Background Chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression (CIM) is a common dose-limiting toxicity that compromises chemotherapy continuity and patient outcomes. In the bone marrow microenvironment, mesenchymal stromal cell-derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) act as key paracrine mediators, regulating the function of CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Based on the traditional concept of medicine–food homology, our team has developed Fuzheng Buxue dietary therapy (FBDT) and previously demonstrated its clinical efficacy in alleviating CIM. This study investigates whether FBDT alleviates CIM by modulating MSC-EV function. Methods In vitro, the optimal conditions for 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)-induced injury and FBDT intervention were first determined. CD34+ HSPCs were co-cultured with FBDT-preconditioned MSCs (FBDT-MSCs), and the expression of surface markers CD117 and CD150 was evaluated. Subsequently, EVs were isolated from FBDT-MSCs and co-cultured with CD34+ HSPCs. HSPC viability and CD117/CD150 expression were assessed. In vivo, a 5-FU-induced CIM rat model received tail vein injections of EVs from FBDT-MSCs (FBDT-EVs). Body weight, peripheral blood parameters, and serum CD117 and SCF levels were measured. Histopathology and organ indices of spleen, thymus, and bone marrow were analyzed. Key hematopoietic regulators (CD117, SCF, CD90) in bone marrow were detected by Western blot. Finally, serum creatinine levels in rats were measured. Results Co-culture with FBDT-MSCs increased HSPC numbers but did not significantly alter the distribution of CD117/CD150-defined HSPC subpopulations. FBDT-EVs enhanced the viability of CD34+ HSPCs in the co-culture system and increased the proportion of CD117+CD150+ HSPCs. Furthermore, FBDT-EVs promoted the recovery of hematopoietic function in CIM rats, with the reversal of body weight loss and restoration of key blood cell parameters. FBDT-EVs reduced CD117 protein levels in both bone marrow tissue and serum, while upregulating the expression of SCF and CD90. Serum creatinine levels were not significantly altered, suggesting no apparent renal toxicity under the present experimental conditions. Conclusion The study identifies MSC-EVs as a potential mediator of the hematopoietic effects of FBDT and suggests that FBDT may enhance the hematopoietic reparative properties of MSC-EVs. These findings suggest that MSC-EVs may mediate, at least in part, the hematopoietic effects of FBDT and that FBDT preconditioning enhances the hematopoietic reparative potential of MSC-EVs in CIM.
KRAS is a prevalent oncogenic driver whose therapeutic targeting has remained challenging beyond the G12C mutation. Here, we developed a gene circuit platform that enables the in vivo self-assembly of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) encapsulating KRAS-specific siRNAs for broad targeting of KRAS mutants. The system is based on intravenous injection of a synthetic gene circuit engineered to co-express KRAS-targeting siRNAs (directed against conserved regions or specific mutations such as G12D) and the colorectal cancer (CRC)-targeting peptide TCP-1 in hepatocytes. Upon hepatic absorption, the circuit drives the production of sEVs that package the siRNAs and display TCP-1 on sEV surface for tumor-specific delivery. In orthotopic models of KRASG12D-, KRASG12V-, and KRASG13D-driven CRC, the platform mediated efficient tumor targeting and significantly suppressed tumor growth, achieving complete regression in some cases. Tandem circuits co-expressing two siRNAs exhibited synergistic and superior efficacy compared to single-siRNA circuits or the small-molecule inhibitor MRTX1133. Mechanistic studies confirmed downregulation of KRAS expression and suppression of downstream ERK and AKT phosphorylation. Comprehensive safety evaluation revealed minimal off-target effects and no detectable systemic toxicity, highlighting the favorable safety profile of the platform. Collectively, this study establishes a robust and targeted siRNA delivery system that effectively overcomes the historical limitations of KRAS targeting, providing a promising therapeutic strategy for a broad spectrum of KRAS-driven cancers.
Background: Radiculitis-induced pain (RIP) results from dorsal root ganglion (DRG) sensitization due to inflammation. Hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF-1α) is linked to inflammatory responses through metabolic changes, but its role in RIP is not well understood. Gua Sha therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation and neural damage from lumbar disc herniation (LDH). This study investigates whether HIF-1α-mediated metabolic reprogramming contributes to the pain-relieving effects of Gua Sha in RIP. Methods: Male SD rats were subjected to LDH surgery and divided into six groups: sham, model, sham Gua Sha, Gua Sha, Gua Sha + DMOG, and Gua Sha + YC-1. Gua Sha was applied 5 days postsurgery, every other day for three sessions per course, totaling three courses. Changes in paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) and latency (PWL) were monitored, along with blood flow in the rats' backs. Levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and NF-κB were assessed in serum and DRG tissue. Pathological changes and hypoxia in DRG tissues were observed using hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunofluorescence. Western blotting and qPCR measured HIF-1α, GLUT1, PFKM, and PDK1 expression, while lactic acid and ATP levels in DRG tissue were also evaluated. Results: Gua Sha increased PWT and PWL, reduced serum and DRG inflammatory factors, improved back microcirculation, alleviated DRG hypoxia, and decreased HIF-1α and related signaling factors. It also lowered lactic acid and raised ATP levels. DMOG, a HIF-1α activator, reversed these effects. HIF-1α activation did not affect serum inflammatory factors but partially improved PWT. Inhibition of HIF-1α with YC-1 did not significantly differ from Gua Sha alone. Conclusion: HIF-1α-mediated metabolic reprogramming is a pathogenic mechanism in RIP. Gua Sha alleviates RIP by enhancing microcirculation, improving DRG hypoxia, inhibiting HIF-1α-mediated reprogramming, and reducing DRG sensitization and inflammation. This study provides insights into the mechanisms of Gua Sha's therapeutic effects in RIP.
BACKGROUND:Previous studies have shown that a diet with inflammatory and antioxidant properties can alter the risk of cognitive impairment. There are few studies using a large sample of the Chinese population. The specific relationship between inflammation, an antioxidant diet, and cognitive impairment remains unclear, and the potential impact of metabolic disorders remains to be determined. METHODS:This is a cross-sectional study, with data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) in 2018. Individual and combined effects of the dietary inflammation index (DII) and composite dietary antioxidant index (CDAI) on cognitive impairment were assessed by binary logistic regression models. Nonlinear correlations and the inflection point were explored using restricted cubic splines (RCSs), and the mediation effects of triglyceride glucose-body mass index (TyG-BMI) were explored in greater depth using causal mediation analysis. RESULTS:An increased CDAI was associated with a significantly decreased risk of cognitive impairment, at 0.68 (95%CI: 0.499-0.928). Contrary to this, the DII was positively associated with the risk of cognitive impairment, at 1.289 (95%CI: 1.03-1.613). The joint effects of the DII and CDAI indicated the minimal hazard effects on the risk of cognitive (0.787 (95%CI: 0.622-0.995)) impairment in subjects with low_DII + high_CDAI when compared with those with high_DII + low_CDAI. Furthermore, a significant nonlinear relationship was found between the CDAI and the risk of cognitive impairment, exhibiting an "L"-shaped curve (p-overall = 0.001, p-nonlinear = 0.007). However, no evidence was found for a nonlinear relationship between the DII and the risk of cognitive impairment. The mediation analysis did not reveal a mediating effect of TyG-BMI on the association between the CDAI and DII scores and the risk of cognitive impairment. CONCLUSIONS:Findings revealed that the CDAI could mitigate the adverse consequences of the DII on cognitive decline, which offers new insights into preventing early cognitive impairment through dietary intervention.
Background: Amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) is an important window of opportunity for early intervention and rehabilitation in dementia. The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility and effect of delivering transcutaneous electrical acupuncture stimulation (TEAS) intervention to elders with aMCI. Methods: A total of 61 aMCI patients were randomly allocated into the intervention group (receiving a 12-week TEAS) and control group (receiving health education). The feasibility outcomes included recruitment rate, retention rate, adherence rate, and an exploration of patients’ views and suggestions on the research. The effective outcomes included cognitive function, sleep quality, and life quality, which were measured by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), auditory verbal learning test—Huashan version (AVLT-H), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), and quality of life short-term-12 (QoL SF-12). Results: The recruitment rate, retention rate, and adherence rate were 67.35%, 92.42%, and 85.29%, respectively. Most aspects of the research design and administration of the TEAS intervention were acceptable. The quantitative analysis suggests that compared with the control group, the scores of MoCA, AVLT-H, and SF-12 (mental component summary) were significantly better (p < 0.05); however, the differences were not statistically significant in PSQI and SF-12 (physical component summary) (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The findings demonstrated that the study was feasible. TEAS awas possible for enhancing cognitive function and mental health in people with aMCI.
IntroductionImproving the gait and balance function is an important part of the health of the elderly. This study aimed to conduct a meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of virtual reality (VR) technology on the gait and balance function of the elderly.Material and methodsTwo authors independently searched EMBASE, PubMed, Web of Science, ClinicalTrials, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang and Weipu databases up to October 20, 2023 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the application of VR in improving the gait and balance function in the elderly. We screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the bias risk of included RCTs, and used RevMan software for meta-analysis.ResultsFourteen RCTs were finally included in this meta-analysis. A total of 662 elderly adults were included, of whom 336 underwent VR intervention. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the gait and balance function of the elderly in the VR group were significantly better than those in the traditional intervention group (all p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in terms of increasing the muscle strength of the lower extremities or alleviating the fear of falling between groups (all p > 0.05).ConclusionsVR can effectively improve the gait and dynamic and static balance function of the elderly. However, the effect of VR on increasing the muscle strength of lower extremities and reducing the fear of falling in the elderly is still not obvious.

目的 观察刮痧对鱼藤酮诱导的帕金森病(PD)模型大鼠行为学及黑质酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)、核因子 κB(NF-κB)、γ 干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响,探究刮痧干预PD可能的作用机制.方法 32只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、药物组和刮痧组,每组8只.模型组、药物组和刮痧组大鼠采用颈背部皮下注射鱼藤酮(1 mg·kg-1)建立PD大鼠模型.药物组每天给予美多芭灌胃(50 mg·kg-1),刮痧组隔日刮痧1次,刮12次,共计23 d.造模前、造模后、干预结束观察大鼠行为学改变;干预结束,采用Western blot和免疫荧光检测黑质区TH表达,免疫组化法检测黑质TH、NF-κB表达,ELISA法检测中脑黑质NF-κB、IFN-γ、IL-1β 含量,HE染色观察纹状体区细胞形态.结果 与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠行为学评分(3.42±1.248),5 min内运动总距离缩短(P<0.0001),起点停留时间延长(P<0.05),悬尾5 min内静止时间明显延长(P<0.001),中脑黑质TH表达减少(P<0.001),黑质NF-κB、IFN-γ、IL-1β 含量均增加(P<0.0001),纹状体区细胞肿胀明显(P<0.05).与模型组相比,刮痧组大鼠5 min内运动总距离增加(P<0.05)、起点停留时间缩短(P<0.05)、悬尾5 min内静止时间缩短(P<0.05),黑质区TH表达增加(P<0.05),黑质NF-κB、IFN-γ、IL-1β含量均下降(P<0.05),纹状体区细胞肿胀情况改善(P<0.0001).刮痧组与药物组相比,各项指标差异均无统计学意义.结论 刮痧可改善鱼藤酮诱导的PD大鼠的运动功能障碍,其机制可能与下调炎性因子表达,抑制神经炎性反应,减少多巴胺能神经元丢失,发挥神经保护作用有关.
背景 刮痧是应用最广泛的中医非药物疗法之一,具有安全、有效、易推广的特点,在神经系统疾病治疗中具有独特优势。帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)作为最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,因药物治疗副作用明显,且长期使用疗效降低,使其成为全球医疗难题。目的 观察刮痧治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法 采用目的性抽样法选取2021年3月至2021年9月在南京市中医院和江苏省人民医院门诊就诊的早、中期原发性PD患者32例,分为观察组(16例)和对照组(16例)。观察组采用刮痧联合西药口服治疗,对照组采用单纯西药口服治疗,治疗3个月后和随访1个月,观察统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ)评分、非运动症状评分(NMSS)以及总体疗效,治疗3个月观察血清白介素IL-1β、NF-κB含量,比较两组疗效差异。结果 治疗3个月,两组患者的MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ评分、NMSS评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.0001),且观察组评分均低于对照组(均P<0.01);两组患者血清IL-1β、NF-κB含量均低于治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组均含量低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为87.50%(14例治疗有效病例中,显效和临床控制病例共12例,占85.71%),对照组总有效率为62.50%(10例有效病例中,显效和临床控制病例数为0),两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随访1个月,两组患者MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ评分、NMSS评分均比治疗前低(均P<0.0001),观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组总有效率均为87.50%,观察组14例有效病例中,显效和临床控制病例共12例,占85.71%,对照组显效和临床控制病例数为0,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗3个月相比,随访1个月时,对照组MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ评分下降(P<0.05),观察组评分变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者NMSS评分升高(P<0.05),对照组评分变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 刮痧治疗早、中期原发性PD安全可行,能够改善PD患者的部分运动功能障碍,减轻非运动症状,可显著提高临床疗效,其远期疗效有待开展大样本、多中心的研究进一步探索。
目的 分析国内耳穴疗法的研究概况和前沿趋势,为开展相关研究提供参考.方法 检索中国知网数据库中耳穴疗法相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R3 软件分析作者、机构、关键词等文献特征,绘制科学知识图谱.结果 共纳入 14849 篇文献,发文量稳步上升;该研究领域形成了四个规模较大的高产作者合作团队,刘志诚是发文量最高的作者;刊载文献量最多的期刊是《中国针灸》;开展耳穴疗法研究的主力机构是中医药院校及其附属医院;耳穴贴压、耳针疗法、临床观察是重点关键词,探索耳穴疗法的技术研究、观察耳穴疗法的临床疗效是研究热点.2007-2022 年,中医护理、穴位按摩、生活质量、睡眠质量、穴位贴敷等研究热度较高,发展方向是中医护理和辅助治疗.结论 耳穴疗法已取得长足进展,但仍需要注重临床实践,深入探索疗效机制,加强规范化研究,尝试不同耳穴疗法在临床病症中的具体应用.
Background Dietary management plays a crucial role in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). While various e-services provide dietary advice, the long-term dietary management requires continuous monitoring and dynamic adjustment to accommodate the evolving nature of the disease and meet the patients’ nutritional needs. Consequently, the development of a novel dietary management tool that incorporates diet tracking, personalized nutritional feedback, and evidence-based advice becomes imperative. This study aims to address this need by developing a WeChat applet called “HealthyGut” specifically designed for the dietary management of UC patients, and evaluate its feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy. Methods A total of 134 UC patients were equally allocated into the intervention group (receiving a 12-week mobile-based dietary management via HealthyGut) and control group (receiving a paper-based food diary and routine advice). The feasibility outcomes were recruitment, retention, engagement, satisfaction, and acceptability in the intervention group. Dietary intakes were effective outcomes. Results Both groups had satisfactory retention rates (89.6% and 77.6%, respectively). The System Usability Scale in the intervention group yielded “good usability” with a mean score of 79.63 (SD 7.39), and all participants reported good user experiences and perceived benefits after using HealthyGut. At week 12, intervention responders reported significantly higher daily energy intake than control group (Z = −3.089, p = 0.002). Conclusions and Implications The results display that HealthyGut as a dietary management tool is feasible and accepted by UC patients, and it may help them make healthier food choices. Larger sample studies should be considered in the future.
目的 探讨不同刮痧方法干预腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的效果.方法 2017年7月至2018年6月,便利抽样法选取扬州市某医院骨伤科门诊就诊的非急症期LDH患者90例,随机分为循经刮痧组、穴位刮痧组及循经加穴位刮痧组各30例.刮拭三个疗程后,比较三组日本骨科学会下腰痛评估表评分(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及血清白介素1-beta(interleukin 1-beta,IL-1β)、血清白介素10(interleukin 10,IL-10)含量.结果 与干预前相比,干预后三组患者的JOA评分以及血清IL-10含量均上升,VAS评分以及血清IL-1β含量均下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).干预后,循经加穴位刮痧组JOA评分、VAS评分以及血清IL-1β、IL-10含量的改善情况均优于循经刮痧组和穴位刮痧组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);循经刮痧组和穴位刮痧组JOA评分、VAS评分及血清IL-1β、IL-10含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 刮痧干预LDH疗效确切,具有抗炎、镇痛作用,经穴结合刮痧干预LDH比单纯循经或穴位刮痧效果好,该方法虽然刮拭部位较多,但疗效更优,值得推广.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scraping therapy on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) with different syndromes.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 30 non-emergency LDH patients who were admitted to Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. Among them, there were 11 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, 8 cases of damp-heat obstruction syndrome, 7 cases of cold-damp obstruction syndrome and 4 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. Du meridian, the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, as well as Jiaji (EX-B2) in pathological or painful sections, Ashi point, Shenshu (BL 23) , and Weizhong (BL 40) were mainly scraped. The treatment interval is 2~5 days (the marks of scrapping fade) , twice of scrapping as a treatment course and a total of 3 courses involved in the whole treatment. Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) Score, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) , serum interleukin-1 β (IL-1β) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were compared before and after scraping.Results:Compared with those before scraping, the JOA score increased, the VAS decreased, the serum IL-1β content decreased and the serum IL-10 content increased after scraping, and the differences were sttaistically significant ( P<0.01) . Among them, the JOA scores of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and cold-damp obstruction syndrome were higher than those of damp-heat obstruction syndrome and liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The levels of serum IL-10 in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp-heat obstruction syndrome and cold-damp obstruction syndrome were higher than those in patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The curative effect of scraping in the treatment of LDH is definite, and the curative effect is better for excessive syndromes.
Objective: Major depressive disorder (MDD) is one of the most common psychiatric disorders, the diagnosis and treatment of MDD are major clinical issues. However, there is a lack of effective biomarkers and drugs diagnosis and therapeutics of MDD. In the present study, bioinformatics analysis combined with an experimental verification strategy was used to identify biomarkers and paeoniflorin targets for MDD diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Based on network pharmacology, we obtained potential targets and pathways of paeoniflorin as an antidepressant through multiple databases. We then constructed a protein-protein interaction network and performed enrichment analyses. According to the results, we performed in vivo and in vitro experimental validation. Results: The results showed that paeoniflorin may exert an antidepressant effect by regulating cell inflammation, synaptic function, NF-κB signaling pathway, and intestinal inflammation. Conclusion: NPM1, HSPA8, HSPA5, HNRNPU, and TNF are the targets of paeoniflorin treatment. In addition, we demonstrated that paeoniflorin inhibits inflammatory cytokine production via the p38MAPK/NF-κB pathway and has neuroprotective effects on the synaptic structure. Our findings provide valuable evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of MDD.

ObjectiveTo construct index system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges and universities was constructed,and to provide references for the cultivation and assessment of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students.MethodsThrough setting up a research group and literature review and focus interview,the system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher Chinese medicine colleges was preliminarily constructed.And then 20 experts in nursing⁃related fields of TCM were selected for taking two rounds of expert consultations.ResultsThe effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were both 100%,Cs was 0.945,Ca was 0.950,and Cr was 0.948.The finally formed index system included 11 first⁃level indicators,which were application of four diagnostic methods,eight principal syndromes,syndrome differentiation of disease nature,syndrome differentiation of viscera,syndrome differentiation to observe,syndrome differentiation to apply technology,syndrome differentiation for medication,syndrome differentiation for diet,syndrome differentiation for emotion,syndrome differentiation to nurture,syndrome differentiation to educate,and 49 second⁃level indicators.ConclusionThe formed index system of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher colleges and universities of TCM,had high reliability and scientificity,which could provide guidances for the cultivation and assessment of syndrome differentiation and nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students in higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities of TCM.
The existing researches on scraping mostly focus on the observation of curative effect and preliminary attempts to explore the mechanism of action, but the research on scraping manifestation is slightly insufficient. At present, scraping manifestation studies mainly include skin appearance, skin blood perfusion, and skin temperature. These studies have laid the foundation and provided a reference for the standardization, normalization, and visualization research of scraping technology in the future. However, these studies are still in their infancy and need to be further studied.
目的 介绍一种便携式氧气瓶转运架在急诊患者转运过程中的应用效果.方法 选取某三甲中医院急诊抢救室2019年3—11月需要转运的吸氧患者150例,3—5月50例为对照1组,6—8月50例为对照2组,9—11月50例为观察组,对照1组采用氧气袋,对照2组采用普通的氧气转运架,观察组采用便携式氧气瓶转运架,比较三组患者在转运途中氧气瓶与氧气管分离的次数、患者满意度和转运所需时间的差异.结果 通过使用改良便携式氧气瓶转运架,观察组氧气瓶与氧气管分离的次数、转运所需时间明显小于对照1组、2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照1组、2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 使用便携式氧气装置转运架,能节省转运时间,保证患者持续吸氧,减少转运相关的不良事件,提高患者转运满意度.
为了响应党中央坚决打赢新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控阻击战的决策部署,教育部提出"停课不停教、停课不停学"的要求,各高校纷纷开始在线教学.南京中医药大学护理学院充分发挥专业特色,挖掘前线"抗疫"优秀护理事迹,基于在线平台开展网络思政综合教育改革,从全员、全程、全方位育人3个方面,探索"三全育人"在线教学实现路径和保障机制,组建课程思政团队,创新教学策略,讲好抗"疫"故事,培育"精神疫苗",将课程思政贯穿于在线教学全过程,培养有专业、有情怀、有担当的优秀护理人才.结果显示,教师和学生的满意度高,教学效果较好,说明"三全育人"在线教学改革效果显著,全课程的思政教育和线上线下相结合的教学模式创新是未来重要研究方向.
Objective To define the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing core knowledge and practical ability which nurses should be equipped with when carrying out TCM service so as to provide a reference for the training of nursing talents of TCM at home and abroad. MethodsOn the basis of establishing a research group, a questionnaire was formed based on literature research, university research, brain storm and expert interviews. A total of 76 TCM nursing experts from universities and hospitals at home and abroad of TCM were investigated with the questionnaire to form an expert consensus. ResultsA total of 76 questionnaires were issued in this survey, of which 64 were valid.This study formed the core knowledge and practical ability training standard including three course modules of basic courses of TCM, basic courses of TCM nursing and specialized courses of TCM nursing, and 9 courses of basic theory of TCM, diagnosis of TCM, science of Chinese materia medica, pharmacology of TCM, fundamental of TCM nursing, TCM diet therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion and nursing, TCM nursing skill operation, TCM nursing clinical practice. ConclusionsThe standard could provide a basis for the standardized teaching of TCM nursing, establishment of training module, formulation of training plan and evaluation of talent training quality.
