目的 研究壬基酚(NP)灌胃染毒对昆明种小鼠卵巢及雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)水平等的影响,以期评价壬基酚的生殖毒性和发育毒性.方法 将30只健康的清洁(SPF)级雌性昆明小鼠随机分为对照组(玉米油)和25、100 mg/kgNP组,每组10只.采用灌胃方式染毒,染毒容量为0.1 ml/10 g,每天1次,每周染毒5d,连续染毒12周.测定各组小鼠血清中的E2、P、FSH并观察卵巢组织病理切片的变化.结果 25 mg/kg NP组与对照组小鼠血清中的E2、P、FSH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),卵巢组织病理切片中初级卵泡和成熟卵泡数目比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).100 mg/kg NP组与对照组、25 mg/kg NP组小鼠血清中的E2、P、FSH水平以及卵巢组织病理切片中初级卵泡和成熟卵泡数目比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),初级卵泡发生萎缩,卵巢颗粒细胞松散,卵母细胞核固缩,卵泡腔变小.结论 NP染毒剂量增大可对小鼠的卵巢功能造成损害,有生殖毒性和发育毒性.
目的 探讨双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)对雌性小鼠血清性激素水平影响及卵巢氧化损伤作用.方法 将30只1周龄健康SPF级昆明雌性小鼠按体重随机分为对照(玉米油)组和100、200 mg/kg BPA染毒组,每组10只.采用灌胃方式进行染毒,染毒容量为0.01 ml/g,每天1次,每周连续染毒5d,共染毒12周.测定小鼠血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及卵巢细胞活性氧(ROS)的水平;通过免疫组化SP法检测卵巢Bcl-2及Bax蛋白的表达,并计算Bcl-2/Bax值.结果 与对照组相比,各剂量BPA染毒组小鼠血清中E2、P的水平均降低,而FSH的水平均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着BPA染毒剂量的升高,小鼠血清中E2、P的水平均呈下降趋势,而FSH的水平呈上升趋势.与对照组相比,各剂量BPA染毒组小鼠卵巢细胞ROS的水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着BPA染毒剂量的升高,小鼠卵巢细胞ROS的水平呈上升趋势.与对照组相比,各剂量BPA染毒组小鼠卵巢细胞BAX蛋白的表达水平均较高,而Bcl-2蛋白的表达水平及Bcl-2/BAX值均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着BPA染毒剂量的升高,小鼠卵巢细胞BAX蛋白的表达水平呈上升趋势,而Bcl-2蛋白的表达水平及Bcl-2/BAX值均呈下降趋势.BPA染毒组卵巢颗粒细胞和卵泡的形态结构病理学变化明显.结论 BPA可致小鼠卵巢组织发生明显的氧化损伤.
目的 调查与分析人工流产患者术后性生活状态及其影响因素.方法 选取2015年12月至2016年10月华北理工大学附属医院诊治的245例人工流产患者为研究对象.采用FSFI问卷对患者基本情况(年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度)和治疗情况(手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态及术后并发症发生情况)进行评估,并对评估结果进行比较,同时以Logistic回归分析处理上述因素与人工流产患者术后性生活状态的关系.结果 245例人工流产患者的FSFI问卷评估结果较差,且不同基本情况(年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度)和治疗情况(手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态及术后并发症发生情况)患者的FSFI问卷评估结果存在显著差异,经Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度、手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态和术后并发症发生情况均是此类手术患者术后性生活状态的重要影响因素(均P <0.05).结论 人工流产患者术后性生活状态较差,且年龄、婚姻状态、患者及配偶文化程度、社会支持程度、手术方式、人工流产次数、心理状态和术后并发症发生情况均是其影响因素,应当根据这些因素实施针对性干预.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of drug treatment of high -risk human papillomavirus ( HR-HPV) infection and the changes of vaginal local immune function. Methods 78 patients with HR -HPV positive and biopsy pathology diagnosed as low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or inflammation in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were entrolled in the study. All were divided into 3 groups acconling to the random number table methad, including 28 cases had no operation,30 cases who accepted anti-HPV biological dressing( JB01-BD) treatment,20 cases accepted nocadia rubra cell wall skeleton for external use(Nr-CWS) treatment. HPV and TCT were tested after 3 months, the effect on HPV were observed between three groups. And take the vaginal lavage fluid before and after treatment,detect IL-4 to observe the changes of vaginal immune fuction. Results The effective remova rates of HR-HPV in the three groups were 17. 86 %,73. 33 % and 45 %, the differences among the groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05). The differences of IL-4 OD value before and after treatment in the theree groups were(5. 89 ± 11. 107) pg/mL,(21. 03 ± 19. 477) pg/mL and (15. 87 ± 17. 427) pg/mL. There were significant differences between the first group and the other two groups(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between the second group and the third group ( P >0. 05). Conclusion Drug treatment is clinically effective for HR -HPV infection anti -HPV biological dressing promoted the regression of cervical lesions as well as accelerated the clearance of HR-HPV after cervieal conization therapy.
