To scientifically allocate marine resources and promote the high-quality development of the mariculture industry, this study focuses on the pricing of sea areas resources for aquaculture in Zhejiang Province.Based on the theories of resource value, marginal effect, and sustainable development, it constructs a pricing system covering 12 elements across three dimensions:industrial economic development resilience, spatial carrying capacity, and industrial development sustainability, and constructs a dual correction mechanism of “local characteristics+water depth level”.Using national mariculture industry statistics from 2012 to 2023, a multiple linear regression model with a goodness-of-fit of 0.964 4 is established to quantify the correlation effect between production factors and output value. The national benchmark price of mariculture resources is 0.023 1×104yuan/ (hm2·a) .Relying on advantages such as the high growth rate of transfer of management right rental income (34.94%) and the high growth rate of offshore mariculture facility holdings (42.29%) , Zhejiang Province's benchmark price reaches 0.025 0×104yuan/ (hm2·a) after adjustment with the local correction index (1.083 7) , which is higher than the national average.The pricing of water depth levels shows a gradient characteristic of “coastline higher than sea area, shallow sea higher than deep sea”, with the price of the mainland coastline 0.865 4×104yuan/ (hm2·a) and the (0,5] m water depth sea area 0.504 6×104yuan/ (hm2·a) being significantly higher than others.The research results provide quantitative support and a technical reference for improving the paid use system of marine resources, revising the revenue standards for the transfer of use rights, and promoting the green development of the aquaculture industry in Zhejiang Province.
This study,based on data from the China Marine Economic Statistical Bulletin(2005-2024)and other sources,employs multiple linear regression and the Sustainable Development Index(SDI)model to analyze the development characteristics and benefits of China's major marine industries from the three dimension of economy,resources,and environment.The research shows that:over the past 20 years,industrial added value has increased from 720.2 billion yuan to 4 373.3 billion yuan(with an average annual growth rate of 9.4%),and the tertiary industry structure has optimized from 17.0∶31.0∶52.0 to 4.7∶35.8∶59.5,demonstrating phased characteristics of"high-speed growth-structural adjustment-resilience recovery".The cumulative newly added sea use area is 4.573 million hectares,the efficiency of unit sea use has increased to 166.285 billion yuan/million hectares,and the area of excellent marine water quality has increased by 31.2%.The results of multiple linear regression show that the area of excellent marine water quality has a significant positive impact on industrial added value(β0.819 7,P<0.05),while the impact of the newly added sea use area is not significant.The SDI index has increased from 0.30 to 0.59,and under the policy-driven effect after 2015,the resource efficiency and ecological quality have achieved coordinated improvement.The study proposes to promote the green transformation of industries,strengthen the control of sea use efficiency,and construct an ecological value conversion mechanism to achieve the high-quality and sustainable development of marine industries.
From the perspective of the demand of marine ecosystem service function, this paper collects, sorts out and analyzes the marine ecological restoration related work by reclamation survey, mainland coastline survey, island coastline survey, blue bay application, coastal zone restoration project, ecological assessment and restoration of reclamation projects in counties (cities and districts). The successful experience of marine ecological restoration is analyzed, summarized and explored to present a relatively complete and typical marine ecological restoration scheme. Through the case study of typical ecological restoration, the optimized marine ecological restoration procedure is established. According to the development status and problems of different sea areas and coastal zones, the most suitable marine ecological restoration scheme is found, so as to solve specific marine environmental problems, and provide case reference and theoretical basis for subsequent marine ecological restoration.
随着海洋强国战略思想和”一带一路”建设的推进,发展海洋经济,维护海洋权益、实施海洋工程和科学研究等都需要海洋测绘技术.对海洋测绘技术发展现状进行分析研究,并提出了相应的措施和建议.
本文针对目前浙江省海洋工程环境监管制度、环境监理的现状和存在的问题做了简要分析,并列举了典型的海洋工程环境监理特点.提出完善当前海洋工程监理技术规范,改进监理方式方法,加强海洋工程全过程环境监管,以此保证环保措施落实到位,海洋环境竣工验收顺利实行,对海洋工程环境监理工作的推进具有一定的意义.
海洋保护区的建立对维护区域海洋环境、保护生物资源、保持生态平衡等方面具有重要作用.自1990年浙江省建立第一个海洋保护区以来,经过二十多年的发展,浙江已先后建成各类型海洋保护区28个,总面积达254.73万hm2,但仍然存在面积偏小、类型较为同质化的情况.因此,本文在对相关资料、数据进行整理、筛选后,统计了浙江省各类型海洋保护区数量、面积、类型、分布等基本情况,认为浙江省海洋保护区数量及面积居首位的城市分别为温州和宁波,分析了机构改革之前和机构改革过程中浙江省海洋保护区发展、管理过程中存在的相关问题,并基于国家公园体制提出了保护区网格化、数字化、制度化等建议.

海岸带是海陆交汇的地带,也是海洋资源富集区和海洋经济发展的重要基础.海岸带生态系统具有十分重要的经济和生态服务功能,是生态系统平衡的脆弱地带,但目前由于气候变化、生物入侵、海洋污染和人为开发活动等因素,其生境出现退化.文章简述了我国海岸带生境破坏的主要因素,总结国内外海岸带研究与管理,并给出了海岸带整治修复的技术策略,为整治修复工程项目的更好开展提供依据参考,从而促进海岸带的可持续利用,推动沿海地区海洋经济发展和海洋生态文明建设.
我国是海洋大国,全国海岛数量众多,海岛资源的开发利用与保护将成为国家经济建设发展新方向.目前沿海省份、市、县争先开展海岛岸线调查工作,旨在更精准地了解海岛资源的分布情况及海岛岸线的开发利用现状.这项工作的顺利实施不仅需要配备船等必要保障设备,更需要现代测绘新技术、新手段的保驾护航.在此项工作中岸线测量、植被测量、海岛开发利用测量、影像获取均需要借助当前先进的测量技术手段.如何将测绘技术手段合理地运用到海岛岸线调查领域,这是一个需要探讨的话题.对海岛岸线调查项目中需要用到的测量技术手段进行简单归纳与分析,同时希望行业内能够推动海岛测量相关技术规范的发展,针对各项技术做出更加明确的技术要求与规定.
海洋生态文明建设是社会主义生态文明建设的重要组成部分,国家海洋局在积极引导沿海各城市创建海洋生态文明示范区.为促进地方经济发展,在浙江省政府的协调下,宁波市响应国家海洋局号召开展生态示范区创建工作.然而,在海洋生态示范区创建过程中,环境是较为突出的问题,由此开展的海洋漂浮垃圾防治也成为海洋生态示范区创建中的重要建设内容.文章以浙江省宁波市为例,基于对宁波市海洋漂浮垃圾污染现状与防治情况的调研,结合宁波沿海县市区创建海洋生态建设示范区的要求,分析了海洋漂浮垃圾治理面临的机遇和问题,并提出了治理措施及建议.
抗菌肽Scygonadin是一种存在于甲壳动物中与生殖免疫相关的抗菌肽.研究采用RT-PCR和RACE技术,克隆三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)Scygonadin基因并进行序列分析.结果表明,三疣梭子蟹Scygonadin cDNA序列全长为549 bp,含有一个372 bp的开放阅读框(ORF),编码123个氨基酸,其中含29个氨基酸的信号肽,5′和3′非编码区分别为56 bp和121 bp.与已报道的锯缘青蟹(Scylla serrata)Scygonadin核苷酸序列的同源性为77.4%,氨基酸序列的同源性为68.3%.三疣梭子蟹Scygonadin基因序列的获得为研究其免疫防御机制和基因功能打下基础.
In order to understand the current status of macrobenthos in intertidal zone of Yushan Islands, macrobenthos samples were collected from 5 sections in the intertidal zone in four seasons from March 2009 to January 2010, with the density, biomass, secondary productivity, and P/B value of the macrobenthos investigated by using Brey's empirical formula. The mean density of the marobenthos was 1419.5 ind x m(-2), mean biomass in ash free dry mass (AFDM) was 565.53 g x m(-2), mean annual secondary productivity was 285.58 g x m(-2) x a(-1) (AFDM), and mean annual P/B value was 0.51. The secondary productivity was mainly affected by mollusca and gastropda, with five critical species Septifer virgatus, Modiolus modiolus, Serpulorbis imbricata, Tetraclita japonica, and T. squamosa contributed 84.0% of the total. The P/B value in the study area was lower than that in other sea areas, showing that the generation turnover rate of the macrobenthos in the intertidal zone of Yushan Islands was slower, and the community structure was more stable.
