针对内蒙古某稀有稀土矿的工艺特性,进行了系统的选矿工艺研究,采用磁选、浮选、重选联合工艺流程,综合回收了稀有稀土矿物,分别得到稀土精矿、铌精矿、锆(铪)精矿、铁铌精矿,产品技术指标良好,为该稀土矿合理有效利用提供了较好的工艺技术。

Agitation leaching a oxidized copper ore in Inner Mongolia using sulfuric acid at normal temperature and pressure was researched .The experimental results show that copper leaching rate is over 84% under the conditions of fineness of grinding of -200 mesh about 85% ,the mass ratio between liquid and solid of 4∶1 ,leaching time of 6 h ,sulfuric acid concentration of 30 g/L ,leaching speed of 200 r/min .It is a effective method of processing oxidized copper ores with high mud ,having features of simple process ,low cost ,little environmental pollution and high copper leaching rate .

Based on the characteristics and process mineralogy of oxidized ore,desliming,flotation and gravity separation joint process was used to sort metal minerals.The results showed that the process had excellent separating effect.It made full use of mineral resources and got maximum benefit.
At the beginning of factory building,because the main ore in Gaoleji copper ore in Abagaqi copper ore was the mixed one,the average recovery was about 85%and the associated elements could not be recovered,which leads the waste of resources and the loss of economic benefits of enterprises.Throng process improvement,not only was the recovery of copper improved 5.59%,but also the associated elements were recovered.After the transformation of the three years the average recovery of lead,zinc and silver is 90.35%,88.64%and 67.21%respectively,achieving the aim of comprehensive recovery of resources.The annual increment income is more than 3,000,000 yuan,which the enterprises obtain remarkable economic benefits.
文章对粉煤灰焙烧——酸浸过程进行了研究,考察了焙烧、酸浸对提取铝的影响。试验结果表明:焙烧条件为:时间2h,焙烧温度850℃,粉煤灰与ZP的质量比为5∶1;浸出条件为:反应温度90℃,浸出时间2h,盐酸浓度5ml/l,液固比5ml/g的条件下,铝提取率达到93.12%。
针对某超贫磁铁矿进行详细的探索试验研究,确定采用"干式磁选抛尾——干式磁选粗精矿再磨——弱磁选"选别工艺选别该矿石。研究结果表明,采用该工艺可以获得TFe品位62.05%、回收率68.03%,mFe品位61.24%、回收率85.46%的铁精矿,获得较好的选矿指标。

采用酸浸工艺处理氧化铅锌矿,研究了各种因素浸出的影响,结果表明:在温度85℃、矿石粒度-20目、酸矿质量比1∶2、液固体积质量比5∶1、搅拌浸出4h条件下,铅浸出率可达75%以上,锌浸出率可达70%以上。
针对内蒙古某铁钼多金属矿石的性质,确定了磁——浮选的联合工艺流程。通过试验研究,获得较好的技术指标,铁精矿品位62.21%,铁精矿回收率96.36%;钼精矿品位46.22%,钼精矿回收率67.58%。
以50%锻造态的FeCr2.2C1.92M合金为原料,对其进行合理的退火处理,通过金相观察和硬度测试,研究退火温度及保温时间对其组织性能的影响,并探索其最佳退火工艺制度。
额济纳旗难选氧化铜矿的可浮性较差,选别指标不理想。为了提高铜精矿的指标,本文进行了硫酸浸出试验研究。结果可以看出,在矿石粒度-200目占75%、浸出时间6h、硫酸浓度1.5mol/l、液固体积质量4∶1的条件下,铜浸出率可达83.91%。
Using positive flotation process and FQ as collector,the influence of grinding fineness,type and dosage of reagent to flotation indexes were studied.A closed circuit experiment,one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging-middle ore back to feed,was carried out.The iron concentrate with grade of 59.43% and recovery of 72.74% was obtained.
针对内蒙古某贫磁铁矿的矿石性质和特点,进行了选别工艺探索研究。采用干式磁选抛尾——干式磁选粗精矿再磨——弱磁选选别工艺流程,使铁精矿达到国家C65一级品质量标准,TFe品位为64.93%、回收率为66.50%;mFe品位61.84%、回收率93.27%。
针对该复杂难选金——铜——钴多金属矿,探索了浮选、重选等多种选矿工艺均难以达到分选的效果。试验最终采用预处理(焙烧)——浸出——浮选的联合流程,使多种有价金属得到了较好的综合回收利用。
此选矿试验研究报告通过岩矿鉴定、物相、化学多元素分析,确定了该镍矿类型及嵌布特征。原矿经试验研究获得如下技术指标:原矿品位为0.0837%,尾矿品位为0.007%,精矿品位为49.46%(处理后52.04%),精矿回收率为91.64%,精矿产率为0.155%。
