Based on the characteristics and process mineralogy of oxidized ore,desliming,flotation and gravity separation joint process was used to sort metal minerals.The results showed that the process had excellent separating effect.It made full use of mineral resources and got maximum benefit.
At the beginning of factory building,because the main ore in Gaoleji copper ore in Abagaqi copper ore was the mixed one,the average recovery was about 85%and the associated elements could not be recovered,which leads the waste of resources and the loss of economic benefits of enterprises.Throng process improvement,not only was the recovery of copper improved 5.59%,but also the associated elements were recovered.After the transformation of the three years the average recovery of lead,zinc and silver is 90.35%,88.64%and 67.21%respectively,achieving the aim of comprehensive recovery of resources.The annual increment income is more than 3,000,000 yuan,which the enterprises obtain remarkable economic benefits.
On the basis of the research on processing mineralogy of ores,the experimental research on flotation for the refractory nickes ore with the nickel of 0.44%was carried on.At last,the nickel concentrate with the grade of 3.13%and the recovery of 25.53%was obtained,whose index is relatively low.Therefore,the methods of chemical processing or smelting enrichment were considered to be adopted to extract the nickel in the tailings.The nickel sulfate in the ore can be easily dissolved in the pulp,making the pulp acid.At the same time,nickel oxide can be dissolved in the dilute solution and nickel silicate in the high acidity can also be part of the solution.For nickel sulfate,it can be partly digested in the dilute dissolution and better in the oxidation environment.According to these properties,the indexes with the content of nickel as 21.42%and the recovery of 61.84%could be obtained under the optimum leaching conditions.The result is satisfactory.
The experimental study on recovery of nickel from a low grade nickel laterite was carried out by the process of oxidizing roasting and sulfuric acid leaching.The influence of ore roasting and leaching process parameters on nickel leaching were examined.The results showed that leaching rate of nickel reached 81.84% under the optimum conditions of ore particle size of 0.074 mm accounting for 70%,roased temperature of 800 ℃,roased time of 2 h,leaching temperature of 70 ℃,leaching time of 80 min and liquid to solide of 1.5.
文章对粉煤灰焙烧——酸浸过程进行了研究,考察了焙烧、酸浸对提取铝的影响。试验结果表明:焙烧条件为:时间2h,焙烧温度850℃,粉煤灰与ZP的质量比为5∶1;浸出条件为:反应温度90℃,浸出时间2h,盐酸浓度5ml/l,液固比5ml/g的条件下,铝提取率达到93.12%。
针对某超贫磁铁矿进行详细的探索试验研究,确定采用"干式磁选抛尾——干式磁选粗精矿再磨——弱磁选"选别工艺选别该矿石。研究结果表明,采用该工艺可以获得TFe品位62.05%、回收率68.03%,mFe品位61.24%、回收率85.46%的铁精矿,获得较好的选矿指标。

采用酸浸工艺处理氧化铅锌矿,研究了各种因素浸出的影响,结果表明:在温度85℃、矿石粒度-20目、酸矿质量比1∶2、液固体积质量比5∶1、搅拌浸出4h条件下,铅浸出率可达75%以上,锌浸出率可达70%以上。
针对该复杂难选金——铜——钴多金属矿,探索了浮选、重选等多种选矿工艺均难以达到分选的效果。试验最终采用预处理(焙烧)——浸出——浮选的联合流程,使多种有价金属得到了较好的综合回收利用。
The main minerals in the copper-molybdenum ore are chalcopyrite and molybdenite.By the technology flowsheet of copper-molybdenum bulk flotation and separattion of Cu-Mo after regrinding for copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate,a molybdenum concentrate with 46.97% Mo,86.24% of recovery and a copper concentrate with 20.19% Cu,91.64% of recovery were respectively obtained.
