Achieving high-quality employment for retired athletes is essential for promoting the holistic development of athletes and accelerating the construction of a strong sports nation. From the perspective of capital collaboration, this study develops a comprehensive analysis framework by incorporating human capital, social capital, and psychological capital to systematically investigate the influencing factors and configuration pathways for high-quality employment of retired athletes. Utilizing Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA), this study discovers three main findings. First, no single condition variable independently constitutes the necessary condition for high-quality employment. Second, three configuration pathways for achieving high-quality employment are identified, including human capital-social capital synergy, human capital-psychological capital synergy, and human capital-social capital-psychological capital integration. Third, vocational skill, as a component of human capital, emerges as an important condition in configurations associated with high-quality employment. Based on the findings, this research recommends improving the athlete security policy system, promoting the accumulation of human capital, strengthening the development of psychological capital, constructing diverse social support networks, and optimizing the pathways for retired athletes to achieve high-quality employment. These aims will support retired athletes in navigating career transitions effectively while securing stable and high-quality employment.
This study examined the effect of public health emergencies on the university students' behavior intention of sports participation by applying the extended model of goal-directed behavior. Two new variables, cognition of public health emergency and frequency of past behavior, were added to improve the model's predictive ability. Employing 1558 university students in China as research samples, the results have revealed that attitude, perceived behavior control, positive anticipated emotion and negative anticipated emotion had a positive effect on the desire for sports participation, which in turn influenced their behavioral intention for sports participation. At the same time, cognition of public health emergencies and frequency of past behavior had positive effects on the desire and behavioral intention for sports participation. In addition, the results also proved that the complex correlation coefficient of the desire to participate in physical exercise is 0.44. The value indicates that the seven variables of university students' attitude, subjective norm, anticipated emotion, perceived behavior control, cognition of public health emergency and frequency of past behavior explain the 44% variation of exercise desire. The complex correlation coefficient of participation intention in physical exercise is 0.61, which manifests those three variables of university students' cognition of public health events, the frequency of past behavior and the desire to participate in sports explain the 61% variation of exercise intention. The findings shed light on a better understanding of the decision-making processes of university students under public health emergencies.
In this study, we consider the resource allocation scheduling with a deterioration effect and position-dependent workloads concurrently on a single machine. The scheduler needs to find the optimal sequence and the optimal resource allocation such that a cost function is minimized. First, the focus is on minimizing the linear weighted sum of the schedule cost and resource consumption cost. Second problem is to minimize the schedule cost subject to an upper bound on the resource consumption cost. Third problem is to minimize the resource consumption cost subject to an upper bound on the schedule cost. Last problem is to find Pareto-optimal solutions for schedule cost and resource consumption cost. We proved that these problems remain polynomially solvable respectively.
Based on the Model of Goal-directed Behavior(MGB), this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on the behavioral intention of physical exercise and conducts an empirical test with the methods of questionnaire survey and structural equation.The results show that: physical exercise behavior attitude, expected emotion, perceived behavior control and COVID-19 epidemic cognition all have significant positive effects on physical exercise desire, and desire has a further significant impact on the behavioral intention of physical exercise,meanwhile, perceived behavioral control and non-pharmaceutical interventions have significant positive effects on physical exercise behavioral intention. Based on the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward advise on promoting public physical exercise in response to COVID-19epidemic.
文章运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,对2019年南京马拉松赛参赛者满意度进行研究.研究结果表明:参加2019年南京马拉松赛的参赛者对赛事满意度较高.其中15个参赛满意度指标中排在前三的是成绩领取、赛道设计和医疗服务,相对滞后的三个指标分别为赛道指引、食物和饮水补给和参赛物资领取服务.未来南京马拉松赛应细化赛事服务,提高赛事水准,进一步满足参赛选手的需求.
提高退役运动员就业质量对促进运动员全面发展、建设体育强国至关重要.基于微观调查数据,利用最小二乘回归和无条件分位数回归等方法,系统分析退役运动员就业质量的影响因素.研究发现,人力资本、社会资本和心理资本等显著促进了退运动员就业质量的提升,其中,社会资本的促增效应最强,心理资本次之,人力资本最弱;人力资本、社会资本和心理资本对退役运动员就业质量各维度的影响存在差异.退役运动员就业质量影响的异质性分析结果显示,伴随着就业质量水平的提高,退役运动员人力资本、心理资本的影响效应愈加强烈,"强关系"社会资本的影响效应逐渐减弱.基于研究结果,提出了确立"更高质量就业"的运动员保障政策目标靶向,加强退役运动员人力资本、社会资本和心理资本建设和劳动合法权益保护,实现退役运动员更高质量就业的政策建议.

Urban road traffic spatio-temporal characters reflect how citizens move and how goods are transported, which is crucial for trip planning, traffic management, and urban design. Video surveillance camera plays an important role in intelligent transport systems (ITS) for recognizing license plate numbers. This paper proposes a spatio-temporal visualization method to discover urban road vehicle density, city-wide regional vehicle density, and hot routes using license plate number data recorded by video surveillance cameras. To improve the accuracy of the visualization effect, during data analysis and processing, this paper utilized Internet crawler technology and adopted an outlier detection algorithm based on the Dixon detection method. In the design of the visualization map, this paper established an urban road vehicle traffic index to intuitively and quantitatively reveal the traffic operation situation of the area. To verify the feasibility of the method, an experiment in Guiyang on data from road video surveillance camera system was conducted. Multiple urban traffic spatial and temporal characters are recognized concisely and efficiently from three visualization maps. The results show the satisfactory performance of the proposed framework in terms of visual analysis, which will facilitate traffic management and operation.
This article considers scheduling problems with resource allocation, deterioration effect and position-dependent weights on a single machine. For two different due-date assignment methods—i.e. common (CON) due-date assignment and slack (SLK) due-date assignment—a bi-criteria analysis is provided wherein the first objective is to minimize the weighted sum of the absolute value in lateness with a common due date (a common flow-allowance), and the second objective is to minimize the weighted sum of resource consumption. Optimality properties and algorithms are proposed to solve three different versions of considering these two criteria.
In this paper, the flow shop resource allocation scheduling with learning effect and position-dependent weights on two-machine no-wait setting is considered. Under common due date assignment and slack due date assignment rules, a bi-criteria analysis is provided. The optimality properties and polynomial time algorithms are developed to solve four versions of the problem. For a special case of the problem, it is proved that the problem can be optimally solved by a lower order algorithm.
In a recent paper (He et al. in J Comb Optim 33(2):626–644, 2017), the authors considered single machine resource allocation scheduling with general truncated job-dependent learning effect. For the convex resource consumption function and limited resource cost, the problem is to minimize the weighted sum of makespan, total completion time, the total absolute deviation in completion time and resource consumption cost. They conjectured that this problem is NP-hard. In this note we show that this problem can be solved in O ( n 3 ) time. It is also shown that Lemma 4 in He et al. (2017) is incorrect by a counter-example.

This article addresses proportionate flowshop scheduling problems with position-dependent weights wherein the weight is not related to the job but to the position in which the job is scheduled. Common and slack due date assignment models are discussed under a due date assignment framework. The goal is to determine a feasible schedule for all jobs and due dates of all jobs to minimize a total cost function wherein the objective function is of the minsum type. Optimal properties for the problems are proposed, based on which polynomial time algorithms are provided to solve these two problems optimally.

Professional transformation of athletes is an important institutional arrangement to ensure the long-term interests of athletes and realize sustainable livelihood. The satisfaction of athletes to the training of professional transformation is an important basis for improving the policy of professional transformation of athletes. According to the theory of professional transformation, based on the survey data of athletes' vocational transformation training, this paper constructs a Logistic model to study the influencing factors of satisfaction of athletes' vocational transformation training. The results show that the age of retired athletes, sports level, industry and sports related degree, work adaptability, skill adaptability and monthly average income level have significant impacts on career change satisfaction. In view of the diversified characteristics of the influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of professional transformation, the training contents of professional transformation of athletes should be determined based on the market demand, give full play to the supporting role of social forces and establish a diversified service mechanism for professional transformation of athletes, establish a perfect evaluation mechanism of athletes' vocational transformation training project, continuously improve the standardized level of professional transformation training for athletes, improve the social security system of retired athletes, promote the smooth realization of professional transformation of athletes.
This article considers the no-wait flowshop scheduling with learning effect and resource allocation on two-machine. Our goal is to find the optimal resource allocations and job sequence that minimize the scheduling criterion (the total weighted resource consumption) subject to the constraint that the total weighted resource consumption (the scheduling criterion) is less than or equal to a given constant, where the schedule criteria include weighted makespan, total completion (waiting) time and total absolute differences in completion (waiting) times. We show that these two problems are polynomially solvable respectively.
新时代体育强省建设是实现体育强国战略目标的必然要求,具有重要的现实意义.基于长江经济带11省市的数据,综合运用德尔菲法、熵值法、聚类分析方法构建5个二级指标、13个三级指标的新时代体育强省评价指标体系,并对体育强省建设水平进行实证评价.研究表明:体育强省建设的综合水平差距较大,由下游向中游、上游梯度递减,长三角地区高水平省市集聚显著,空间上呈现非均衡性、多极性格局;提出了不断完善体育强省评价指标体系,扩大评价指标的评估外延,将评价指标纳入政府职能绩效,制定针对性的政策等建议.
This article addresses single machine resource allocation scheduling problems with learning effects, where learning effects mean job-dependent position-based learning effects. For the common due-date assignment (CON) and slack due-date assignment (SLK) methods, a bi-cost analysis of the scheduling cost and the total weighted resource consumption cost is provided. The objective is to determine the optimal job sequence and the resource allocation simultaneously, such that the scheduling cost (the total weighted resource consumption cost) is minimized subject to the total weighted resource consumption cost (the scheduling cost) being limited. Solution procedures are provided for the problems under consideration.
The paper is concerned with state estimation for neural networks with time-varying delay in the leakage terms. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional with double integral terms, and using free-weighting matrix technique and Jensen's inequality approach, new globally asymptotic stability criteria are established. The stability criteria depend on the upper bounds of the transmission discrete time-varying delay, leakage delay as well as their derivation. The presented results can be efficiently solved by resorting to Matlab LMI Toolbox. An example is included to show the effectiveness of the proposed criteria.
This paper considers a single-machine scheduling problem with deteriorating jobs and convex resource allocation. We assume that the actual processing time of a job is a function of its convex resource allocation and its starting time. For the multi-objective single-machine scheduling problem, we show that the problem is polynomially solvable in O (n log n) time, where n is the total number of jobs.
