用驴制备抗猪瘟病毒(HCV)免疫球蛋白,预防和治疗猪HCV感染.制备HCV抗原复合物,通过免疫驴,用纯化方法从驴血清中提取特异性抗体(IgG),经过理化学检定、血清学、动物效力实验.免疫驴均可产生特异IgG,Dot*.ELISA效价大于1∶640(IgG浓缩浓度为60 mg/mL);可保护猪免受HCV攻击;室温保存半年,4℃两年效价不变.已成功地应用HCV免疫驴制备出高效价特异性抗HCV*.IgG.
dogs suffering from canine parvovirus infection were treated with anti CPV immunoglobuline by intramuscular injection. 344 or 90.05% of those treated dogs were recovery. For animals which were less than 3 months old, 93.88% of them were recovery. The study showed that the earlier sick animals were treated with immunoglobuline injection in the course of the disease, the higher the cure rate was achieved, and proved that it was an effective cure for CPV.
The mycoplama contamination of cultural cells could be rapidly and accurately detected with electronmicroscopy. The concentrates were obtained by the superspeed centrifuge, which were observed with electronmicroscopy after negetive stain, and judged in 30 minutes.
用关中驴制备抗犬细小病毒(CPV)免疫球蛋白,预防和治疗犬CPV感染.制备CPV抗原复合物,通过免疫驴,用纯化方法从驴血清中提取特异性抗体(IgG),经过物理化学检定、血清学、免疫金电镜技术、动物效力实验.免疫驴均可产生特异IgG,免疫金电镜可观察到抗原抗体免疫复合物;血凝抑制试验(HI)≥1:512(IgG浓缩浓度为60mg/mL);可保护犬免受CPV攻击;室温保存半年,4℃两年效价不变.已成功地应用CPV免疫驴制备出高效价特异性抗CPV-IgG.
An outbreak of poxvirus infection was occurred in twenty bought KM and BALB/c mice .The livers,spleens, kidneys, lymph nodes and cerebrum of ill mice were used to histology observation. The characteristic of pathologic change was poxvirus infection .when the tissue homogenate fluid infected passaging BHK cell, we could see apparent CPE change. A lot of poxvirus particle were found in EMP. The center of particle was nucleoid composed by DNA and protein ,The agglutination reaction was positive (HA=1:16).By ELISA kit examination the serum of ill mice expressed poxvirus antibody positive reaction, After suspension of virus infected KM and BALB/c mice .It was found that the former was easily infected, with apparent symptom .The latter had strong resistance, latent infection. The symptom always occurred slowly, but when experiment factors were exerted,the BALB/c mice quickly had symptom, and died. It proved that the pathogen was poxvirus .
