Chiral pesticides have the special chiral structures, so enantioselective biological effects are usually observed in living organisms. Current study used paclobutrazol as a case study and explored the enantioselective degradation and oxidative stress effect on wheat. The results demonstrated that the degradation of R‐ paclobutrazol was faster than S ‐paclobutrazol significantly and improved the content of MDA and O 2 − in wheat plants, which proved that the R ‐paclobutrazol induced oxidative damage in wheat, showing selective biological effects, and S ‐paclobutrazol was friendly to wheat. This study provided a theoretical basis for the selective activity of chiral pesticides and the development of chiral pesticide monomers.
Wheat can be cultivated by hole sowing, but its border effect has not yet been studied. Therefore, we carried out a field experiment from 2021 to 2022 at the Doukou Crop Experimental Demonstration Station (108°52′ E, 34°37′ N) of Northwest A&F University in Jingyang County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, China. The response of dry matter, photosynthetic characteristics, and yield components of wheat to the border effects under the hole sowing method was studied. The results showed specific border effects on each index of five wheat varieties (XN136, XN175, XN527, XN536, and XN765), among which the border effects of XN175 and XN765 were the most significant, with the highest yield. Subsequent correlation analysis revealed that only grain per spike and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration responded negatively to the border effects, and the rest were positively correlated. Finally, we conducted a random forest model analysis of different indicators of wheat varieties with significant border effects. We found that net photosynthetic rate and aboveground dry matter per plant had the most significant impact and contribution to the border effects. In contrast, grain per spike had the most negligible impact on the border effects. Our results fill a gap in the study of the border effects of wheat under hole sowing cultivation for future researchers.
Acupuncture has already been extensively utilized to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in several nations. Nevertheless, the bibliometric research on the worldwide usage of acupuncture for hypertension is mostly unclear. As a result, our objective for the research aimed to investigate the present state as well as developments in the global usage of acupuncture on hypertension during the last 20 years using CiteSpace (5.8.R2). The Web of Science (WOS) database examined papers on acupuncture treatment of hypertension from 2002 to 2021. We examined the number of publications, cited journals, nations/regions, organizations, authors, cited authors, cited references, and keywords utilizing CiteSpace. The record of 296 documents was obtained between 2002 and 2021. The quantity and frequency of annual publications rose gradually. Regarding frequency and centrality of citations, Circulation and Clin Exp Hypertens (Clinical and Experimental Hypertension) scored top and second respectively. China had the most publications among countries/regions, as well as the five largest institutions were also in China. Cunzhi Liu was the most productive author, while P Li was the most referenced author. XF Zhao produced the first article inside the quantity of cited references classification. 'Electroacupuncture' had a significant frequency with centrality for the keywords, which suggested electroacupuncture is a popular treatment in this field. In the treatment of hypertension, electroacupuncture has a beneficial effect on reducing blood pressure. However, because of the many different applications of electroacupuncture frequencies in research, whether the electroacupuncture frequency is connected to the therapeutic impact should be given more significant consideration. The findings of this bibliometric analysis give an overview of the present state as well as developments of clinical studies on acupuncture for hypertensive patients during the last two decades, which could assist researchers in identifying hot subjects and exploring novel directions in further study within the field.
Hole sowing is a new and efficient cultivation method with few studies. This study investigated the effects of different sowing densities and nitrogen topdressing at the jointing stage on dry matter, quality, and yield under wheat hole sowing to provide a theoretical basis for integrating wheat fertilizer and density-supporting technology. In this study, a two-factor split-plot design was used. The sowing density was the main plot, and four levels were set: D1, D2, D3, and D4 (238, 327, 386, and 386 suitable seeds·m−2). The four sowing levels were sown according to 8 grains/hole, 11 grains/hole, 13 grains/hole, and 16 grains/hole, respectively, with a row spacing of 25 cm and a hole spacing of 13.5 cm; the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied at the jointing stage was the sub-area, with four levels: N1, N2, N3, and N4 (0, 60, 120, and 180 kg·ha−1). After two years of experimental research, the following main conclusions are drawn: the use of high sowing density and nitrogen topdressing is helpful to improve the dry matter quality of wheat spikes at the maturing stage; the sowing density had significant or highly significant effects on protein content, starch content, and sedimentation value. The yield from 2018–2019 reached a maximum of 8448.67 kg·ha−1 under D4N4 treatment, and the yield from 2019–2020 reached a maximum of 10,136.40 kg·ha−1 under D4N3 treatment. Therefore, the combination of 225 kg·ha−1 sowing density and 120–180 kg·ha−1 nitrogen topdressing at the jointing stage can be used in field production, which can help improve wheat production potential. Similarly, understanding the interaction between wheat hole sowing and different sowing densities and nitrogen topdressing amounts provides a practical reference for high-yield wheat cultivation techniques.
Ecological restoration projects are becoming a mainstream of research, and their studies are widely followed by scholars worldwide, yet there is no comprehensive review of this research. Nowadays, bibliometrics has attracted much attention from the scientific community, and its methodological approach allows quantitative and qualitative analysis of research performance in journals or subject areas. This paper provides a systematic and comprehensive description of the progress and hotspots of ecological restoration projects from a bibliometric perspective, based on 1173 articles in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database. Research on ecological restoration projects has shown a positive growth trend since the twenty-first century. China and the USA are the most active countries in terms of the number of relevant articles published, and more than half of the top 10 active institutions are from China, but there is less collaboration between different countries/institutions. Research in ecological restoration projects is summarized into three main research areas: the main ecological damage problems, the impact of human beings on ecological damage, and the main methods of ecological restoration. Finally, some challenges and outlooks conducive to the rapid and balanced development of ecological restoration projects are presented, which provide valuable references and help for future researchers.
目的 通过分析针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的相关研究,梳理知识结构,总结针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的现状和发展趋势.方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的相关文献,经Refworks格式转换后,运用CiteSpace科学知识图谱工具绘制相应图谱.通过对合作网络、关键词共现、突现词等的分析,判断研究机构、作者、研究热点与未来趋势.结果 共纳入文献501篇,纳入作者487位,其中发文量最多的为叶永铭,发表5篇文章.发文量最多的机构为成都中医药大学.共有9个关键词出现频次≥30,形成8个关键词聚类标签,出现11个突现词.结论 针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的方法丰富,疗效确切.针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究主要集中在疗效观察,临床研究和机制研究较少.需要增加作者间的学习交流,加强机构间合作,完善基础研究,开展更多高质量的循证医学研究.
Based on the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database, the academic works published in the past 30 years on biodegradable films for soil were analyzed. In order to ensure the rigor of this experiment, this paper is based on the mathematical double matrix model VOS Viewer software and CiteSpace software. This work shows that publications of biodegradable films for soil are increasing year by year; polymer science is the hottest subject in the field of biodegradable films for soil; China and the United States are the countries with the most significant number of publications in this field, has an important position; Washington State University is the most published institution. This study further identifies and reveals the essential characteristics, research strength, knowledge structure, main research fields, and research hotspots in the late stage of the field of biodegradable films for soil and introduces the Activity Index (AI) and the Attractive Index (AAI), thereby assessing trends and performance in different countries. The paper also further illustrates the importance of biodegradable films by presenting field trials using biodegradable films on different plants. The research in the field of biodegradable films for soil is divided into four categories: "The research field of degradation, " "The effect of biodegradable film on soil, " "Performance and mechanism of the biodegradable film, " and "Effects of biodegradable film on crop growth and development. ". The study can be seen as a microcosm of the development of biodegradable films for soils, which will help researchers quickly identify their general patterns. Readers can better understand the changes and development trends in this field in the past 30 years and provide references for future research.
Since the 21st century, natural biopolymers have played an indispensable role in long-term global development strategies, and their research has shown a positive growth trend. However, these substantive scientific results are not conducive to our quick grasp of hotspots and insight into future directions and to understanding which local changes have occurred and which trend areas deserve more attention. Therefore, this study provides a new data-driven bibliometric analysis strategy and framework for mining the core content of massive bibliographic data, based on mathematical models VOS Viewer and CiteSpace software, aiming to understand the research prospects and opportunities of natural biopolymers. The United States is reported to be the most important contributor to research in this field, with numerous publications and active institutions; polymer science is the most popular subject category, but the further emphasis should be placed on interdisciplinary teamwork; mainstream research in this field is divided into five clusters of knowledge structures; since the explosion in the number of articles in 2018, researchers are mainly engaged in three fields: "medical field," "biochemistry field," and "food science fields." Through an in-depth analysis of natural biopolymer research, this article provides a better understanding of trends emerging in the field over the past 22 years and can also serve as a reference for future research.
古代医家有"头部不可多灸"的说法,但现代临床实践发现头部可灸且可多灸,并能取得较好的治疗效果.醒脑开窍灸法是施术于头部的一种透灸法,也是罗玲副教授临床上治疗头部疾病的方法.该法操作简便、安全性高、温通及温补效果显著,可通过增加艾条的粗细及施灸时间的长短、调整施灸距离的远近以显著提高艾灸的治疗效果,利用其在头部较大面积深透的温热刺激作用,疏通头面部经络,调节阴阳气机,从而达到醒神开窍、扶正祛邪、防治疾病的目的.该文介绍醒脑开窍灸法的理论基础、施术部位、操作方法、治疗机制等,为醒脑开窍灸法在临床治疗疾病的应用和推广提供理论依据.
Microplastics (MPs) in soil cause severe damage to the ecological environment and organisms, and research on their health risks has received extensive attention, but there is no comprehensive review of this research. From the perspective of bibliometrics, this paper systematically and comprehensively describes the progress, trends, and hotspots of health risks of MPs in soil based on the Web of Science Core Collection, Pubmed, and Scopus databases. Since 2016, people's research on the health risks of MPs in soil has increased yearly; MPs in soil mainly come from Plastic mulch, Plastic waste, Sludge and sewage, and Organic fertilizer. China has the most publications on the health risks of MPs on soil, and more than half of the top 10 institutions with active publications in this field are from China. This paper systematically expounds on the health risks of MPs to organisms (plants, humans, and microorganisms) and control measures. Cooperation between different countries/institutions and fields/disciplines on the health risk analysis of MPs in soil and research on more efficient, green, and environmentally friendly methods and technologies for reducing soil MPs content will become the frontier trends of future development which provide valuable reference and help for future researchers.
颅骨骨缝处肌肉浅薄,且没有致密的骨组织覆盖,故正气亏虚时骨缝更易受寒,本文试从颅骨解剖结构出发,从骨缝的角度探讨外寒侵入机体的过程、表现,介绍与颅骨骨缝重合的经络、穴位,通过在头部运用大直径艾条灸法,将寒邪从骨缝逐出的方法、机理、施灸注意事项,并详述了笔者运用灸法治疗五官疾病的两则医案,希望为临床中寒邪的诊治提供一种新的思考,供同行参考.
[目的]农业用生物炭是提高作物产量、实现农业可持续发展的重要举措.通过对我国农业用生物炭研究脉络和趋势探讨的分析,为其发展和未来研究趋势提供理论指导.[方法]文章使用CiteSpace对与"农业用生物炭"相关的870篇文献进行知识图谱的绘制及可视化分析.[结果]我国农业用生物炭研究领域的发展主要经历了萌芽起步、加速上升、缓慢下降3个主要阶段;该领域的研究员代表主要是潘根兴、李恋卿等;该领域具有代表性的研究机构为南京农业大学和沈阳农业大学;国家层面设立了"国家自然科学基金""国家重点研发计划"等国家重点基金提供支持;未来我国农业用生物炭的研究趋势可能主要集中在农作物品质改善及增产、农田土壤理化性质的改良及养分的提高、农业生态环境的修复及可持续发展3个方面.[结论]根据文章研究结果,可以客观、科学的看出我国生物炭在农业中应用的相关文献数量及年度变化趋势、高频关键词、高产发文作者、发文机构、主要基金支持及研究前沿,奠定了以农业用生物炭为基础的研究脉络;同时,也为从事相关领域的学者在未来进行多元化扩展提供了有利的参考信息.

The remote monitor system for Automobile Testing System based on Internet in certain city proved that this method can implement remote data transfer, and also can diagnosis and monitor condition of equipment in any other place.
Modern automobile testing systems are complexly computerized measure and control systems, and used in automobile vehicle design centers and assembly plants. Their performance is critical but difficult to be monitored efficiently and in real-time. This paper introduces an Internet-based remote monitoring system for automobile testing systems, and the design and the implementation using Web database and Socket techniques.
