Vocational colleges to build a “posts, courses, competitions and certificates” integrated education mode is an important means and approach for our country’s vocational education to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new era. However, there are still problems such as insufficient role of parttime teachers in enterprises and mere formalities in teacher training in higher vocational colleges under the current education mode of “posts, courses, competitions and certificates”. To solve the above problems, it is necessary to continuously deepen the integration of industries and education, the cooperation of schools and enterprises, jointly promote the teachers’ training and training system, strengthen the teachers’ skills competition system, and certify the teacher’s hierarchical classification evaluation system, highlight the combination of “double-qualified” teachers’ individual growth and “double-qualified” teaching team building,focus on improving teachers’ ideological and political quality and moral quality, improve teachers’ education and teaching ability and practical skills, and create a teaching team that meets the requirements of cultivating talents by means of integrating “posts, courses, competitions and certificates”.
以内蒙古包头市南海湿地土壤理化性质为试材,采用野外取样与室内试验分析相结合的方法,研究了内蒙古包头市南海湿地不同季节(春季、夏季和秋季)土壤养分分布特征及其影响因素,以期为该区域土壤质量评价提供参考依据.结果表明:1)包头市南海湿地土壤理化指标均符合正态分布.其中,全盐量、有机质、全氮和全磷均具有强变异性,说明不同季节这4种指标的变异程度较大.2)不同季节平均土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别为 9.59~18.80、0.36~0.70、0.67~1.07、16.21~22.39 g·kg-1.3)各土层土壤全盐量、有机质、全氮和全磷随季节呈先增后减的变化趋势,土壤pH、全钾随季节呈逐渐递减的变化趋势.4)在同一季节,土壤容重、土壤含水量、土壤总孔隙度、土壤毛管孔隙度和土壤非毛管孔隙度随着土层深度增加变化各异.土壤全盐量、有机质、全氮和全磷随土层深度增加整体呈逐渐降低的趋势.5)冗余分析结果表明,pH和季节是影响湿地土壤养分的潜在驱动因子.其中pH对湿地土壤养分的影响最大,为37.90%.该研究结果可为包头黄河湿地的植被重建、生态修复和科学管理提供参考依据.

绿色基础设施(GI)是城市的重要组成部分,健全的绿色基础设施网络有助于城市的可持续发展.以郑州市沿黄河南岸六区县为研究区,基于形态学空间格局分析(MSPA)法和景观生态学理论,运用Fragstats、ArcGIS、Guidos Toolbox等软件,对研究区1997—2019年的绿色基础设施景观格局时空变化进行分析.研究结果表明,研究区GI总面积先增加后减少,且总体呈减少趋势;研究区东西部GI斑块间的连通性较弱,两极分化明显;GI核心区面积总体上呈减少趋势,意味着GI斑块趋于破碎化;研究区GI斑块的景观破碎化程度加深,景观聚集度变差,景观趋于丰富和复杂化,景观异质性增加.本研究可为研究区未来GI网络规划与建设提供参考.
为了平衡粗枝云杉不同根系的碳氮磷含量,以三倍体粗枝云杉为研究对象,设置36个试验区域,在每个试验区域内选取1株粗枝云杉依次进行解枝处理、杀青处理、烘干处理、研磨处理,以测定粗枝云杉树种不同长度根系和树冠中的碳、氮、磷化学计量特征.并在设定的3个不同持水量梯度和4个施氮水平条件下进行对比试验,对碳、氮、磷含量及化学计量特征进行分析.结果显示,提出的碳氮磷化学计量特征可以平衡粗枝云杉不同根系的碳氮磷养分含量,给粗枝云杉提供一个良好的生长环境.
城市双修成为治理城市病、改善人居环境、转变城市发展方式的有效手段,将城市双修理念引入到郑州市国棉三厂居住区景观的改造设计中,通过分析国棉三厂居住区的现状及存在的问题.从城市修补、生态修复两个方面对国棉三厂居住区景观提出重新梳理空间肌理、合理布局建筑空间、补充完善基础设施、植入特色文化、增加绿地游园、添加绿化建设、改善与加强生态景观、生态系统建设等"微"更新改造策略,并对其改造的现实意义进行探索.
园林绿化废弃物一般是指经过修剪的枝条和草皮物、野草、枝条落叶和植物残花等园林绿化过程中形成残余.本研究通过对园林绿化废弃物进行堆肥处理并以此作为基质应用于花卉栽培生长,探讨对花卉品质的影响.研究结果表明,以园林的绿化垃圾堆肥为主要基质,可使基质容量得以适当减少.对基质营养的供给能力、通透性,以及保水性等能发挥很好的改良功能.进一步的研究结果表明,加入了园林绿化废弃物堆肥为基质的花卉种植基质,能更有效提高牵牛的质量,并促进其健壮生长发育;提高彩叶草叶子中所含的花青素含量以及马齿苋所含的叶绿素含量.总体上,园林绿化废弃物生成的花木基质,不仅可以适应花木生长发育的要求,同时还可以节约由外源植物添加无机肥料时所产生的经济成本,是一个既经济又保护环境的高效使用途径.
利用2017—2019年洛阳市7个国控空气质量监测站的大气颗粒物PM2.5、PM10的质量浓度监测数据,研究洛阳市城区大气颗粒物浓度的时空变化特征及气象因素对其的影响.结果表明,2017—2019年洛阳市城区环境空气污染总体状况呈先降后增的趋势,其中,2018年空气质量整体状况最好,重度及以上的污染天数占全年有效天数的比例最低;2019年污染总天数相较于2017年减少10 d,但相较于2018年增加31 d;空气质量整体情况PM10和PM2.5浓度月均值变化基本一致,浓度变化均呈U形分布;PM10和PM2.5质量浓度变化具有明显的季节性特征,冬季其质量浓度最高,春季和秋季次之,夏季最低;各国控站点的PM2.5、PM10质量浓度同样显示冬季高,春、秋季次之,夏季低,大气污染状况整体呈西北高、东南低的分布特征;气象因子分析表明,ρ(PM2.5)、ρ(PM10)与温度均呈显著负相关;相对湿度与PM10的质量浓度呈负相关,但与PM2.5的质量浓度呈正相关,在相对湿度为60%~70%时,PM2.5的质量浓度较大;PM2.5、PM10的质量浓度在风向为南风、东南偏南风、西南偏南风、西南偏西风时较小.2017—2019年洛阳市空气污染状况变化与地形、气象条件、城市化建设均有一定的关系.

阐述了太平洋系列长春花和海南岛长春花在郑州地区的栽培关键技术和园林应用,提出了太平洋系列长春花和海南岛长春花幼苗在基质配比为草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩:腐熟有机肥质量比为4:2:2:2条件下,生长发育最好;定植的株行距、整形修剪措施应依据园林用途而异;肥水施用要适时适量;病虫害防治重在壮苗培育和花期雨前预防;长春花在花境、花坛、组合盆栽、阳台造景、立体美化中有明显的景观效果.
将草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩、腐熟有机肥按不同比例配制成基质,处理太平洋系列长春花幼苗,研究不同配比基质对太平洋系列长春花幼苗生长质量的影响.结果表明,不同配比基质太平洋系列长春花幼苗生长指标存在显著差异,在A3处理下(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩∶腐熟有机肥质量比为4∶2∶2∶2)生长发育最好,其幼苗壮苗指数1451.26,壮苗的全株干质量1438.25mg,幼苗茎粗0.37cm,株高7.56cm,地下部干质量421.25mg,CO2光合速率5.35μmol·m-2·s-1,叶绿素含量为2.87mg·dm-2.

The acquisition and physiological index measurement of subterranean stem to winter lotus('Xuelihong' and 'Aoshuang') and 'Hongxiamantian' was determined at different periods of the end of autumn and the early of winter.The result indicated that the activity of POD and PPO,and the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and Pro were rised;At the same time,as to different cultivars,the difference of the activity of POD and PPO,and the content of Pro and soluble protein was highly significant,the size-relationship of the activity of POD and the content of Pro was that 'Hongxiamantian' was bigger than 'Xuelihong',and 'Aoshuang' was the smallest,and the activity of PPO of 'Hongxiamantian'was the largest at the first two periods,and 'Aoshuang' was the smallest,at the last two periods,'Xuelihong' was the biggest,and the smallest was 'Hongxiamantian',the size-relationship of soluble protein content was that'Xuelihong' was the biggest,and the smallest was 'Hongxiamantian';The difference of soluble sugar content among different cultivars was significant,the difference of the last three times between winter lotus and 'Hongxiamantian' was highly significant,and the size-relationship of soluble sugar content was that,at the first two periods,'Hongxiamantian' was the biggest,and 'Xuelihong' was the smallest,at the last two periods,'Aoshuang' was the biggest,and 'Hongxiamantian' was the smallest.

High temperature composting experiments were conducted using mushroom residue and adding the proportion of urea and transformation promoter to study the effects of dynamical changes of temperature,the days of fermentation,nutrition content,physicochemical properties.The optimal processing fermentation was obtained.And then,the effect of different doses of water retaining agent for drought resistance,ration of carbon to nitrogen and the substrate influence to seedling using orthogonal test was studied.The results showed that adding urea and transformation promoter in mushroom residue extended the high temperature sustaining time,shortened the time of maturity and improved the physicochemical properties.The treatment 3 with simultaneous addition of urea and transformation promoter had the best effect in fermentation process.Compared with control,the sustaining time of high temperature extended by 6 days,the time of maturity shortened by 7 days,the highest temperature increased 12℃.After the end of fermentation process,the treatments of total porosity,aeration,water permeability and holding capacity and the content of N,P,K were improved,but the EC were too large and the C/N was too small.We obtained the best combination was A2B2C3 in tomato and pepper seedlings,that the quantity of water retaining agent for drought resistance was 4 kg/m3,V(mushroom residue)∶V(Perlite) =3∶1,ration of carbon to nitrogen was 35∶1.
