微波干燥技术在人参加工中已经被广泛利用.其具有高效、灭菌、节能等特点.本文通过三个典型案例,对微波干燥技术在人参加工中有效合理的利用进行阐述.说明微波干燥技术在人参加工工艺中,人参有效成分提取的前期处理中都有效的被利用.这种技术对于未来药品和食品加工行业有巨大意义.
Objective To Determination optimal conditions of 6# solvent oil extraction of ginseng volatile oil.[Methods] The extraction of ginseng volatile oil from ginseng by soxhlet extraction were studied using the Orthogonal test.Result The optimum extracting conditions of ginseng volatile oil were as follows: the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:7g/ml,the extracting temperature was 88℃,the extracting time was 10 hours.conclusion In optimum conditions ginseng volatile oil in a yield of 2.64%,the experiment methods are convenient,which have intense infectivity and safety,suitable for industrialized production promotion.
对天舒软胶囊制备过程中所需要的囊皮配制、稀释剂的种类及用量、喷体温度进行研究试制,以确定合理的处方及最佳的成型工艺,制备出符合质量标准、稳定的天舒软胶囊.
目的:测定降糖宁胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量;方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流速为1.0 ml/min;蒸发光散射(ELSD800)参数:漂移管温度45℃,载气压力3.00bar。以乙腈—水(30∶70)为流动相,以黄芪甲苷作为对照品,对降糖宁胶囊中黄芪甲苷进行含量测定,并进行了方法学考察,确定了降糖宁胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量限度。
目的:制定天舒软胶囊质量标准.方法:将原天舒胶囊改变剂型制成软胶囊,用薄层色谱法对样品中的川芎、天麻进行定性鉴别.用高效液相色谱法测定天舒软胶囊中川芎主要成分阿魏酸的含量.结果:阿魏酸在0.0202μg~0.5454μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=1.0.结论:本质量标准能有效地控制天舒软胶囊的产品质量.
