Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, microstructure examination and SEM analysis were used to analyze the crack of aero-compressor disk. The results showed that the poor machining and maritime climate were the main factors to cause the disk early cracking.

The MAX1457 is a special sensor signal processor optimized for piezoresistive sensor calibration and compensation. Achieving a total error factor within 0 2% of the sensor's repeatability errors, the MAX1457 compensates temperature errors and non-linearity of silicon piezoresistive sensors. The choice and calculation of parameters and a series of steps for compensating temperature errors of sensors are needed for this operation. The principle and compensation process of MAX1457 are discussed in this paper based on which the software of compensating temperature errors is designed. Each step of compensation is guided by accessorial explain and the automatic calculation and automatic adjusting of parameters are realized. The system has simplified the process of sensor compensation greatly.
