To assure the pathogenic bacteria of white-spot disease from skin surface in Gymnocypris prze-waiskii and treat the disease,three bacterial strains (Citrobacter freundii ,Aeromonas veronii ,Morganella fulton)were isolated from naturally infected Gymnocypris przewaiskii and identified by morphology,cul-tural characteristics,physical and chemical characters,and 16 S rRNA sequence analysis.The three strains were Gram negative.Colony morphologies were consistent.Drug sensitivity test revealed that the three strains were highly sensitive to cefepime,amikacin and gentamicin,which will benefit the treatment of dis-ease in Gymnocypris przewaiskii .
青海湖是我国第一大内陆湖泊和最大的咸水湖,湖区内生存的主要鱼种为裸鲤,属硬骨鱼纲、鲤形目、鲤科、裂腹鱼亚科,此鱼种仪分布于中同青海湖及其邻近水系,是高原低温盐碱性水域经济鱼类.青海湖甘子河位于海晏县两北部,海拔3000~3500米,以盛产裸鲤而闻名,鱼类资源十分丰富.本项目组于2013年开始共剖检了裸鲤128尾,收集体内寄生虫,鉴定种类,统计感染率、感染强度、平均丰度,分析季节动态.为丰富青海省渔业资源的保护,对寄生虫给裸鲤养殖业带来的危害提供理论依据.

为了掌握青海省大通种牛场和海晏县牦牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病的感染和流行情况,我们于2010年3月至5月对大通种牛场和海晏地区的252份牦牛血清样品,其中海晏县141份,大通种牛场111份,应用定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病感染的血清抗体检测。结果:大通种牛场牦牛群中阳性26份,阳性率为23.42%(26/111),可疑9份,可疑率8.11%(9/111);海晏县阳性28份,阳性率为19.86%(28/141),可疑15份,可疑率为10.64%(15/141),其中金滩村、托勒村和德州村牦牛群中阳性分别为12份、11份和5份,阳性率分别为22.36%(12/41)、22.00%(11/50)和10.00%(5/50),可疑分别为9份、5份和1份,可疑率分别为21.95%(9/41)、10.00%(5/50)和2.00%(2/50)。
The seral antibodies of Mycoplasma gallisepticum were detected from 286 samples collected from the area of Huangzhong,Huangyuan,Datong and Xining by ELISA.The results showed the positive samples were 146,and the average positive rate was 51.08%(146/286).
By using indirecthemagglutination assay(IHA),100 serum samples from 7 areas yak farms of Huzhu county were tested for antibody against Toxoplasma gondi.i.The results were as follow:Average infection rate of 12.15 tested sera antibody titers were≥1:64 which was regarded as positive.Simultaneously,infection rate which yak were different sexes had no significant difference showed that infection rate had no reference to sexes.
