∶1 ,leaching time of 6 h ,sulfuric acid concentration of 30 g/L ,leaching speed of 200 r/min .It is a effective method of processing oxidized copper ores with high mud ,having features of simple process ,low cost ,little environmental pollution and high copper leaching rate .
Removal of iron from zinc leaching solution by hydrogen peroxide process was introduced , and the optimal parameters was determined .The results show that under the conditions of the pH of zinc leaching solution at a range of 3 .0-4 .0 ,the temperature of 90 ℃ ,the leaching time of 150 min , and the volume fraction of H2 O2 solution of 25% ,a significant effect of iron removal is obtained .
针对内蒙古某含硫砷锑低品位难浸金矿石原矿品位低,硫、砷、锑含量高,直接氰化浸出金浸出率低等特点,对其采用混合氧化剂(H2O2+KMnO4)进行预处理后,在氰化钠用量为1.5 kg/t、pH为10 ~ 11、液固比为2∶1、浸出时间为36 h的条件下,获得了金浸出率为85.23%的指标.
以某金矿为具体研究对象,比较了Y-89与其他选金捕收剂的浮选效果。与普通黄药及黄药组合药剂的浮选效果相比,Y-89能显著提高金精矿的品位和回收率,对金的选择捕收性强。
